Anyone have recommendations on a good mascara? I love the effect of long, voluminous eyelashes. I used Too Faced Better Than Sex and liked it, but I'd like to try something new. I use Rimmel London Scandal Eyes when I'm on a budget. Don't really care about price, just looking for recommendations on a good lengthening, voluminizing mascara.
I am about to start doing makeup as a business, and I need help with different product suggestions for skin types. What are good products for oily/sensitive skin, and dry/combination ? Also what are good techniques to go by before applying foundations to each ( moisturize, primer, set, face mist ) so you gone get the caked or crease effect ?
coconut oil question!! so, i’ve been using coconut oil for my stretch marks...i had heard that it helps moisturize the skin to keep the elasticity from wearing out in your skin and helping it to repair. i’ve been using it and it seems to be helping but i’m wondering if it’s just a placebo effect? i hope it’s not but i was wondering if anyone has a testimonial about coconut oil + stretch marks? or if it didn’t work? thanks! :)
I’m afraid to try brow pomade because I don’t want to end up with sharpie brows since it’s so much darker than a powder or pencil but I want to start practicing with it since I’ve had quite a few people tell me “it’s life changing” (well specifically the Anastasia dipbrow). Any tips on how to use brow pomade? Any techniques or advice will help. I love the whole Instagram brow look but I’ve seen quite a few people attempt it and end up with two dark boxes and that’s what I want to avoid. Also tips on what shade to buy, my hair color is black but I feel like buying a dark black color will give me the effect I want to avoid.
So I’ve been using the Cetaphil @Gentle Skin Cleanser for about a year now and it’s been great at helping with basic white heads. However, in a few weeks, my skin will start breaking out in cystic acne (I was taking a medication which had the side effect of helping with my cystic acne and I’m no longer taking it). I don’t think the face wash I’m currently using will be much help with that type of acne. So any recommendations on a good face wash?
**in need of new primer***
So I used to live for this primer but I noticed my skin changing and it doesn’t have such great effect on me anymore .... I need a new one. This one has started to just build up on me and not “blur”
cushion shade help?
Hi, I’m really into Korean makeup products, especially cushion foundations. I wanted to buy the PONY EFFECT Everlasting Cushion Foundation, but don’t know what shade to buy. I’m ordering it and obviously don’t want to buy the wrong shade. I’m a white American who usually wears the shade ivory or light beige with Western makeup. Does anyone know what shade that would translate to for a Korean product, or are they similar?
does anyone know of a highlighter that’s cruelty free but has the same blinding effect as MAC hyper real glow??
Hi guys! I’m looking for the effect brow product and struggling! I’ve tried Anastasia pomade, the dual-ended pencil, Glossier boy brow, and more, and can’t seem to find something that sculpts naturally, and lasts. Help 🙏🏼
For those with eyelash extensions, what do you use for moisturizer- oil free? My skin is pretty dry so looking for something new, but I don’t want it to effect my lashes.
Do you actually see an overnight effect on your skin ?
I am looking for a great mascara high end that will give me great volume and length. Super black pigment and make the lashes kinda clumpy but give it a fan lash effect. Thank u!
Excuse the quality I was screen shooting a video because my pictures didn’t take this is my first time using this product and it blended out beautifully I wouldn’t personally build with it tho (reason why my bags are showing) because the cooking effect BURNS
In a pinch for time, or just can’t find a Blush that works?? For warmer skin tones/ People or Color, HIGHLIGHTER is most often the way to go- not Blush. A sweep of Bronzer or Highlighter gives a dewy, goddess-like effect without the time consuming hassle of finding a Blush that doesn’t look cartoonish or dusty on brown skin! 🙌🏾💄 #TipsandTricks #BeautyTips #ProTips #WOC #POC #BlackWomen

I used to use the By Terry bronzing primer serum but the $93.00 price every few months was kinda killing it for me, it’s an amazing product but I wanted to find something similar with a lower price. Long story short, if you are a fan of that serum closest dupe I found was the L’Oréal Glowlotion, same effect fraction of the cost and its amazing!!
New face routine already seeing a difference within the week!
I have oily skin, with slight dark spots and redness. This combination has visibility made my face brighter and clearer. I use it after washing my face in the morning, and apply again after washing my face at night. Also with the Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing oil. The Rose Hip Oil does NOT effect my oily skin
