Colorpop’s shadows are quite nice for the price. Mattes blend pretty easily and their pigment is nice, and shimmers are decent. Though like others I’d recommend their Super Shock singles if you want those really intense shimmer or metallic finishes. Also, in terms of swatches as mentioned above, I’ve personally found that a finger swatch doesn’t really show you much in terms of actual performance when applied to the eye. So take those statements with a grain of salt.

Palette Help
Hi, can someone recommend some good eyeshadow palettes? Currently I only have the sweet peach palette from Too Faced. I’m thinking colorful OR neutral.

p. s. Are there beauty deals black friday?
foundation
i’ve been looking for a new foundation to my oily skin. I have the Bobbi Brown longwear weightless foundation. i love the color but the foundation itself doesn’t work with my oily skin. I’ve been looking at quite a few. Does anyone have any reviews of these? Too Faced Born this way, Kay Von D lock it, Jouer essential high coverage, Sephora matte perfection full coverage, Too faced peach perfect. i know there’s a lot but i just can’t decide 😂🤦🏻♀️

Personally I love the Estée Lauder double wear foundation! It works great for my oily skin. Also I use the Cover FX power play concealer on my nose (the oiliest part of my face) and it works amazingly. So maybe try the Power Play foundation?

Combination Skin
thought about the Estée Lauder double wear, but my skin tone is so weird because i’m pale. so I did the thing on Sephora to see your exact foundation matches using a shade of a foundation you currently use and i don’t have a match for the Estée Lauder😕

@kelsey millard Im so sorry to hear that! I got matched by Estée Lauder at a Dillard’s to find my match, but I do have a neutral skin tone so maybe that’s why 🤷🏻♀️
