"This is a really neat eyeliner. I've been trying to create a few looks that I saw in a magazine and was having a huge amount of trouble recreating them. I tried some liquid liners, but they weren't the right consistency for mastering the looks I wanted to create. My smudge pots, and gels didn't work, and pencils and eye crayons were too casual. I couldn't get it right with a peel off liner, either, nor with cake liners, because they weren't intense and thick enough, even when I made a thicker paste. Then I got this liner in a group of products in a makeup trade, although I was really trading for something else in the lot. The shade I got was Deep Brown, which is a perfect color for me as both a regular liner, and surprisingly, for creating those other looks. I admit to being shocked at how easily I was able to do it, after trying so many times with many other liners. I got a precise defined line, and was able to easily control the shape I wanted, because the brush is stiff enough (but not uncomfortable) to be able to control exactly where the liner ended up, with no stray bristles messing up the line.As far as the liner itself, it stays in place until it's removed. It didn't smudge once it was in place, and the great brush allows for a very precise line. The brush is versatile, too, because I can rotate it a little bit for different looks, using it almost head on for one type of line, and angled for another. The liners removes easily with my make up remover with no pulling or rubbing.Deep Brown is a really pretty color which leaves my dark brown eyes, looking warm. I've come to the conclusion that since I like a lot of different liner and eye looks, I'm going to need different products for each one. The days of one liner are long gone. This is a great addition to anyone's collection of eye liner products. The color is great, the liner goes on easily, it stays in place once it's applied, it's waterproof, and comes over easily with appropriate remover. And Clinique even provides a decent brush, which is somewhat unusual with many liners. I love this. Less" - Sephora user
"I really like this MJB Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon and after having used them for about a month now, I’d have to say I’m really impressed! I received these in the colors (Earth)quake (a dark brown) and Over(night) (a deep blue). What I love most about these eyeliners is how smooth and creamy they are. As I get older, my eyelids aren’t as smooth and as taut as they used to be, so some pencil type eyeliners tend to tug and pull at my lids, end up skipping, and being streaky, thus making it more time consuming than it should be to apply eyeliner. With these Highliners, however, I don’t have that issue! Since they are so pigmented (my boyfriend actually commented on how vivid my eyeliner looked when I was wearing Over(night), and he never notices those kinds of things) and have a gel formula, applying them in a nice clean line is really easy! The built-in sharpener in the bottom of the pencil is also a nice touch!Another thing I love about them is they are long lasting… and waterproof! I’ve worn both of the colors for about 10 hours straight and tested them on both the upper lid and lower lash line/waterline, and they lasted pretty well! It’s awesome because when you first apply the eyeliner, you have a little bit of time to smudge them for any smoky eye looks, but after a couple of minutes they don’t budge. I even tried rubbing my winged liner a few times with my finger (which probably didn’t do my eyelid any favors haha), and to my surprise it didn’t smudge at all (keep in mind I have normal to dry lids). I also swatched them on my hand, ran it under water and tried to rub the eyeliner swatches off, but again, they didn’t disappear or smudge and had very minimal fading. My eyes can get pretty watery, so after a few hours I did notice some fading on the outer parts of my waterline, but besides that, everything was pretty much intact until I removed my makeup that night (I just used my usual waterproof eye makeup remover, and it removed them pretty well with no issues).I’m hoping they expand the colors in this collection (which are inspired by Marc Jacob’s boldly bright resort 2017 collection) and eventually add a black eyeliner because it would probably be my holy grail black pencil/gel liner! « less" - Sephora user

"This is probably one of the best eyeliners out there for quality, quantity, and price! Buy this and you will not be sorry! I live for black eyeliner...feel naked without it and I am picky but this rocks!!!!I bought the black gel liner. It is the darkest black I have come across. Very easy to apply. It all depends on your brush and the look you are going for. It dries matte which does not take long to dry. You can apply thin or thick. Once it dries, it will not smudge or run (even worn through sweaty workout so it is waterproof.) It stays on forever that it is even hard to remove. You have to use a good eye makeup remover (target sells a generic brand up and up that is really good and affordable) to really take this off. I have to wipe my eyes 3-4 times with cotton ball and eye makeup remover to take this off. This gel liner is not going anywhere. You get so much for the price. I keep my container upside down to prevent it from drying although I have not had that problem. I like this much better than mac's black track, Maybelline, and tart's tartiest clay liner.I really recommend you buy this if you are looking for a smudge proof, long-lasting, easy to apply, and very pigmented gel liner. And at the price and how much you get compared to other gel liners, it's a steal. « less" - Macy's user
"This is my favorite black eyeliner. I have Asian eyes and I am always on the lookout for jet black eyeliners. I have tried so many brands from Mac to Clinique, Stila, Lancôme and what not but this is by the the best and the darkest black eyeliner that’s smooth to apply and stays on for hours without smudging. I discovered this eyeliner when I was shopping at Macy’s and the sales person showed me this pencil. I was thrilled to see the precision and the depth of the color. I picked up three pencils ( 2 sex kitten and 1 Tartiest ). And since then I am hooked to these pencils and pens. It’s been over a year I am using them. I have tried other eyeliners in between for the sake of experimentation but none is even close to what Tarte eyeliner are, I LOVE ?? these eyeliner and request you please don’t change the formula ever and never ever take this product away from the market. Please share some special deals on these pencils and I will buy them in bulk. Less" - tartecosmetics.com user
"I received this Colorstay Revlon 2 in 1 angled kajal eyeliner in the Onyx color from Revlon and Crowdtap for free for my honest opinion, i am pretty impressed with it,the angle of the pencil allows me to get a clean precise line every time and the angled brush at other end allows you to pull the tip of liner out for winged look,it is really a nice eyeliner and the style is impeccable,It is a nice creamy look on the eyes and does not smear or smudge like some others i have tried and is long wearing,it is also opthalmologist tested for use on the warterline and that is awesome too. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice eyeliner pencil with angled tip and brush. It is long wear too, for me it lasted all day and evening and i did not have to reappply it at anytime through the day or night. "Where to start, where to start...There are so many pros to this product! First of all, I have yet to find another pencil that goes on as smoothly and quickly as this one! Often, pencils can be a bit difficult to manuever in order to acheive your desired result, but this one glides right on. It has absolute staying power! Believe me, this is built to last through a long, crazy day-All while still looking as fabulous as the minute you put it on. However, even with a great eye makeup remover, it does take some muscle to remove it. That seems fair given how well it holds up. If you love a subtle smudge like me, this is ideal. Make sure it's slightly dulled if this is your plan. When sharpened to perfection, the lines are clean and solid. I love Egyptian, which really compliments my hazel eyes. The slight tints of green add a little pop of color when I do simple, basic makeup for my days at work. At the same time, it translates well for a more dramatic look. Definitely worth a try! "I use Kohl Noir which is a true matte black colour. It is long lasting on both the eye lid and water line, however, as with any application on the water line, it does fade a little on the edges so you may need to reapply, although I never bother as it still looks fine. Once dry, it doesn’t smudge or transfer which is great and it also lasts through hot humid weather. As far as waterproof goes, I would say it is but I'm not sure how it fairs if you intend on wearing in a swimming pool but definitely great in humidity. I bought my second kohl noir thinking I had run out but turns out it hadn’t! I don’t wear makeup everyday but I’ve had my eyeliner for almost 2 years and it’s still going! I only ever apply a thin line on my eye lid if I am using false lashes but otherwise I would choose a gel or eye shadow creme for the lid. I don’t use the rubber smudger as I find it drags a bit. I like the fact that it’s retractable so there really isn’t the need to sharpen- it does come with a sharpener which I don’t use but could be useful if you like a sharper point for more precise application.I recently purchased the deep plum shade- I would say it’s more of a deep purple aubergine colour. It also has a slight pearly shimmer to it which is ok but I would much prefer if it were completely matte. « less" - Estée Lauder user
"These eyeliners are amazing! I have always hated putting on liner, but when I reached my mid-thirties, my eyes started to appear smaller and not as bright, so I started using liner daily and found that it makes a huge difference. This gel formula is so easy to apply, even for someone not used to putting on liner. It stays on all day, yet is easy to remove at the end of the day, unlike the other brand I've been wearing, which is a 24 hour formula. I love all the colors available, but I got the smoky plum in a free gift package, and it is AMAZING. It's the perfect color for me... unlike black or brown, it doesn't age me or smudge and cause dark circles, and it's more work appropriate than the white and silver liners I tend to gravitate toward. Over all this is my favorite product since joining Maven 6 months ago." - ulta user
The e.l.f. Cosmetics cream eyeliner creates smooth lines that are defined and precise. Smudge-proof, budge-proof and water-resistant coverage for all day wear to combat against sweat, tears or rain!
"I love love love this eyeliner. First off the brush is extremely thin with a smooth application that doesn't dry out, making it extremely easy to create the perfect line. I like how thin it is because I use it to give my eyes a boost during the day but I can add on to make the line thicker for more of a night time look. It also lasts all day without a single smudge. The consistency of the liquid is very smooth but also really bold and not watery or weak in color like other liners I've used in the past. It can give your eyes a subtle pop or create a statement look if desired.I received this product in return for my unbiased review. " - jet.com user
Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eye Lining Pen for all the drama of a liquid eye liner without the drama of putting it on.
"Chanel's regular pencil eyeliner has no lasting power whatsoever when I apply it, but upon reliable recommendation, I bought the Stylo Long Lasting liner and immediately saw what all the hype was about. I can apply the liner in the morning and go without touchups nearly all day (10-12 hours). Admittedly, I am a bit of a stickler for pristinely applied makeup, so I am likely more prone to touching up my face than the average woman! This formula is not the smoothest in application, but it works and the colour payoff is excellent. There is no tugging, and it can be smudged out with a brush, though I like it for precise definition. My only complaint is that it took me a few times to master sharpening the liner with the built-in sharpener. The key is not to wind up too much of the product because it can snap when it gets caught in the sharpening device. One doesn't get a lot of product for her buck, but the balancing factor is that one doesn't need to reapply or use too much in the first place.I wish there were some more dynamic and sparkly permanent colours in this eyeliner range. The hues available are classic and fool-proof, so like most Chanel products, there's no going wrong. I would definitely repurchase this product, and have already, and am pretty loath to try any other high-end liners again unless there proves to be a worthy competitor. « less" - Nordstrom user

"This mascara is the one mascara I buy no matter what, but I almost always buy two. Why? I have dry eye syndrome. My ophthalmologist plugged my tear ducts to help trap the tears in my eyes increasing moisture. It works fairly well, but sometimes my eyes overproduce tears. I also use eye drops a lot. This means that on top of drops running over my my eye makeup, a fan blowing on my face, a change in humidity, or who knows what will cause one eye or both to begin to sheet tears over my face removing almost every makeup I've tried. This is the only mascara I've found that will stay on over the course of the day. Yes, I've tried everything out there at all price points from the cheapest drugstore to the most expensive department store brands. Those that forms tubes scatter those tubes across my cheeks. Waterproof mascaras forms clumps under my lashes. Non-waterproof mascaras spread a haze under my eyes. This isn't my favorite mascara for length or fullness. My solution is to use it on my lower lashes. I usually use EL waterproof sumptuous mascara for the upper lashes with a final coat of double wear on top. If my eyes haven't been tearing over the past few days I can get away with using a different under layer brand of mascara, but I always like to seal it with a coat of double wear. Oh, and yes I've even tried the newest mascaras that you have to buy exclusive makeup removers for to take off. It took less than 15 minutes for my tears to remove that mascara. If I know I'm headed for day of all out makeup abuse like to a beach or travel, etc. I use just the doublewear to make sure it lasts. Using a layer of MAC paint pot under my eye shadow (instead of any eye shadow base) and a Laura Mercier gel eyeliner with Shiseido's Sun Protection Liquid Foundation SPF 42 PA+++ insures that I'll get to the end of the day and still need to remove my makeup. I've yet to find any other mascara, eye shadow, eye liner, or foundation that can last through my tearing problems. I highly recommend Doublewear Mascara if you're looking for a way to prevent smudging under the eyes and make your mascara last all day despite humidity, water, tears, crying, and anything else your day might through at it. « less" - Nordstrom user
"I have been wearing this eyeliner daily for a few weeks now. All I can say is this is my new favorite eyeliner. This is long wear and highly pigmented. It’s a true black not a black that looks ashy or grey. It dries down matte and when I say it stay on all day . I mean all day. I weary makeup 12+ hours and this stuff does not budge, bleed, fade or smudge. I love the applicator it makes for easy application and makes it easy to get either a really thin line or build up to a thicker line.I would say this is comparable to the Kat Von D felt tip liner I have used for years. I actually like this better than that liner.I would also like to add that I have super sensitive eyes. I can’t wear any drug store liners. They all make my eyes water and become red and irritated. This liner does not do that. It’s very comfortable to wear.I did receive this from Sephora as a gift. That being said I will be purchasing this when I run out. This is the first eyeliner I have used that is truly waterproof and doesn’t come off. « less" - Sephora user
"I had tried Tom Ford's eyeliner pencil which I liked very much. It was easy to smudge, but the cap always hit the tip, flattening it. I had to be too careful to lightly place it on, and the color wasn't black enough, so I tried this Chantecaille pencil. This one has the right amount of pigment, but it isn't smudgable, so I have to be very careful where I place it. My eyelids are made from skin, not glass, and it is a bit difficult to create a clean line. I have to put it right up against my lashes and then fill in any skipped areas afterward. The five star review is because it stays on all day without fail. The color is just as intense in the evening when I remove my makeup. The surround to the pencil doesn't appear to be made of wood, and I can't figure out what it is. I have to sharpen it and then lift the sharpener straight up to cut the surrounding material. Like the Tom Ford pencil, the cap squishes the tip of the pencil, so be careful putting on the tip, and always bring a sharpener with you if you are away from home. « less" - Nordstrom user

"I was fortunate to be able to try this product as part of the July discovery bag. It was a brand I had never heard of before but I can tell you I was very impressed! I trialled this product in the colour smokey black. The packaging was beautiful and classy with black and gold embossing.PROS:*Stays put all day - literally!! No shifting into the waterline and irritating my eyes!)*non-irritating*no creasing (particularly good if you have hooded eyelids)*easy to sharpen*glides on effortlessly - very smooth texture*smudge tip allows for seamless blending if you want a more smoky look.*Highly pigmentedCONS:Nothing! The product was fantastic quality and I was very pleased with how it lasted. The bottom line is I would repurchase this and plan on getting some for my sister as she doesn't wear a lot of make up but likes to define her eyes so I think this would be perfect. "I'm used to drugstore brands so I wouldn't know how this compares to the other expensive lines, but I have to say it made a great first impression on me. The texture is soft and creamy, the color (I have one in black) really does glide and is intense, and the best part is it doesn't smudge. Well okay maybe it does with some rubbing, but I wasn't wearing any kind of foundation when trying this on and the lines stayed perfect all night. Not sure about the 'thin precision' part, though. The top end is sort of blunt and because the texture is so creamy, you might want to stick to using tapered eyeliner brushes to create the perfect cat-eye look. Otherwise this baby is more than just acceptable--I think I'm pretty much hooked to M.A.C now. I just wish it wasn't so soft because I would like the pencil to last longer, considering the price. « less" - Nordstrom user
"I love this eyeliner. I've been using it for about a year now. Having not previously got on too well with liquid eyeliners, I thought I'd try this one because the applicator is quite firm, so you don't get brush bristles splaying out everywhere and making a mess. This is so easy to apply and is thick enough that it doesn't run into your eyes and make them sting. The black eyeliner is very black and lasts all day. There is a slight fading toward the end of the work day, but it takes a few seconds to touch up if you're heading out again straight from work. The staying power is great as it doesn't smudge - and is in fact reasonably hard to smudge even if you rub it with your finger. I often end up with it on the ends of my fingers and it's hard to wash off with just water once it's dried (which doesn't take very long at all). The eyeliner is easy to remove with eye makeup remover and I just use Boots Essentials on a cotton wool pad. The only downside is that the tip of the applicator has a tendency to come apart a little bit, so I've had to trim off tiny flappy bits of sponge with nail scissors. It's great for a thick, bold look on the upper lids but maybe not an ideal precision tool for more subtle makeup. I only tend to use it on my upper lids so not sure about its waterline staying power. I do pretty much half colour in my eyelid and I use it every day, but a bottle of this lasts me a good few months. The high pigmentation means that you don't have to add two coats so there's plenty in there to last ages. Less" - boots.com user
"I love this product! It doesn't irritate the skin around my eyes like store bought eyeliner does. It goes on smooth, it's easy to get a nice clean line, or to smudge up a little on days I want a more smokey eye. It does have really good staying power, but I do notice that with the combination of this eyeliner and Alima's mascara, by the end of the day my eyes are a bit smudgey ..I'm not sure which product is the culprit, but to last most of the day with no touch ups is an amazing feat for such a natural product, so I'm happy despite that. I might just need to put a primer or some powder on my eyelids before applying.. I live in humid Florida :/ Thanks Alima for such a great non-irritating but still sexy eyeliner ! * " - alimapure.com user

I thought I would never find an eyeliner that would stay put all day without smudging, creasing or fading until I took a small risk and ordered this eyeliner.Best decision I ever made. Easy to apply and will stay put all day. "This is the ONLY eyeliner I have EVER purchased that actually IS waterproof, even on the waterline. It's soft(goes on like butter) , yet easy to sharpen without it breaking, falling apart, or leaving a chunk of it in the sharpener. It actually stays in place, even when used to line the waterline. The first time I used it I couldn't believe that, at the end of a 9hr day, it was still in place w out smudging or needing to reapply. I fell asleep before removing my makeup and, to my surprise, was STILL in place w very little smudging! I was ecstatic! I have NEVER had a liner that actually stayed put w out me looking like Alice Cooper within a few hours. Even better, it's easily removed w generic makeup remover pads! "I have this eyeliner in expresso color and I love it! Normally, I use black eyeliner, but the expresso color is dark enough that it looks almost black. Okay, so prior to trying this I used the pencil type eyeliner. From my experience, pencil eyeliner often smears and leaves marks on my upper eyelids later on in the day as I blinked more. However, I don’t have any problem with this eyeliner; it stays the same the whole day! One thing I had to get used to was the brush, initially my strokes didn’t appear very clean or smooth but with more practice they look great now. I just had to learn how to angle the brush and apply it properly. Pros: - Doesn’t smear and last through the whole day! - With practice and getting used to the brush, it provides a very clean and even finish Cons: - This is a little more expensive than what I am used to, but it is worth it! I am using it every day now. I would definitely recommend this! <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - walmart.com user

"I absolutely LOVE this product! It's really easy to use. It has a brush for a tip making it very smooth to apply. It's good for all styles; you can put on a thin or a thicker line. It works very well with my skin. It's water proof and smudge free so it lasts all day, but easy to remove. I've only used this product for a little while, but I have no negatives so far. I don't know what the life of the product is; if it will clump with time or dry out, but so far I'm in love. I haven't seen any growth in my lashes but I haven't been using this product long enough to see a difference. It's still a a great product. "I have already raved about Intense Ivy, which remains one of my very favorite liners, but I recently purchased three of the newly-released colors.Intense Clove - this is a gorgeous color that is somewhat difficult to describe. It's in between a dark brown and black. It is not a reddish, warm brown, but rather a cool, chestnut brown. It goes with literally everything and makes my blue eyes pop. This has a slight metallic finish, but it's very subtle.and sophisticated. This is a "can't go wrong" shade that would compliment most anyone. Neutral, but far from boring. I thought this would perhaps be easy to dupe, but I can't find anything close to this in my collection.Intense Peridot - what a fun color! True to its name, a golden hue with green leanings. But, the green is very wearable and again reads more neutral. This has a more pronounced metallic finish, but that's part of the beauty. It's not over-the-top edgy, so don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to try this. I've worn this alone as a liner and also smudged it out as a cream shadow and topped it with a black liner. I love this! I have blue eyes and it makes them appear a little more gray, which is cool. But, if you happen to have brown eyes with flecks of green or gold, this will be a show-stopper.Intense Truffle - this is a mid-tone taupe. It just dark enough to show up well as a liner on my fair skin. It's subtle, but very pretty with a soft, metallic finish that captures light beautifully. Again, this is one you can easily smudge out and use as a shadow with another liner. It's also lovely alone, but more subdued.I am so impressed with all three of these shades. There are nuances in the colors and finishes that make them unique and fresh, yet totally wearable and chic.A word about the formula - it glides on like a gel and is easy to work with once you get the hang of it. But, you need to smudge and even out the line quickly as it sets in a hurry. And, once it's set, it's not going to budge. Though the sponge tool on the end of the liner works well, I find that using an eyeliner brush gives me the best and most precise results. The other challenge is to get a thin, precise line (especially on the bottom lid) as the liner is quite soft and cannot be sharpened. I found a fix for this by lightly running my eyeliner brush across the product and applying directly from the brush. Much like you'd use a gel liner in a pot. It's an extra step, but it works. I most often use this technique when working with the darker colors on my lower lash line. You can also build color for more intensity, though the colors are highly pigmented and offer impressive color with just one pass. It's best to let the liner set in between each pass, if you choose to build the color. Speaking of set, once set, this liner stays put until you take it off. With the lighter colors, soap and water works fine, but you will probably need an eye make-up remover to completely remove the darker shades.Try some of these lovelies...I think you'll be very pleased. And, final added bonus, the price point is excellent. Less" - Sephora user

"I'm really enjoying how effective and beautiful Tarte EmphasEYES™ Waterproof Clay Shadow / Liners are. I've already enjoyed Bronze and Indigo, and now tried Plum which is so beautiful and makes my brown eyes sparkle. There's no doubt in my mind that these Tarte Shadow/Liners are the top non-pencil liners available. I'm not the most agile with some of the liquid or semi-liquid liners that aren't pencil or makers, but this one is so easy and it always seems to look as if it's been done by a professional. What's impressive is that it applies so evenly as a liner that I never see any line breakage even if I don't make it from one end of the lash line to the next. With traditional liquid liners, sometimes it's difficult to join a started line together and have it look like it's a continuous line. Never a problem with this liner. The other thing I really like is that as a liner, this looks less harsh than the looks I get from a traditional liquid liner. It's a softer and warmer looking line, which makes me look more approachable. The dual ended brush that comes with this product is really excellent and makes applying this a breeze. One end of the brush is for a perfect line, and the other end for shadow application. I'm impressed at how Tarte didn't skimp with the brush, unlike other manufacturers who often include brushes that aren't sufficient for the product application. I'll be able to use these brushes years after the product is gone. So many times, I've found that the best product application depends on a good brush.I had really great results from the deep blue Indigo. I used a silvery shadow as my base. Then I used the Indigo to make a very thin precision line defining my eyes and then very slightly smudged it the other corner of my eyes. The look was very elegant and simple. I created a very similar look with the Plum, using a slightly shimmery silvery lilac, almost pearlized shadow, instead of the silver as my base. These looks are nice changes from heavier smudged and smoky eyes.I like the look this creates as both shadow and liner. It really is easy to use and it has such a soft finish that isn't harsh like so many other liquid or semi-liquid products. While I'm not the greatest with liquid and potted liners, generally preferring pencils, this turns out to be somewhere in the middle - the look is more professional and more formal, but it's not overly formal and harsh like a liquid.I find that these shades last a long time as shadow and liner, and is easy to smudge, although once applied it doesn't budge. It smudges evenly, and much better than some other products made for smudging. It even stays put on my inner rims without irritating my eyes. The Indigo works really well with my brown eyes, making the whites look whiter, and the Plum gives my brown eyes an extra sparkle (according to my husband). The Bronze is beautiful. This product can be used for elegant traditional looks and it can also be used for those that are more contemporary. Using this as liner, I've even been able to create a bit of drama just by adding a base shadow in a light shade, black mascara, and a couple of times added mascara coordinated to the color of the liner on the lips of my lashes over the black mascara. Simple to create, it looks really good and took only two or three minutes from start to finish.I love these liners/shadows. They're so easy to use. It's easy create a style that looks as if it tool a long time to pull off but only takes a few minutes. I highly recommend them (and wish that Tarte made a green shade). « less" - Sephora user
"This has been my go to eyeliner for the past 5 years. I will never not buy it. I tell everyone about it. It is on the expensive side but it lasts me a full year or more if I don’t crack the handle- which I do every year towards the end of the year... I twist it on too tight and it cracks which leads to the bottle drying out. This truly is the best liquid eyeliner you will ever use. The little wand is the perfect width - you can do a small line or a thicker line depending on the amount of pressure you apply and it’s a perfectly straight line. The eyeliner lasts ALL day. Does not run. If I sleep with my make up on... when I wake up in the morning the eyeliner is exactly in its place... no smudging or running. It’s not waterproof so it comes off easily when you wash your face so you don’t have to aggressively scrub it off. Buy it, you will not regret it. « less" - Nordstrom user
"I love everything about this eyeliner, minus the fact that I can't sharpen it. I do prefer my liquid liners to create that sharp cat eye, but in times when I'm in a rush, I will gravitate to this liner. It's super long lasting and pigmented. I left a line on my hand and after washing with soap, it stayed on without smudging. I used primer on my eye so it doesn't get oily and it stayed on the entire day as well. Another thing I loved about this liner is the packaging. It's super thin and sleek. It's twistable so I never have to worry about sharpening it so that was great. It doesn't take up much space in my makeup bag, which I appreciate since I'm always trying to keep it light. Overall, LOVE and probably would purchase again when I run out of all my pencil liners. "White liner is a must have for every make up bag!! I like to keep a white liner in my bag as well as one at home just in case I can't find one, that's how important white eye liner is. Rimmel's white goes on nice and stays put nicely. Try it on the lower eye lash line, right above your lashes. You'll look as though you're wide awake and your eyes will appear large and beautiful!! I've noticed also that when I've applied the white on my lower lash line, my eye color stands out, almost as if I'm wearing green contacts!!! Love this, but it's where you apply it that makes the difference!! Give it a try and see!!" - drugstore.com user
"I have tried many other top brands of eye liner including gel, liquid, and powder. Some from high end department stores and some from drug stores. This is without a doubt the best eyeliner for its versital uses, staying power and ease of use and removal!I make sure that I keep an extra one on hand because I have occaisionaly ran out and had to use other brands. Anytime I have done that, I regret it and always go back to Trish McEvoy.I use it on my eyelids, I smudge it sometimes for a smokey look andI use it in the corners of my eyelids in place of shadow.Love, Love, Love this product!
