I only use cruelty free products, thankfully I don't feel limited because there are great brands like Lorac. I saw these pallets and fell in love in the store. The colors could be everything from a natural look day look to a going out smoky eye. The colors have great pigment, blend well, and go on smooth. I do use a eye shadow primer, but even when I rush and forget, the eye shadow never creases and has good staying power on it's own. Between this one and the Gold, they are my go to colors. I have fair, sensitive skin and don't have an issue with the eye shadow. I highly recommend these for anyone.

I cannot even begin to explain how beautiful this palette is. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. This is my first Lorac purchase and I am definitely a fan. I have all 3 Naked palettes (which I am obsessed with) but I tend to lean towards the warmer and gold shades in them, I feel like this palette was designed for me. The shimmer shades are EXTREMELY pigmented and last all day long. The mattes are a perfect blending/crease shade. I use this palette everyday and night and I currently choose it over my Naked palettes. If you find yourself using Half Baked by Urban Decay everyday then I highly recommend this palette to you!

I am such a neutral palette addict (have all three UD naked palettes, too-faced, etc.) and this is still the one I reach for the most. LORAC eyeshadows are really just like no other, especially with pigmentation. I never have issues with fallout and these blend beautifully without getting muddy like some can tend to do. I love that there are no "glitter" colors - just matte and satin. There are some colors that have a very nice sheen but no actual glitter that falls all over your face. This would work for any eye color, but it is the best neutral palette I have used for blue eyes - it really makes blue eyes pop. I gave it a 5 star (probably would have four and 1/2 but not an option) but wish this palette had a brow highlight color that was satin and not just matte. I sometimes like a slight sheen for my highlight color and the only cream colored shade in this palette is matte. I have been using this a few times a week for over a year and only one color is 1/2 gone, but I will likely have to buy another one soon as it's my favorite one. Their primer is very good as well - very light and doesn't crease like a lot of eye primers do. Will continue to buy this as long as it's made!

This used with the provided eye primer is a great value. The lighter colors are subtle but classic and the darker colors blend well without being muddy. Very little fall out as the colors are almost creamy in consistency. Great for contacts or without....my eyes were not sensitive with this product. I use these colors almost Dailey with the darker colors used as eyeliner...it stays put!

Several of the lighter colors did not show up on my dark skin despite my attempts to build it up. The texture is very powdery and dry making application and blending difficult. A friend also tried to make the palette work but since she's darker her attempts were futile. I own and recommend the original LORAC Unzipped palette for dark skinned WOC.
