So far so good!

First i'd like to start with I have dry acne prone skin. I used this setting powder for the first time and it was really great! I applied it over her concealer and im just a major fan. It made my under eye and forehead matte without drying me out. My skin looked so smooth! Will repurchase

Pleasantly Surprised at this Powder

I am a big Kylie fan and have been using her lipsticks for years. I was reluctant to try her setting powder because I have several others I I thought I really loved, but was interested in the soft pink color for my fair skin. WOW - this powder has really surpassed my expectations! I have oily, sensitive, acne prone skin, so I really struggle with getting a nice finish on my makeup. I initially just used this to set my concealer - usually either Maybelline Instant Age Rewind or ColourPop - and have really been impressed. I've started using it to set my foundation - Estee Lauder Double Wear - and it does a fantastic job. This is the only setting powder I've ever used where I'm not oily at the end of the work day. You get quite a bit of product for the price - I think it's reasonable for staying power. You don't need very much. LOVE it! It has become a staple in my makeup bag.

Best setting powder

This is truly the best setting powder I have ever used. It keeps me matte all day without looking cakey. And when I say all day I mean it. I usually work 14 hour shifts and my make up doesn't budge with this. I don't bake with it hardly ever I just use my blender and press it into my skin. It gets rid of any shadows or oiliness. I am so happy this is finally at ulta.

very natural no make up look

with oily combo skin, ive been using this now for about 4 months. it sets my makeup but i didnt realize how natural it looked until i bought Huda Beauty and Fenty Beauty powders. while both powdera are phenomenal, this powder is my everyday natural brightening yellow powder that does not cake, look like im wearing makup and is never over done. safe for my sensitive skin it has never caused breakouts rashes or oiliness. i only apply to face avoiding my undereye ( with all powders) and at ulta i receieved a discount on purchase. i completely recommended if you need to ride yourself of shine and want a natural translucent sheer satin finish.

Hi! So I’m trying to find products to better help my foundation stay on and stay matte. I have very oily skin and have tried so many different foundations and have tried mattifying primers too. They either make me breakout or they just flat out don’t work. I’ve even tried the IL Makiage ‘find your perfect shade’ foundation, it’s better for summer and when I’m more tan, but it most definitely didn’t live up to its promise of staying even after using a mattifying primer. I’m also trying to look for products that aren’t crazy expensive.

If i’m gonna be totally honest, I have not found one matte foundation perfect for my skin yet so what I do is I tried buying some translucent powder to make my foundation @Face Tape Foundation look matte and it honestly works perfect for me! Some translucent powders that i’ve bought to try is @Loose Setting Powder , @Secret Brightening Powder , and the @Loose Powder Matte Foundation SPF 15 !! And let me share a secret with you...i got the bare minerals “powder matte foundation” at tjmaxx for $10 instead of paying for full price😊 I hope my answer helps!!

What is a good translucent powder for dry skin? I have dry combo skin so my makeup still moves around if I don’t use powder.

What are some good affordable setting powders that won’t cause acne? Preferably good for drier skin. I tried Cory Airspun and it broke me out. :(

What’s a good setting powder? It seems like whenever I apply setting/ baking powder it just goes on dry and cakey. I always prime my face before and make sure it’s moisturized. Any suggestions?
