Not good for under eye, patchy, not smooth
I bought this powder after seeing good reviews, but sadly I was disappointed. The only positive things that I can say about this powder are that it smells nice, and it kept my forehead matte for a few hours. Apart from that it didn’t do anything spectacular. It didn’t stop my makeup from creasing under my eyes or in my smile lines, nor did it make my skin look smooth or minimise the appearance of pores. It also seemed to make my undereyes look orange and my face patchy. I do not recommend at all. I wouldn’t even buy this if it was a quarter of the price! User
Good for under eye, no flashback, good for sensitive skin
I have tried and tested so many loose powder from Laura Mercier, Nars, Chanel, Dior, Airspun, RCMA, Maybelline, MAC (not the Patrick Starrr one), Cover FX, Dermablend and By Terry. It is always so drying under my eye and it ages me by 10 years. I started thinking maybe loose powder is not for me. Until I tried this. The hype is real alright. This is beautiful on my skin!!! I can fair this to any of my foundation with no issue. It doesn't accentuate my fine lines, textures or pores. It makes my skin so flawless. It brightens the centre of my face beautifully without drying. It mattifies really good. I wear my make-up for 14-15hrs. No problem. I do have to blott by 10hrs which is really good. Normally I have to do that between 3-5hrs depending on what foundation I am wearing but this is good. I didn't find the smell overbearing and it taste like an icing sugar. I can still taste it on the back of my throat for hours. Which makes me wonder how much powder I inhale everyday. This didn't irritate my sensitive skin or broke me out. I am very impressed and that is very hard to do for a loose powder. No white cast or ashiness. Can't speak about flashback because I haven't use flash photography yet. « less

Smooth, good for oily skin, pore minimizing
This powder is amazing. My skin is pretty oily so as soon as I saw the word "mattifying" I had to try this out. I was running out of my Laura Mercier translucent powder and wanted to try something different as the LM powder is kind of cakey and makes me look pretty dry. I ordered this during the sale in November and I am beyond impressed. You get a great amount of product for the price compared to other setting powders. This stuff is SO finely milled that it smooths out your entire face and makes you look matte and poreless. I haven't noticed a smell. I'm going to have to go home and smell it, 'cause I guess I hold my breath while I do my makeup or something?? lol. The only negative about this is the little plastic flap thing on the inside. It's super inconvenient for every day use so I detached it, but I kept it for when I need to travel with the powder so half the product doesn't end up in the lid. Lasts all day and looks flawless. I highly recommend for my fellow oily skin ladies!
