My lips are generally very sensitive when it comes to any lip product that has color. I've tried a number of lip sticks, lip stains, lip gloss, and they all dry my lips, or the color doesn't stay on, and I start getting bumps days after. At $18, I was kind of skeptical with Milk at first, but decided to finally try an oil lip stain.
It has checked off all the boxes so far. I love the rollerball applicator - it actually helps keep the lip stain glossy instead of clumpy and tacky, as many lip glosses get. My lips stay moisturized. Like another reviewer stated, the red is actually kind of pink. I, too, would love to see a darker color in the future, but I don't know how likely that is. Keep in mind this is a Korean product - I assume it will cater to tastes and complexions of most Korean women.
Yes, the product has very basic packaging. But it is light and compact, and it serves its purpose. Which to me is really the most important thing. What's beautiful packaging if the product doesn't work well?
