What setting spray is a must-have?? I’m struggling with finding the right setting spray. I’ve tried MAC, Elf, Maybelline, Colourpop, and Wet n Wild and I don’t like anyyyy of them. Helppp

Nyx-matte finish setting spray they have , matte and dewy as well both by nyx. you can get them at Walgreens or online on Amazon for cheaper and in a bigger bottle just a little tip hee hee😉☺️✨ I’ve only tried the matte setting spray I have not tried the dewy kind but I’m sure it works just as well the matte one does. Hey friends, as you can see from the pictures, my foundation has started to become...flaky? And weird? When I wear it for longer periods of time. As you can see from the tagged products, it doesn’t matter which foundation I use, it gives me that weird cakey-flaky consistency after some wear. I think my skin has become more oily recently, but that’s the only skin change I’ve had and I’ve worn both of these foundations for forever so I don’t think it’s the formula. Not really sure what to do? Help??

make sure that your face is properly moisturized before primer/foundation! I know it sounds weird bc moisturizing oily skin seems contradictory, but properly hydrated skin will reduce that problem! I recommend either cera ve pm as an every day moisturizer or Glossier’s priming moisturizer!

@Maggie H going off of this post you have to try and be sure your primer is the same base as your foundation. I use a water based foundation so my primer needs to be water based or else it will separate and become a weird consistency!

@Mallory E Martin you know I was wondering about that, thank you! Do you know any good water based primers? I’ve definitely been using mostly silicone.

Currently searching for products to use on my birthday and I need advice on primers, longwearing foundations, concealers and powders with no flashback. So far I’m interested in trying Charlotte Tilbury’s most recent foundation and the pressed powder. Any luxury recommendations that are worth the splurge and hold up on combo/oily skin? I struggle with a lot of shine mainly between my brows and around my nose :)
