Mira AI, Inc. (“Mira,” "MIRA BEAUTY," “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by MIRA BEAUTY. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, our online and mobile services and our mobile applications (collectively, our “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1.   WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

The categories of information we collect can include:

  • Information you provide to us directly. We may collect personal information, such as your name, phone number, location, and e-mail address when you when you register for our Service or otherwise communicate with us. We may also collect any communications between you and MIRA BEAUTY and any other information you provide to MIRA BEAUTY.
  • Data collected through the use of the Service. We collect information about how you use the Service, your actions on the Service, and content you post to the Service, including the groups you belong to, your interaction with your friends and with others on the Service, and photos and videos you post to the Service, and any content you provide through in-app messages, chat, or other functionality ("User Content"). To share photos and video, we will access your device camera roll and camera with your permission. If you need to update your permissions, you can do so in the "Settings" app of your device. Please remember that MIRA BEAUTY may, but has no obligation to, monitor, record, and store User Content in order to protect your safety or the safety of other users, to assist with regulatory or law enforcement efforts, or to protect and defend our rights and property. By using the Service, you consent to the recording, storage and disclosure of such communications you send or receive for these purposes.
  • Information we collect from social networks. When you interact with our Service through various social media, such as when you login through Facebook or when you follow MIRA BEAUTY or share MIRA BEAUTY content on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or other sites, we may receive information from those social networks including your profile information, picture, user ID associated with your social media account, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to our Service.
  • Location Information. We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We maintain location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete location data tied to your personal information. We may maintain de-identified location data for a longer period of time in order to analyze aggregate trends and metrics. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your location data, please adjust your settings in your mobile device to limit the app’s access to your location data.   • Information we receive from third parties. From time to time, we may receive information about you from third parties and other users. We may also collect information about you that is publicly available.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications, and permit you to communicate with others on the Service or on social media or invite others to join the Service. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). We may also use, copy and analyze your information, solely in aggregate, de-identified and/or other anonymized form, in order to improve and to train MIRA BEAUTY’s artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY TO COLLECT INFORMATION.

We, and our third party partners, automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our Service, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We may also work with third party partners to employ technologies, including the application of statistical modeling tools, which attempt to recognize you across multiple devices. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our users, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.

Access to your Device Information. You may control the app’s access to your device information through your“Settings” app on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the app to access your location, photo stream and camera.

How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

This Privacy Policy relates to our information collection and use practices in connection with our online services and mobile applications (the “Services”), which are made available to you through a variety of platforms, such as through http://www.Shoppable.com (the “Website”), through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media (collectively, “Social Media”), and through cell phones, personal digital assistants, and other mobile devices (collectively, the “Mobile Devices”). The Website, our Social Media pages, and the Mobile Devices are collectively referred to as the “Platforms.”

The Information We Collect

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you sign up to become a Registered User, shop through our checkout technology, receive our newsletter, or enter any promotion or sweepstakes, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself. Such Personal Information includes your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number (collectively, the “Personal Information”). We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Services unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily.

In order to provide some of the Services including local grocers and retailers, we may, at your consent, collect geolocational information from your Mobile Device, your wireless carrier, your IP address, or certain third-party service providers (“Geolocational Information”). You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational Information, in which case Shoppable will not be able to provide certain Services to you. Because your Geolocational Information is subject to abuse by others, please be sure to manage your Mobile Device and privacy preferences on the Services on an ongoing basis.

In addition to the Personal Information and Geolocational Information that you voluntarily provide to us, we may collect additional information (collectively, the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

a. From Your Activity. Information that we automatically collect when you use the Services, such as the type of Platform you’re using, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Services.

b. From Other Sources. Sources. Information that we collect or receive from other sources, such as companies that provide our Services by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website (“Partner Companies”), and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest  and/or other third- party Social Media sites on which you have used the Services in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Shoppable or partner company marketing email. Registered Users and non-registered users placing and order cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You may manage some of the Personal Information we have about you through your Services account. We may not be able to completely remove your Personal Information from our systems in certain circumstances. For example, we may retain your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, to establish or defend legal claims, as required by law, or as retained in our data backup systems. How We Use and Share the Information
