So far I’m interested in trying Charlotte Tilbury’s most recent foundation and the pressed powder. Any luxury recommendations that are worth the splurge and hold up on combo/oily skin? I struggle with a lot of shine mainly between my brows and around my nose :)

When I hunt for eyeshadow palettes I like to customize by using a color wheel to make eyes standout. For green/blue try more mauve/pink. Unless you have more blue in your eyes lean towards more pinks. So look for the undertones of your eye color and move directly across the color wheel to find what makes those eyes pop. Then you can decide what kind of look you want. A whisper, talk or shout?
