Does anyone know if the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara is really all its cracked up to be or does it give you the spider leg lashes that i've heard some people talk about?

I’ve had it for a while but I can easily say that Benefit Roller Lash is a lot better of a product!

Help! I need a cleanser that will take this acne away I don't pop my pimples but they leave my cheeks with red marks and I also want a treatment for my under eye bags and large pores... Thank you 🥺

I wash my face with the glam glow and then finish off with the knours skin mediation gel. Neither are “acne” products but they both have been working really well with just cleaning up my pores and giving my skin the love it deserves. I’ve found acne treatments don’t work well on my face. My acne just fights back. So I found that simply cleaning my skin and using the mediation gel just makes my pores happier. Less dirt the better. Also neither product is oily. Which is a plus. The knours really helps calm down the redness in my face as well.

I love this! It’s clean and doesn’t dry out my combo skin. No fragrance and gets my face clean.

Currently searching for products to use on my birthday and I need advice on primers, longwearing foundations, concealers and powders with no flashback. So far I’m interested in trying Charlotte Tilbury’s most recent foundation and the pressed powder. Any luxury recommendations that are worth the splurge and hold up on combo/oily skin? I struggle with a lot of shine mainly between my brows and around my nose :)

I have dry, acne prone skin and I have been trying everything to get rid of my acne for the past year! nothing works (curology, neutrogena light mask, acne washes, tea tree oil, mario badescu- you name it!) does anyone have any recommendations for a natural at home remedy for acne? I’m done with all the chemicals ingredients on my face.

I know you said no chems but the only thing that worked for me was 1 session of a chemical peel (ask for 7 layers) and drink ONLY water in place of any other beverage. ONLy WaTeR!! Don’t believe me, look at my before and afters. Still can’t believe it’s me. - 1 session of a strong chemical peel -Drink Water ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Oxy gently in circular motions until face starts feeling tingly. -and an oil free moisturizer! Let me know how it goes! Good luck!

Honestly I did like three to four different sessions of chemical peels and they really were life changing. Unfortunately for me my acne continued so I went on Accutane

I need a recommendation on a primer that that fills in pores. I have noticeable pores on my cheeks near my nose. I’ve used quite a few different primers but the pores are still noticeable in that area. Anyone else have this problem that can recommend a primer that works?

I’ve asked for recommendations for foundations a bit lately but I always ask for drugstore products. Now I’m just asking for any suggestions for foundations for dry skin, my go to has been e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation but now with the weather changing even it’s looking kind of dry and flaky on me, even though I’ve switched to my thick moisturizer and prep my skin thoroughly beforehand. I really want to find a foundation with good coverage that’s also very hydrating and I just haven’t had any luck with any I’ve tried so far, so any suggestions are much appreciated.

So no matter what type of foundation, setting spray, and translucent powder I use my skin ALWAYS gets oily/shiny and caked in my pores. I have tried a TON of remedies and no success 😕 any advice or products? Thank you!

So this could sound crazy but if you have tried a bunch of things your skin could be dehydrated and overproducing oil to compensate. Maybe try extra hydration at night followed by a non stripping cleanser in the morning. I also recommend daily use of niacinamine to help reduce pore size and regulate sebum production.

Anything Rodan and Fields I swear by! Everything they have is “worth the splurge” because it all works to help your skin find its natural balance and stay healthy!!! I would take their personalized skincare quiz to see what products they recommend for your specific skin and skin goals!

Any suggestions of exfoliators that are gentle on the face and work well with combination, acne prone and sensitive skin?

If you have acne prone/sensitive skin, I would not recommend using a physical exfoliant of any kind. A mild chemical exfoliant would be best! I like The Ordinary 5% lactic acid. It’s gentle, but effective, and should not irritate the skin.

How do you find the perfect match (foundation, concealer, etc) with drug store products: since you can’t test it out and see if it works for you. (I’d hate buying something, using it and it not working, then feel weird about returning it 😩)

Honestly just try matching the bottle to your skin as best as you can. Figure out if your skin is more neutral, warm, or cool toned, and then look at the foundation color description to try to match it. I hope this helps!

Anyone know of a concealer that’s not drying but will cover dark circles? Dark circles are in my genes so mine are pretty dark, and I haven’t found one yet that I am completely happy with. Then there’s also the fact that my skin under my eyes is super dry and can get bumps/bubbles when I apply certain concealers. Thanks! #concealer #dryskin #darkcircles
