This is one of my favorite foundations! It’s so lightweight and so easy to blend. It’s great coverage and looks really natural on the skin. I love this! I would recommend! I have combination skin and it always does my face wonders! ❤️

I love this foundation! Especially having oily skin, I find that having something that isn’t heavy is best for spring/summer months. It’s more of a velvety matte is my only downside, but I mix it with Farsali liquid powder or add powder to my face before applying (best trick ever)! I love that it’s buildable and that it doesn’t really develop into a thicker consistency the more you apply. The best thing about this line is that they offer many colors and undertone shades! It’s up there in price ($39) but totally worth it and a little goes a long way.

Finally found my Holy Grail!!!

You all may know that I am the foundation queen. I love me a good base for the rest of my makeup to set on. I have tried hundreds of different kinds just to find the perfect one & to help others find their perfect one. I even do a series on my beauty group every year where I test out a new one every day and review it. This was sent to me the other day and I've worn it twice so far and I'm ready to give my review. Have I found the perfect one? Could this be it? I'm thinking so! First off, it applies and blends so seamlessly onto the skin. I prefer to use a sponge but I imagine u could also use a brush. It doesn't dry too fast, so I apply it on with a brush on all areas of the face & use the sponge to blend. The finish is flawless! It looks so natural & healthy w/ just a hint of dewy glow. It's a thinner formula & I can barely feel it on my skin. Kinda feels like I'm only wearing my skincare. The coverage is perfect! I wouldn't really call it super full but it definitely has covered up any kind of imperfection on my skin. It's just crazy due to how weightless it feels. It didn't transfer at all throughout the day. I could hug away at my fiance wearing a white shirt and there were zero face prints. Also, I couldn't believe how it stayed put through the hot, humid, Portsmouth, summer weather. I didn't even need to touch up which is crazy because normally I need to oil blot like 3 times a day. I left it on for about 12 hours and I stg it looked completely the same as when I first applied it. All my other makeup was migrating south and disintegrating but the foundation was staying put! It says on the box it lasts for 24 hrs & I actually believe it would. The only thing I did notice, & this could be from any # of things but it's worth mentioning, the very next day, I had quite a few tiny over the skin blemishes that I popped & went about my day. Again, that could've been from my skincare, stress, or maybe something I ate. I received this free for review

A hot mess of streaks and bad color

Urban Decay really ruined a good thing they had going. I was a loyal customer for years on the old Naked foundation. This new foundation would go on looking very porous. Then the color would match at first, but as the foundation oxidized throughout the day it would make my face look four shades more orange than it was. How embarrassing! Furthermore, I work my foundation past my jawline, but would end up with a very obvious color difference where it stopped on my neck.God forbid you touch your face because you're teary or have an eyelash on your cheek. The color end ups coming right off, and then you have a big discolored spot on your face the rest of the day. If I teared up, I would end up with these horrible white streaks on my face that could only be helped if I took my whole face off. A fresh layer over what comes off looks like a different color or doesn't matte to match what's already on. Even fresh this foundation is not buildable. I'm 25 and have very light, fine wrinkles under my eyes and a hatchet wrinkle in between my eyebrows. If I furrowed my brow, that hatchet would stay on my face the whole day until I went to bed. Those little, fine wrinkles when I smiled made me look like I was going out for Benjamin Button with this cake on my face. No sir, no ma'm. I've switched over to Benefit cosmetics. They're the only other brand I could find that was as light, smooth and buildable as the old Naked formula.I also previously tried the All Nighter which is even worse than the Stay Naked. I still have a little left of the old Naked formula. When I tried both on my hand, you could tell the old formula was smooth and even while the new left streaks on the edges of it. Less

New HG for 40 yr old w/dry skin

I used to have very oily skin and my hg foundation was MUFE HD matte velvet in R210 but in my 30s my skin changed dramatically and is now really dry. I also no longer need the full coverage I once did. So I’ve spent 5 years constantly sampling and searching for a foundation that suits my maturing skin and this is it. As I’ve aged (now 40) my biggest problem has been finding a foundation that doesn’t look cakey on my skin and that doesn’t emphasize my pores and fine lines. UD’s Stay Naked makes my skin look so good and wears well throughout the day (I don’t even need to blot). What really takes the cake is the shades. I’ve never been able to find an exact shade match until now. I’m very fair and cool toned. In the winter 10CP is my match. Then as I “tan” during the spring n summer I go to 20CP and then 30CP at my darkest. This foundation is literally such a match to my skin that no line of demarcation is detectable between my face and neck. I’m totally in love with the way UD has named these shades, it makes finding your shade so simple. Shade depth is in numbers with 10 being the palest and the undertone is in letters (ex. CP=Cool Pink). This is the first foundation I’ve ever found that will match my skin all year long. It’s unusual for any brand to have cool pink undertones in pale, fair, light, and light medium (which covers every shade my skin goes through seasonally). Finding my new hg has been a frustrating journey. I refused to purchase any full size foundation until I found one that made me happy...so for years I’ve just been going through samples and stuff from subscription boxes, waiting for the right one to come along. I actually sampled the UD Stay Naked many times since the launch cause part of me felt like it was too good to be true. I finally bit the bullet and purchased the full size bottle and I’m so happy with it. This is the only foundation I’ve felt was purchase worthy since 2015. Less

I’ve been having an issue finding a full coverage foundation and setting powder combo that doesn’t feel as though all the moisture is being sucked out of my skin. I cleanse and moisturize, prime with green color correcting primer , and use a sponge for foundation. I like full coverage because of the rosacea, and I like a matte finish but after applying powder, I crease, and crack, and overall feel super dry. I’m over 40, have fine lines to boot. Any suggestions?

I use Urban Decay Stay Naked foundation. A little goes a long way and is supposed to last up to 24 hours. You don’t need to use a compact with it, just a translucent loose powder.
