Whats the best eyeshadow brush for a beginner? And why?

Flower beauty is a drugstore brand, but every product I’ve tried from them, I’ve absolutely loved. Their brushes are really soft, good quality, and cheap ($6 - $9). If you purchase an eyeshadow pallet from them, it comes with one of their eye brushes. Very convenient and affordable.
Does anyone know some good methods to making an eyeshadow more pigmented? I find that when I use a brush to pick up certain colors, they’re very translucent.
Thanks! ☺️

Spray the brush before picking up shadow- and also use a base on your eyes first!
