heavy

make sure you've got a heavy duty moisturizer, because it will make dry skin look really really flaky

this is also quite heavy and has silicone in it, which reacted negatively to my sensitive skin

New Favorite Primer

I have tried many high-end primers and have not been impressed. My daughter asked me to pick up a primer for her at the grocery store...any kind..so I chose this. I tried hers and I am now hooked. I put on my moisturizer, wait a few minutes for it to absorb and then use the primer. It really smooths out my complexion and I have even left the house with only primer and a little concealor - no foundation ! My daughter is in her teens so apparently it works for all ages. I just left a review for Revlon's Bold Lacquer waterproof mascara which is also a new favorite of mine. Way to go Revlon ! You are really putting out some great new products !

Bad Primer

I bought this to try, and I plan to take it back. It seems great when you first apply it as it blurs imperfections. But if you try to put anything over this, beware. If moved in the slightest way, this primer will roll up on your face like dead skin and cling to the little hairs on your face. It was difficult to get off of my face after this. This is also quite heavy and has silicone in it, which reacted negatively to my sensitive skin. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Love this!!!

I am really impressed! I've been using this daily for 2 weeks & had no reactions from my sensitive skin. This looks great in all kinds of different lighting & it really lasts. I wear Laura Geller tinted moisturizer which looks great but fades by the end of my 12 hour shift. I started wearing this underneath & I look the same when I get home as I did when I left for work. My skin looks nice & even & a tiny bit goes a long way. I put it on over my moisturizer. I think this container will last me around 6 months with daily use if not longer. Love love love it!

This product saved me!

I had a chemical reaction due to a combo of a retinol product a facial hair removal cream (totally my mistake!) and woke up in the morning with a bright red, chemical burn mustache! I had to give a presentation at work and started to panic, and then remembered that I had purchased this product a few days before. I gently dabbed some on, used my regular powder and LIKE MAGIC, the redness was GONE. Like it was never there. I asked my best friend at work if she noticed anything strange, and even after I told her what happened, she couldn't see anything at all. The coverage lasted all day. Truly a life saver! And, yes, I know I probably shouldn't have put anything over a burn like that, but I didn't have a choice and this product didn't irritate it at all.

Very Nice

I find it nicely blends different skin tones such as freckles or reddish spots. It does not leave my fair skin as washed out looking as Revlon's Photoready Perfecting Primer, but it does not handle large pores as well as the Perfecting Primer does; so for those areas a use of the Perfecting Primer could be covered with light use of the color correcting primer, which is by far my favorite. Over that I use my choice of powder, but not a liquid foundation. That is too much for me. I tend to use a little mix of powders. I find this way easier than using any liquid foundation. Oh, and my skin is sensitive & past 65, as is the rest of me; so I think it would work well for any age.
