I really REALLY wanted to love this product. So many Youtube beauty gurus raved about this foundation, and I was so excited to try it. Now, to be fair, I am a liquid matte kind of girl because I have an oily t-zone (nothing too bad, though) and huge pores on my nose, but I gave this cream stick a chance. I gave it TWO chances in two totally different environments (outside in the Alabama summer and indoors in a cool office all day) and with combinations of multiple products. It just does not look good on my skin. It sat on top of my pores and accentuated them, and even made other pores that I don't normally have a problem with stand out! It settled into my smile lines so badly and the places where I get oily the most (my nose, forehead, and chin) looked SO bad and broken up and cakey. It felt heavy and thick, but I do have to say it was easy to blend out and the coverage was great, which is the only reason it's getting 2 stars instead of one. The shade match (F1) was absolutely perfect for me, too, so the fact that it just looks awful on my skin, which is pretty healthy other than a little oil and large nose pores, just disappointed me so badly. I may try just one more time, but I doubt I'll change my mind. « less
I actually use a cream foundation for my dry skin. If you moisturize underneath and then apply and blend with a brush it works beautifully. The only issue is it can slide around some so you need to be careful not to touch your face too much. I have the most issues with slipping on my chin so I bake in that area. I use the Makeup Revolution one in shade F4 which is neutral for light skin tones and it fits me perfectly (why does no one make cool or neutral toned light colors? it took me three years to finally get a good match!).
