I use Too Faced Hangover Primer and then I put a small amount of this on my dryer areas and let it sink in before my foundation and I feel like it really helps.

Can anyone recommend a good lightweight moisturizer that won’t make my face super oily or make me break out? My skin is super dry and flaky after I wash it but is super oily late in the day.

Hey girl! I had the same exact issue before - every makeup remover product / wipe would really irritate & break my skin out. Now I swear by rosewater. I use Heritage Store’s Rosewater - I got mine from the health & beauty section in a supermarket but it’s at ulta, target, Walmart, etc. Just make sure if you do purchase you get one that’s straight rosewater (not the toner and other similarly packaged products). I spray a cotton round with it and wipe my makeup off with it, if there’s still makeup flip it around, spray some more & wipe away. I haven’t broken out one time after using it. It’s very gentle on your skin & it lasts a while. I’m an esthetician & I tell my clients if they get lazy about washing their face @ night to keep a bottle and a sleeve of cotton rounds on their nightstand.

I have sensitive skin and very dry and dehydrated. When I shower I notice my skin is super tight and dry and itchy. I have tried a lot of new moisturizers and cleansers but nothing seems to help or make a lot of difference. Any advice or suggestions please 💕

Love the hydro boost line of products. I use the serum and the water gel for extra dry skin and it’s helped a ton.

So it’s not really a makeup item but it is related to skincare. I have acne scars myself and skincare routine items that I recently bought which smoothed my skin noticeably. It’s Estée Lauder and Thayer’s witch hazel toner. I don’t know a dupe but above are the products I use in order. FYI: THERE ARE A LOT CHEAPER OPTIONS THROUGH AMAZON. I have been using these three items for the past two months and I love them so much.

my skin has been oily for years, i would get a pimple here and there when i usually ate one chocolate, skin has always been on the bumpy side though, and i have alot of uneven skin tone. now to try to get rid of the oils and bumpiness my sister recommend using the body shop tea tree soap, then the body shot vitamin c scrub and them the tea tree face mask and to sleep in it. i tried it and got chemical burn, completely broke me out and make my skin more sensitive to everything, i used to be able to use estee lauder double wear and now even that breaks me out. ive tried all the vitamins everyone has recommended, i tried clinique, stirvectin, hydrolic acid, now im on cerave the light blue bottle face wash, i tone put the hydrolic serum and face moisturizer im so close to giving up, my face just looks horrible now i have alot of scarring, still bumpy and red. its embarrassing, any recommendations welcomed!!

@Sandra Rivera having a good skin care regimen is always important. Making sure you cleanse and moisturize every morning and cleansing and toning every night as well. I’m using DermAware products right now for my whole skin care regimen. Has the dermatologist ever recommended chemical peels?

Hi! So I’m trying to find products to better help my foundation stay on and stay matte. I have very oily skin and have tried so many different foundations and have tried mattifying primers too. They either make me breakout or they just flat out don’t work. I’ve even tried the IL Makiage ‘find your perfect shade’ foundation, it’s better for summer and when I’m more tan, but it most definitely didn’t live up to its promise of staying even after using a mattifying primer. I’m also trying to look for products that aren’t crazy expensive.

It just takes some practice and knowing your eye shape. I watched countless videos on how to blend eyeshadow. The first pic is the first time I ever tried to use purple, and the second pic is one of my most recent looks. Just have some patience and practice often!

this setting spray is my favorite from the drugstore but if you can get luxury then i would recommend the urban decay all nighter. for primers the smashbox primer is really good and i’ve been trying the elf pore putty right now (which i like). Elf primers are really good and i would recommend just about any of them

The niacinamide is gold, refines pores and helps with sensitivity, I have rosacea and it helps with that and it does not make my face break out, if you have open wounds on your face when you put it on it might burn for a second tho.
