Dry SkinI completely agree, ColourPop and Wet n Wild both have great, easy to blend eyeshadows, especially for the price. This palette is about $5 at Walmart and I think a good one to start with.
Combination Skin#beginner Hello friends. I am terrible at makeup, but I’m trying to get a little better. I’m looking into purchasing a solid little eyeshadow palette for brown eyes.
