Are the colourpop palettes worth it? Especially the peach and coconut ones?

Colorpop’s shadows are quite nice for the price. Mattes blend pretty easily and their pigment is nice, and shimmers are decent. Though like others I’d recommend their Super Shock singles if you want those really intense shimmer or metallic finishes. Also, in terms of swatches as mentioned above, I’ve personally found that a finger swatch doesn’t really show you much in terms of actual performance when applied to the eye. So take those statements with a grain of salt.

Palette Help Hi, can someone recommend some good eyeshadow palettes? Currently I only have the sweet peach palette from Too Faced. I’m thinking colorful OR neutral. . p. s. Are there beauty deals black friday?

foundation i’ve been looking for a new foundation to my oily skin. I have the Bobbi Brown longwear weightless foundation. i love the color but the foundation itself doesn’t work with my oily skin. I’ve been looking at quite a few. Does anyone have any reviews of these? Too Faced Born this way, Kay Von D lock it, Jouer essential high coverage, Sephora matte perfection full coverage, Too faced peach perfect. i know there’s a lot but i just can’t decide 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Personally I love the Estée Lauder double wear foundation! It works great for my oily skin. Also I use the Cover FX power play concealer on my nose (the oiliest part of my face) and it works amazingly. So maybe try the Power Play foundation?

thought about the Estée Lauder double wear, but my skin tone is so weird because i’m pale. so I did the thing on Sephora to see your exact foundation matches using a shade of a foundation you currently use and i don’t have a match for the Estée Lauder😕

@kelsey millard Im so sorry to hear that! I got matched by Estée Lauder at a Dillard’s to find my match, but I do have a neutral skin tone so maybe that’s why 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have oily T Zone bad. By the middle of the day I am super shiny and oily. I have used Clinique Beyond Perfecting I love it but turns me orange after awhile. I have used Too Faced Peach Mattifyjng. I want to try Fenty Mattifyjng. I just want to know the best for oily skin. Even drug store recommendations would be ok. But I tend to break out on the cheaper foundations. I want full coverage as well. So far the Too Faced Peach is the best so far but willing to try other. I am sick of being shiny by middle of day and having to use my Beauty Blender blotters. I use E.L.F poreless putty primer or W n W Matte Priner so priner reco would be good too. I also use Clinique setting powder. Just help sick of being Oily. Oh! And I use Born This Way full cover Concealor. I was using De-Slick UD Setting Spray as well but now use E.L.F Matter spray. So any and all reco please for all the above! TIA

I have super oily skin my t zone is even worse. I also have super sensitive skin. I use the body shop’s seaweed line (it’s for oily skin) in conjunction with with the tea tree line for when I’m having acne. But I literally load up on anything and everything the is “mattifying” or is matte for moisturizers and primers. I also bake. Even my foundations are matte. I don’t use everything in the picture all together but these are the products I’ve found work for me and my acne prone skin. Depending on the day and how much makeup I wear and whether or not I’m having a breakout kind of determines with group I use. When I’m not breaking out and I’m just gonna wear a a sheer coverage foundation or a BB cream, the elf+ matte line works well with the elf oil control primer mist. I have classes from 8 in the morning and then work until 6 in the afternoon and usually don’t get home until 7ish and my makeup lasts. When I get home I usually notice that I’m getting oily but it’s not a gross looking oily, I look “luminous” on my t zone. When I’m wearing full coverage foundation I use the body shop line. But, I also feel like the heavier the products you use, the more oil your skin is going to produce. Which means your makeup isn’t going to last as long. On my full coverage days I usually carry around blotting mist, blotting powder, and blotting paper as well. Generally if I can get away with it, I stick with sheer coverage foundations. If I want a little more coverage I’ll add some full coverage foundation to my sheer coverage but not a lot. Just so that I can keep it as light as possible. I’ll also use powder foundations in conjunction with liquid sheer coverage. Sorry that was so much but I hope it helps!!!

I forgot to add, one thing I really like about the elf+ matte lotion and primer is that it has tea tree oil in it to help fight acne. Tea tree oil has become my holy grail for acne!

I have really sensitive skin but I’ve recently started shaving my face to remove excess peach fuzz & dead skin. I love the way my face looks and feels afterwards, but I get bumps on my cheek/chin area afterwards due to irritation. Is there something I can use on my skin to help when I shave? (Picture is the tool that I currently use)

These are the razors I use for my face, they’re the most gentle I’ve found for me personally, you can get them for really cheap on Amazon. And I just wipe my face down with a gentle toner to make sure everything is clean before I start and then apply moisturizer right after I’m done.

I love face powders. And I always spray a dewy setting spray. I want to start using foundation but I have a lot of peach fuzz and the foundation always sticks to the hairs. I have no clue what I should do to prevent this. Any ideas?

I use this to set my face, and then spray the pixi glow mist on top. It is the best combination to keep your face looking good but also moisturized. It give me the “glass skin” look.

I can’t cover my dark circles well enough :( I use a peach color corrector and urban decay concealer and tarte tinted moisturizer because I hate heavy coverage foundation which usually makes me break out and feels too thick. Are there any tricks or better products out there??

the milani baked blushes are sooo good and one of the top drusgture blush brands and a dupe for the nars orgasm blush. it leaves the skin glowy n pink. idk what color you’re looking for but i use the one called “luminoso” and it leans more towards the peachy side. if you want a matte blush they also have matte options. hope this helps:)

Recommendations!!! I have VERY bad pores and smile lines and when I put my foundation on it looks terrible! I’ve tried both the Benefit Cosmetics POREfessional and the Too Faced Peach Primer but not a big fan of either. What works best for y’all!?

Help! So I have really dry skin, have my whole life no matter how much I moisturize. I use Milani 2 in 1 concealer and foundation and I use two faced peach primer and sometimes I’ll switch it up and use wet and wild the dewy kind. My foundation keeps fading away or just becoming patchy and ugly. Any ideas why? Or recommendations??? I also use Tarte rainforest of the sea setting spray.

Make sure you're using a hydrating primer. I use the Nyx hydration touch primer. Also matte foundations are gonna be rougher on dry skin. I tried the IT Cosmetics Your Face but Better CC cream foundation and the formula is amazing but much too dark for my fair skin. The Maybelline Dewy + Smooth also works but the lightest shade I've found in stores is too dark for me. Lighter shades exist but only on their website 😞 currently I'm using the Revlon Colorstay foundation for Normal to Dry skin and it works pretty well. I use it with the Juno & Co microfiber sponge and Tarte Shape Tape hydrating concealer. Also a good moisturizer that I have found that works amazing with my dry skin is the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream. I use that with a bit of Ponds moisturizer and it really helps my skin.

So I’ve always kind of had an issue with peach fuzz on my cheeks & chin, and just facial hairs in general. But I’ve never done anything about it because I’ve always been afraid of it growing back thicker and darker. But it’s gotten to the point now where my makeup looks awful every day I put it on & just getting pretty embarrassing and unbearable. So what are the best drugstore products or even at home DIY ideas for facial hair removal?? Please & thank you! 😊

These are amazing for removing facial hair, I’ve been using them for years and I promise you your facial hair will not grow back any thicker or darker than it naturally is.

So I have the Enchanted Paradise palette by L’Oréal and I think the colors are really pretty, the colors blend well, but it makes my eyes look red. Is there another palette that I could get that’s not the Too Faced Peach palette or should I just get the Too Faces palette? I just want something that’s not too pricey.

Very natural dewy makeup Hey, beauties! Quick question, I’m big into very natural- like, I mean veryyy natural makeup. Anyway, I was wondering what sort of eye shadow tips I can get for makeup to look like an angel lmao. What do you guys do to get a beauty dewy look ( but not too shiny) to look like a baby peach? :) I.e. something like this one below!

i always use liquid/cream highlights and blushes as eyeshadow! also using bronzer in your crease gives a really natural look. I’ve found that using cream products in general (for the face too) gives the most natural and glowy look, I love it. Nudestix has the BEST cream blushes, highlights, and bronzers and they have some eyeshadows too!

Milani and physicians formula are my favorite because I like blush but not to extreme. And wet n wild packman blush palette also nice (I’ve seen in person) because it has simmering corals and soft colors that would look nice in you skin tone.

Hey guys ! So I’m sure this is a common question , but seriously ...Why is foundation so difficult?? I have tried several including L’Oréal true match, fit me matte , fit me dewy, too face peach comfort matte, Fenty, and face tape . I currently use Fit me Dewy 115 , and like it more than any expensive foundation I’ve tried . My biggest issue is that foundations look yellow on my light/cool skin and fit me dewy is the only one that doesn’t . Unfortunately it doesn’t last all day for me and even though I touch up with powder , it tends to look funky on my T zone . Help ?💖

Best foundation ever. I recommend it all the time. It has a lot of shades and even helps to color correct if you get matched at the counter because they have a lot of different undertones as well.
