These are hit and miss to me...blue brown is hands down the worst one I purchased .regret it...Mellon is nice...but the pigments have no stay power even with primers and setting sprays...all brands have hits and misses...these are a miss. Size to go pigments need to be improved. Maybe more selection would help??idk. But I would rather use a dupe.lol I want to return my purchase.

I have several mac pigments and love almost all of them. I wanted to focus on rose gold because it's been my favorite pigment for years. I love love love rose gold anything and this pigment is as true as it gets, a lot of companies put a color out claim it to be rose gold but I find them to be on the more coppery,green,or peach side of the shade. Macs pigment is 100% the color of rose gold. It is absolutely stunning, once you learn how to apply the pigment properly there are so many ways to wear it. I use it one of 3 ways, 1st I mix it with a slight bit of mixing medium and apply directly to the lid with my 219 pencil brush, the result liquid high shine like super pigmented color.2nd you can also wet the brush with a bit of fix + before using and play up the intensity to your desired liking, or finally over a lipstick I just dab a little in the center of a pink or nude lipstick and it looks amazing. With all pigments there is fall out but only apon 1st application once I dust off the eye area it stays exactly where I put it without bunching or creasing. I'm obsessed with this color my engagement ring is even rose gold lol, and this is the only one out there that I can say is 100% true to color___ Less

I was introduced to MAC makeup years ago, and have been hooked ever since. The eye shadows are the best in the business. They are highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. Plus they have a myriad of other uses. Put it in clear nail polish. The more you mix in the darker the shade. Or mix and create your own colors. Pigments can be used a blush, or mixed in with any spray hair product to give you that extra little sparkle. Lastly mis it with lip gloss. But not much, as I stated earlier, a little goes a long way.I have deep creases, and pigments when used in conjunction with MAC paints, stays on all day. For example, I did my friends makeup at her wedding. The next day she asked me, "what did you put on my eyes?" I asked "MAC pigments. Why?" She said "Because I looked just as good the next morning as I did yesterday."They may be a little pricy, but how long they last it is worth it. You will easily take years to use up one container. And there is a great many different colors. In the jars they may look the same, but on the eye can look totally different. The colors in MAC pigments layer one upon one.
