I have combination acne prone skin but lately have been super dry. I use simple skincare brand in the morning and then shea moisture black soap and ponds at night. Any other products or regimes i could try?

does anyone have a good tinted moisturizer they use on combination skin? 🙈 i’m currently using Florence by Mills but it’s too dry for my skin and doesn’t have a natural/dewy finish so i mix it in with a maybelline tinted moisturizer (for color) and ponds moisturizer to help :/ i want something with sheer to light coverage, doesn’t look cakey, and has a natural or dewy finish!

Do y’all have any heavy-duty moisturizers from the drugstore? I used to have Clinique’s Skin iD moisturizer, but I don’t want to spend $40 again😂 I’ve tried Pond’s and CeraVe’s, but they’re not strong enough and they leave a sheen.

This is what I use! It’s not in Mira’s system though. It’s like $6 at Walmart

Lately my skin has been acting up. Dry all the time, peeling around my mouth and near my nose/under eye. With that being said I also started to breakout along my jawline and chin area. Bad enough I’m trying to get rid of my dark spots but now I’m trying to get my breakout and dry skin due to the weather I suppose under control. I switched to witch hazel toner since the other toner I was using was drying out my skin now that it’s winter time and I recently bought ponds moisturizer that I use in the morning before I go to work but I want something at night while I sleep. I am trying out my husband clean & clear dual moisturizer to see if it helps. Do you ladies have any other suggestions that’s affordable, won’t clog pores, and good for acne prone skin? Even oils would help as well.

Something helpful that I learned recently was that there is a big difference between dry skin and dehydrated skin. Figuring out with one you have should be the first step because they are treated differently. If your skin is dry, it lacks oil and you need some moisture! A thick cream like the one from CeraVe would work. But if you have DEHYDRATED skin, your skin is lacking water. Drink water with lemon and use a Humectant like hyaluronic acid and a water based moisturizer, then seal it all in with a cream! Hope this helps xoxo

Makeup Remover Does anyone have suggestions for an affordable makeup remover? I’m currently using Pond’s cleansing balm, and while it’s very gentle and I like the way it feels it doesn’t remove absolutely everything. I’ve tried countless makeup remover wipes and I always have some type of bad reaction to them, and I’m not too big on micellar waters. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I don’t know which order to use my skin care in? Like i’ve tried to look it up but it’s no help. I have African Black Soap, Makeup Remover, Toner, Elf Hydrating Jelly Mousturizer, Ponds Lotion, and Clean & Clear Overnight Acne Treatment. What order am i supposed to use these in? Do i add or take out anything?

#skincare I’ve noticed a lot of you girls are are having issues with dark spots. I once was in the same place. However, when i started using the ponds clarant cream I noticed how quickly it started to fade my spots. I went from having A LOT of discoloration to completely clear skin. Even though I’m currently clear I still use it every night to keep any discoloration at bay ;)

Ponds makeup remover is a GODSEND My whole life I’ve watched my mom use Ponds cold cream and you just get so much product for a really decent price, it’s even gotten matte liquid lipstick out of one of my shirts before!
