Best Setting Spray for Dry Skin!

I have very dry skin, and the older I get the more I'm developing rosacea, so I struggle with finding a full coverage without getting cakey. I've found that the best way to cover my redness is with a really moisturizing CC cream, and then powder foundation, but due to having dry skin this can become a mess very quickly! I spray this setting spray on any of my foundation powders and immediately the over-dry matte goes away, and I'm left with that "satin matte" (I think that's what you'd call it) smooth skin that doesn't look cakey and gross. If I'm really looking for a glow, I wait for it to dry, apply my highlighter after, and then add a little bit more! It's such a fine mist, and it never gives you wet blotches. And I really do feel like it makes my makeup last. I work up to 16 hour shifts at my job, where I'm pretty active sometimes, and I'd say that my makeup looks really good for the first 12 hours or so, and completely passable for that last 4. I never would have said that before. I LOVE this stuff!

Not Suitable for Oily Skin

I couldn't wait to try this product after hearing and reading such great reviews. The first time I sprayed it over my face I couldn't believe how oily I looked. I tried it a couple of other times with different powders underneath and it still looked the same. I think this would be great for anyone with dry skin who wants to look really dewy. Since I already have oily skin that gets shiny halfway through the day, I had to pass on this one.

This product CHANGED my makeup game! I use it religiously 2-3 times every time I sit down to do my makeup. It really melts the makeup into your skin and makes it last! It gives a beautiful, natural finish and for dry skin it’s a dream! Would recommend!

I WILL FOREVER BUY THIS

I love this product! I always wear makeup daily for about 10+ hours a day. First time trying this out, have been using for about a week, it feels super light and smells wonderful! Always leaves my skin looking glowy and like skin!!!!! I struggle with dry skin/acne so after long hours makeup would break apart with my dry skin but holy cow this stuff does the trick for me, I'm so glad I don't have that issue anymore!! Thank you very much.

Cheaper than All Nighter and WAY better sprayer

I swear by this. I wore it to my wedding. I couldn't give it a higher compliment. My stylist recommended it to me during a makeup trial for my wedding, and she was right. I was thrilled. It stayed dewy on the big day and held up to all the tears and sweat like a champ. It's easy to get an even coat because the continuous fine spray works perfectly. It sets the powders over my foundation with a slightly dewy finish. The smell is nice and not overwhelming, but I avoid breathing through my nose while it's wet because I have sensitive nostrils. The smell goes away when it's dry and I love that. The castor oil in this is great for my sensitive combination skin. Urban Decay's formula is a little better (stronger with slightly more hold) but it's not a big enough difference to justify the price for daily use. Plus, UD's sprayer is like a garden hose compared to this... Morphe's sprayer is so delicate and it goes on so evenly. Amazingly great.

What are your favorite face primers, setting powders, and setting sprays? I currently use ELF primer (the yellow hydrating one and the one I included in this post) for my face. Lately it seems that no matter how much setting powder I use, everything just slides off my face at the end of the day. Please suggest something for me! #oilyskin #primers #settingpowder

i work as a receptionist and my worst habit is resting my chin on the phone on my shoulder (if that makes sense) and all my chin makeup ends up rubbed off in like an hour, and i have chin acne so it’s a big stressor for me. i know the simple solution is to stop doing that, but does anyone have any tips on how to make my makeup stay put? on an everyday basis i just do primer and concealer and set it with a pressed translucent powder, but even days that i go the full way and use foundation as well, it still happens. help!!

Make sure you use a setting spray! It’ll keep your makeup in place🙏🏻 also keep in mind that it might still rub off because you are resting your chin on the phone, its what happens with glasses as well. However it will help your makeup stay put for a longer time my favorite is the Morphe one 🙌

I can’t seem to ever get my makeup to stay or look good all day long! 3-4 hours and it looks terrible in my opinion. I use elf setting spray and a setting powder but everything fades. Foundation, eyeliner, etc. Tips? Products?

I love Morphe’s @Continuous Setting Mist ! I also love Coty Airspun @Loose Face Powder in shade Naturally Neutral. (I find that this shade has less flashback.) Also investing in good skincare before application (moisturizer, SPF, primer, etc.) has helped me tremendously! I’ve recently been using Juno & Co’s @Moonshine Miracle Cream as a moisturizing primer & I’ve been loving how it blurs my pores.
