I really want to try the Paula’s Choice exfoliator that everyone seems to love to get rid of my milia and clear my pores, but my skin is super super sensitive. My skin can’t really handle anything strong like salicylic acid or lactic acidosis. Has anyone with sensitive skin tried this? How did your skin react? Did it work?

This is recommended for a sensitive skin, it’s 1% BHA instead of 2%.

Best cleanser and moisturizer for dry uneven skin? I’ve been using Paulas Choice resist line, but I’m finding that my skin still feels tight and not hydrated. Any ideas for a really hydrating moisturizer? And a cleanser that can help my uneven skin tone? ❤️

This stuff literally fixed all my skin problems within days of use. Truly amazing, lightweight and super hydrating, also evened my skin, reduced redness, and is actually very meditative and brightening. Also really great price point for such a decent amount of a great product

i've been trying to lower how much makeup i use so i want to find a concealer that i can just use to hide my dark circles and some redness on my nose so it's more of a natural makeup look. any cheap concealers for combo skin?

exfoliating scrubs and the biore pore strips! I use these with my regular facial cleanser and it helps too, i try not to be too rough tho!

@Ruby Corona physical exfoliation actually irritates acne and can exacerbate it. Chemical exfoliation on the other hand (like AHA and BHA— glycolic acid/lactic acid and salicylic acid, respectively) can help immensely with minimizing breakouts of whiteheads and blackheads. AHAs can help “unstick” dead skin to prevent pores from clogging while BHA helps actually clear the pores out. Scrubby pads like these are extremely abrasive and also unhygienic for those who get inflamed acne, and can actually worsen breakouts by spreading bacteria from one part of the skin to another.

I really like their antioxidant serum. It has salicylic and azelaic acid and it really helps shrink down my cystic acne. I use it on my boyfriend when he has flare ups and it instantly zaps acne away for him. The full size is a little pricey but they have a travel size for $11 on amazon that you should definitely try out. Hope it works as well for you as it did for me :)

Agreed. This is the one I use, RELIGIOUSLY. Definitely mix 1:1 with organic ACV. It feels harsh while drying and for a while after removal, but any tightness/dryness/irritation doesn’t last long at all for me.

Make sure you’re moisturizing and hydrating your skin, that’s most important in preventing wrinkles and tired skin. Vitamin c serums to help the skin plump, retain moisture and have a youthful appearance

I currently use a physical exfoliator which I love! It's been working for me well (I don't scrub it hard all over my face, just the places that need it). But I've read that chemical exfoliators are better for your skin and I've been wanting to try it; any reccommendations?? I have oily acne prone skin! TIA

I highly recommend the ordinary aha bha peel! It’s super good and relatively gentle. Don’t use that exfoliator because those kinds of scrubs can cause micro tears in the skin and it’s super bad for your skin. If you want to use a physical exfoliator go for it, just make sure it’s good for the skin!

Looking for a good concealer... I’ve been using shape tape for months now and I’ve had enough of the creasing and separation it causes. I use MAC studio fix foundation which has been fine for me, so would a MAC concealer be a good choice? #concealer #combinationskin
