This is going to be an in-depth review so get your iced coffee and maybe your wallet. To preface, I am a light mixed gorl with yellow undertones and red cheeks. Now, I own Chanel/Hourglass/ABH/Essence bronzers and none blow me away quite like this Kosas one because the others are noticeably powdery whereas Kosas looks like fresh bronzed skin. The most similar bronzer to this is Chanel Les Beiges in Sunset but it is FAR less pigmented and bronze than the Kosas. The packaging is nearly identical with Emcosmetics, its just frosted with no mirror, and I like that you click it closed than it being magnetized (for travel - remember that?) but I know for the queens with acrylics it might be annoying. There is a smell to this, it smells like baking dough, it’s not gross or horrid, and once it’s on your cheek you can’t tell. I’d rather it smell like the product than a fragrance tbh. Now to the pigment, gurl. You best be careful when picking this up on your brush otherwise you’re gonna get cancelled. I swirled it on my brush thinking it was hard pressed and when I looked at my brush - shock, it’s capital Pigmented. It has excessive fallout because of the formula so if that’s not your gig I’d pass. It is such a buttery powder you could use your fingers to blend this which is so unique to me. Once blended on the skin it is beautiful. It is a warm bronzer but it’s deep enough to be a contour-bronzer duo for light to medium tones. This is for that no makeup makeup look and will be in my favorites drawer for all of summer hands down! It goes over bare skin or foundation with ease, doesn’t go on patchy, blends to seamless perfection, she really is that gurl. I know the deep and light shade is probably INCREDIBLE but this is that perfect honey bronzer. It’s that been sitting in the sun without the harsh rays, walking on the beach and snatching everyone’s eyes with the bronze beauty. Thank you Kosas for delivering, now if you can make these into blushes it would be game ova.

new favorite

I recently purchased the medium and dark bronzers because I was unsure of which color would look best on me. I’m honestly a bit between them both so I can go either way depending on how sunkissed I want to look. With the dark though I have to use a lighter hand and definitely blend but it has such a warm color on me. Looks beautiful and lasts all day. Doesn’t fade out or get patchy. It does initially have a claylike smell upon immediately opening the package. But after being open a little while it fades away. I love the packaging. I don’t really care that it doesn’t have a mirror as I wouldn’t really use it anyways. But the packaging is a breath of fresh air compared to packaging being so repetitive. Texture is very soft and buttery. I didn’t have a lot of kick up in the pan compared to other feedback I’m seeing. However, it can depend on what kind of brush you’re using and how much force you use when dabbing brush on the product. But overall I’m happy with my purchases and would buy them again.

This is my 4th day using this bronzer and I have to say I’m SO impressed. I’m shade 5.5 in their tinted face oil/concealer and the medium bronzer works great for me (use a light hand because it’s VERY pigmented). Easy to blend, doesn’t look patching, no glitter just a nice sheen, and lasts all through my 12 hour shift. The thing that sets it apart is the tone, it’s such a believable sun kissed tone that I don’t have in any of my bronzer shades.

Strong chemical smell!

Wanted to love this as it stated it was moisturizing and is clean beauty. I have med-tan olive skin so I bought the suggested “medium” colour. It is VERY pigmented and quite orangey, did not blend the greatest either. I thought about keeping it and trying again once I got more tan but I just can’t get over that chemical-like smell. I’m the type of person that doesn’t mind most scents even if it’s a strong one but this one is badddd. That fake chemical smell is very off-putting. I would have gave it another shot, if it had not been for the smell.

The perfect smelly, super-pigmented BRONZER

Smells like old vegetable oil, or a really cheap doughnut without sugar. I would have assumed that I got an old batch, but these just came out. I love that fragrance isn't added though, so I can deal with the odd smell.Such a unique texture, creamy and almost wet, but definitely a powder. The tone is definitely sun-kissed. Almost on the edge of sunburn. I personally love it.I bought the shade medium (I use 3.5-5.5 in TFO). In-between shades would have been great, but I heard they are coming. These are REALLY pigmented; go one ~gentle~ tap at a time. Seamless blend. My fallout was fine, not a lot, not non-existent. Experiment with brushes if you get a lot of fallout, also don't swirl your brushes in baked products.I have no idea how anyone can say these pull orange. My only guess is that they're expecting a glowy baked powder called Sun Show to be a contour? But even so, orange is a STRETCH. If anything, these pull red. To the point where they can be a really subtle, natural bronzy blushes. If you're looking for a contour from Kosas, use the revealer concealer in 2 or so shades darker, if you can. Less
