Dry SkinI completely agree, ColourPop and Wet n Wild both have great, easy to blend eyeshadows, especially for the price. This palette is about $5 at Walmart and I think a good one to start with.

Combination SkinJeffree Star Cosmetics are vegan and cruelty free, and the packages are recyclable I believe. They also have great pigmentation and are on the cheaper side for their lipsticks and face products. They also have amazing vegan lip scrubs!
There is a Kat Von D pallet that is a little triangle perfect for traveling has a mirror in it and there is 3 shadows they are super light but they are beautiful and you can use them as a high lighter too! And it’s a great price right now only $10 (on the Kat Von D website!It’s called the Alchemist Pallette
