I am in love with this balm! It gives the perfect pink flush to my lips while moisturizing them! It was so creamy, although clear. I was honestly surprised of how good this balm was and would definitely say it’s a great cheaper alternative to the Dior Lip Balm!

I purchased the flower balm

I purchased the flower balm because I had seen it or different versions of it online a few times and finally it popped up on my feed and Winky Lux's instagram page caught my eye. I thought the fact that the color kind of matches up with your pH for your perfect pink was really cool and the flower within it is so cute, so I figured what the heck and bought it. It arrived in a timely fashion and in the cutest packaging! So well done. Keep in mind though that these things are pretty small. Not necessarily a bad thing though because it is small enough to fit into those little accessory/lipstick pockets within purses. It goes on smooth and velvety which is nice because I figured that since it technically is a lip stain that it would be just a dry coat, but it goes on like any other lip balm. As you're applying you can clearly see a change in color and my pink really was so perfect for my complexion. It looks so natural and pretty and that color stayed on ALL day! I applied it as soon as I got to work around 8:30 AM and I looked in the mirror a couple of hours after I got off of work around 7 PM and still had color! I'd definitely recommend and this little bullet is becoming my new obsession and go-to! Less

I stumbled upon winklux through a Facebook post and I took a look to see what it was all about- what I found was, I am head over heels in love with their products. I first bought a couple lip balms this being one of them. I love the way it feels on my lips, my lips remain moisturized throughout the day, and the casing is so easy to use and beautiful. I love the natural subtle shine that this balm gives me. Needless to say, one order led to another, then another, and it all started with putting my faith in this matcha balm!

Pretty but disappointing

This balm is ridiculously cute. I was curious to what it would be like and the adorable flower convinced me to purchase. I am a bit disappointed though. It feels like a normal balm initially but started to feel quite drying after a short time wearing it. The colour is quite sheer, which I expected, but you can build the colour up after a couple of applications, which is what I did when I felt my lips drying out. The end result was a very bright pink, probably a little too bright for my liking. I quite liked the coconut smell but as a few others have commented it does have a bit of an unpleasant chemical taste. I don't think I will be repurchasing.
