The cucumber gel mask from Peter Thomas Roth contains brightening substances and provides great hydration as well. Using pure aloe on your skin will more than likely irritate it, (because of the plants concentration) so I recommend trying something out that contains aloe Vera but also has brightening properties!
Recommendations PLEASE!
Can people recommend some good drugstore skincare for combination skin?! I have oily t-zone and dry cheeks and neck. And I have mild acne, and I try everything! Witch hazel, aloe Vera, etc. I also have very bad scarring on my cheeks.

Shea moisture has a bunch of really good skincare with great ingredients and a newer brand called Your Good Skin has some products that feel lovely on the face. I know u want drugstore but if u could get a small Clinique 3-step treatment pack (they often go on sale for even $10 at Ulta) It works FAST as far as acne and hyperpigmentation. It also includes the dramatically different moisturizer which someone also mentioned I see and I totally agree 😍

Ok so I’m a student and I like to wear a minimal amount of makeup (mascara, concealer, highlight, and brows) that isn’t too heavy. I’ve been searching for the right products for a long while now and I can’t seem to find anything. You see, I’m not very talented when it comes to makeup, and I do t exactly know what to do. Like with my brows, how????? I’ve been using gel and I just can’t seem to get it right. My concealer just does not do the job when concealing my under eye bags, but in all fairness they’re very prominent and dark. I should also mention I’m allergic to anything with aloe vera in it. So I’m pretty picky with what I wear out of the house. I’d really appreciate some recommendations or advice! :)
