- Sephora User

does such a great job at covering dark circles, it blends well, goes on really smooth love, love, love it

- Ulta User

staying power

longlasting

absolutely love this, from the coverage, to the finish, to the long-lasting aspect

- Sephora User

i am a women of color, i wear the color macao in the nars all day luminous weightless foundation and 500 suede w in the lancôme teint idole ultra long wear foundation

- Sephora User

weight

heavy

the only problem i have with it is that i have pretty dry undereyes, and it tends to look really patchy and cakey unless i pack on moisturizer and oils beforehand, but other than that it's great

- Sephora User

didn't help with discoloration, the color was hard to blend or cover and it settles and looks cakey

Will buy again... and again... and again!!!

I bought the orange concealer to cover minor imperfection on my face like the spot on the inner upper part of my nose where my glasses sit, some freckles I have on my chin and some discoloration around my mouth. I am a women of color. I wear the color Macao in the NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation and 500 Suede W in the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation... if it helps. I have tried La Girl Orange corrector and found it to be too orange/dark which showed through my makeup so out that went. I tried the MAC Prep + Prime Peach Lustre as a corrector and it was just OK. It was too light and not pigmented enough to do what I need it to do. I needed something in between the La Girl and the Peach Lustre, so I decided to try this product and completely fell in love. It is not as orange/dark and the La Girl and also not as light as the Peach Lustre, it covers well, and blend beautifully. This is a wonderful corrector!

works for my dark dark circles

As someone who has been asked if i got punched in the face because my undereye circles are so dark I'm always on the lookout for a great concealer. While i use nars and its great it doesnt last all day and doesnt always give the coverage i need for special events. This color correcting pen matches my skin color perfectly and while i tend to use this for days when my dark ciecles are wrose than normal i know i can count on ot for special events or when i really need something to last. Since it is thicker i use a brush to blend it out and avoid the product builsing up in fine lines.

Great product

I don't have really dark circles under my eyes, but certainly you can notice them, I have been using SMASHBOX color correcting and I really like it, because it´s not heavy and it is creamy enough to blend perfectly and not to crack under my eyes, the cover is great, I completed with Make Up Forever palette and thats it, you are ready to go.

Best correcting product ever!

I'm east indian with a warm olive undertone. We all know, Indian women are infamous for dark circles under their eyes. I've tried so many different tricks. The best thing that was working for me was the NYX Contour pallet in Dark, but it was a waste because I only used the orange corrector out of the entire 6 color pallet. This Smashbox color corrector stick is seriously like magic! It covered everything up without making it feel heavy or sticky. I can tap it on with my finger let it set for a few seconds then tap my concealer (NARS Radiant Creamy concealer) with a beauty blender and DONE! It stays on all day, no need to touch up! i'm in love with it!

Wish it worked for me

I bought the dark orange stick at an Ulta store. I tested it first, under one eye (with no foundation or primer), in the store. This corrector felt very lightweight on my skin. Almost too lightweight-kinda powdery. I first thought it'd be too orange but I kept going, using a sponge to blend it in. The sponge wiped it completely off. I reapplied and tried again, this time just blending the outer edges of the orange. That worked better. But I noticed the corrector flaked/pilled a bit on my skin and creased into my under-eye lines. The good news: it wasn't too orange after all. It effectively canceled out the dark circle under my eye. I tried my usual NARS Radiant Creamy concealer (in Amande) over it and the orange didn't show though. I also tried a lighter NARS concealer shade (Walnut) and that one seemed to work better with this shade of orange. I hoped this concealer stick would work better, as it'd be great for travel and cheaper than the Lancome color corrector. But I'm better off with Lancome's.

Anyone know a good way to cover up acne scars with makeup? Just concealer doesn’t seem to work for me. Mine are just light red to maybe a medium red if they’re new.

This product comes in four different shades depending on your concern. To reduce redness, try a green color corrector/primer and that usually does the trick

You would need to know what you’re trying to correct. Redness, purple, blue etc. for darkness around my mouth and under eyes I use the la girl pro conceal in orange. If you have a deeper skin tone try a red one. I also find the smashbox one very creamy.
