Looking for a good concealer... I’ve been using shape tape for months now and I’ve had enough of the creasing and separation it causes. I use MAC studio fix foundation which has been fine for me, so would a MAC concealer be a good choice? #concealer #combinationskin
I have dry sensitive skin and I am looking for a good foundation and loose setting powder combination. Right now I use MAC studio fix and laura mercier and it makes me so flakey, separating the foundation on my skin... any other recommendations are welcome! please help🙏🏼
Hey Guys, I am looking for a good long wear natural finish foundation! I tried several such as, Too Faced Born this way, Mac Studio Fix, Charlotte Tilbury Flawless finish ... list goes on and on... do any of you have experience with nars or urban decay? Any recommendations? I have oily, sensitive acne prone skin.. thank you.
Hi y’all! Love this app btw. Today I purchased smash box latest foundation called studio skin full coverage. It’s amazing don’t get me wrong but skin is badly textured and it just make me look cakey. It last all day. Do you guys recommend anyway primers that can help with out? Also my pores were so noticeable. I use Kylie cosmetics primer. This why I can’t find a good foundation, because mostly of the time full coverage is matte which my skin looks more cakey. I’m a mess lol
I’ve been having a very hard time with the oiliness on my forehead and nose area especially at work. Also, my pores have become so visible lately. My foundation ends up caking on my face too. I need help/suggestions. Here’s my skin and routine:
I have combination skin. Dry patches below cheeks and jawline and very oily forehead and nose area. I also have large pores on nose and cheeks. I wash my face with Neutrogena Hydro Boost (light exfoliator with hylauronic acid) twice a day. After, I use Thayer’s witch hazel toner. I usually finish with Kiehls Ultra facial cream. I also have been exfoliating two times a week with L’Oréal PureSugar scrub in nourish and smooth. To add, I also do a clay mask about once every 2 weeks.
I have added rosehip oil and hylauronic acid from the Ordinary to help with moisturizing because I heard that I get so oily because I’m actually dry.
For foundation, lately I have been using Smashbox Studio Skin Foundation. I don’t even put it on my forehead because it creases in my fine lines. The only thing I put on my forehead is setting powder.
How can I help my oiliness, large pores and foundation cakiness? .. I thought I covered the bases with moisturizing, exfoliating, etc. I’m out of ideas. Thanks.
I have combo to dry skin and my breakout area is always my chin/mouth area so I always end up with smile lines almost immediately after doing my makeup. Currently using MAC studio fix powder plus foundation as powder and looking for a change. Any suggestions?
setting powders for dry skin
Would anyone happen to know a powder to set my concealer and possibly foundation? I have dry skin and can get flakey patches. My undereyes can also dry and flake very easily. I've found a few powders over the years that I like, like the Maybelline Fit Me powder and Mac Studio Fix. Although they still mattify my skin, they don't emphasize or make my dry skin worse. Thank youu
What is better NARS soft matte or Mac studio finish? Which has better coverage? What’s better for blemishes and what’s better under the eyes?
Relatively new to skincare. Not entirely positive on my skin type. Looking for tips and the basics. I’m currently using a lemon cleanser. Olay moisturizer and an eye cream. I just started using the Mario badescu rose face spray.
What is the best concealer to go with Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation?? I want to cover up my acne spots only.
Just a fresh day time look that i did for my state board practical exam today! We were told to look professional and presentable so this is the look I came up with! I used mostly warm tones to compliment my skin tone and eye color. I used the shade “universal nude” in the Covergirl Outlast liquid lipstick formula. And for my brows I used the shade “faint” from the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette. I hope you guys enjoy this look! I sure did!
does anyone have recommendations for a less expensive version of MAC’s “studio moisture cream” moisturizer?
Mac studio fix foundation. Any thoughts on it? How’s the best way to make it sit and look amazing on skin? Thanks!
