- Sephora User

weight

lightweight

it provides medium coverage, not too heavy, which is good for summer make up when you don’t feel like you have tons of make up on

- Sephora User

lasts the whole day, wears well throughout and doesn't look cakey or crease

- Sephora User

creasing

not creasing

this is a lovely creamy concealer that doesn't crease

- Sephora User

no creases at all

- Sephora User

layering

buildable

it is medium coverage and buildable so it covers my acne pretty well but if i’m having crazy breakouts, this is not a full coverage concealer

- Sephora User

i can tell that it's buildable and it's only my second day of trying it out so i'm learning to build up the coverage to get my dark circles even more concealed

- Kosas User

blendability

blends well

yet another solid product by the lovely team of kosas that makes my skin feel good and blends in seamlessly

- Kosas User

this blends great and matches perfect with my skin

- Kosas User

color accuracy

doesn't oxidize

the coverage is also good, the only thing i didn’t like was the undertone, made me look a little yellowy i think the number two would fit better for my skin tone

- Sephora User

it doesn’t oxidize like other concealers so the color that it is, is the color that it stays

- Sephora User

pore minimizing

pore minimizing

it has amazing coverage, great staying power, and minimizes my pores

- Sephora User

it provides great coverage and almost blurs out large pores

- Sephora User

color correction

not color correcting

i’ll either return or use it as a color corrector under my foundation

- Sephora User

the color be is a bit red but works great for color correction

- Sephora User

water resistance

not water resistant

it is water resistant and takes a bit to get off if you don’t have a good face balm to get it off

- Sephora User

the only thing to note is that it is not at all waterproof

- Sephora User

coverage

medium coverage

the formula is thinner but blends like a dream and leaves a medium coverage, dewy finish under the eyes

- Sephora User

it’s between a medium and full coverage

Quality

This product is impressive, it's light and comfortable with incredible staying power. I thought it looked extremely natural and I did not put any powder over it.Packaging - The packaging is visually unappealing primarily, if not exclusively due to the top/cap. It is a clear plastic material with bright yellow paint-swipes all over it. It has a late 80's, early 90's feel. The yellow lettering is unattractive as well. A majority of my products have a minimalist, clean, chic natural feel - this one stands out. In my view, the packaging gives it a juvenile teenage look, which is not the client/customer base I imagine Kosas to have.Revealer - Whoa. I have been using RMS for a while now and it was revealing the blue-ness under my eyes so I had to switch. I researched a great deal and this product lives up to the hype. It goes on heavily with a wand, so just lightly dab it. It feels fresh, light, smooth and comfortable. I rubbed it in with my fingers and patted it down gently, no powder was needed. So natural. I thought it fully covered while it brightened generously. I thought it provided to true "no make up" look.I would highly recommend this product. Less

Great concealer

I have tried a lot of concealers lately and this has been a solid favorite. It's the perfect combination of coverage and consistency. I love that it's fragrance free, too, as I've been having pretty severe reactions to fragrances lately and a lot of concealers include them oddly enough. As far as wear goes, I applied this over moisturizer, a facial oil, and sunscreen (all at the same time) without blotting just to test it out. I did set with a light powder and it lasted all day with no creasing on my eyelids and very, very minimal creasing under my eyes (every other concealer I've tried creases like crazy, this one was only noticeable way up close in a mirror). On the sides of my nose, where I'm the most oily, it looked as if I'd just put it on hours later. It's easy to apply and you really don't need much at all. Pro tip #1: Start light and build if you need too. Pro tip #2: Make sure you moisturize and exfoliate if needed. Makeup us much smoother on moisturized skin. Overall, this is an excellent concealer and I have no complaints. Less

tone 4 brilliant

TONE 4. This tone 4 is just divine. It looks super light in the tube but when swatched or applied the color appears more true to the description or more of a light medium warm color. I was upset to see it so light in the tube and was convinced I had ordered the wrong color, but it was a pleasant surprise to see the color. As some have written, yes there is a slight warm undertone. On texture, application and wear: perfect creamy texture, applies easily. Can be worn sheer for medium coverage or full coverage. This is a very agreeable formula for my skin and it doesn’t crease, splotch or anything strange. It is very comfortable and looks very natural.I use huda powder on top and the two formulas work well together and are very flattering. This formula does dry down and it does not move. It’s very hydrating and semi satin glow finish, definitely not a matte finish which I love.I will be buying more colors. But tone 4 works wonders for my under eyes.Kosas please don’t change a thing about this formula or packaging. Less

Hard pass

I bought this off of the Kosas' website, and chose Tone 4 because at the time Tone 3.5 was called a neutral shade, and not golden. I'm a warm-neutral tone, so I pick warmer shades because I'd rather look tanned than washed out. ANYWAY. I picked this up because I want to get into clean beauty and I've admired Kosas from afar. For reference, I currently use the stretch concealer from Glossier and the pot concealer from Nars. I use the Glossier one under my eyes and on any red areas, and the Nars as the occasional high-coverage spot concealer. I don't like a full coverage foudation because my skin is both oily and dry and tends to show rough patches easily. I thought this would be a good product because of the moisturizing ingredients inside. I have two problems: the first is the shade matching, and the second is how cakey this looks on my skin. The outside of the bottle of tone 4 is the exact color of my face. The inside is Jergens orange. I have no idea why they look so different, and I wish that the shade matching was better. The lighter tones are cool toned or neutral, so I (at the time) picked the lightest color available with my undertone. I wish that there was a light shade with mildly warm undertones. Second problem is that this is quite cakey, and I use only the teensiest bit on the back of my hand, then apply with my finger. I just applied it and it's already flaking around my nose and in between my eyebrows. It's also pulling up texture under my eyes, and I don't really have that much texture because I'm 22. I don't really understand this product, but I know I"m going to have to use it (mix it with Glossier and hope for the best) because I feel like I have to get my money's worth (28 dollars!!!)I wanted to loooooveee this and I have to admit I regret buying it. Hopefully it works better for other people! Less

The moment I read about this release I joined the waiting list and ordered it as soon as I got the in stock email. I started my makeup today and was so excited to give this a go. I used a foundation that I don’t really like (not sure why, just happened to reach for it, Urban Decay Naked foundation) The moment I put the concealer on it looked too dry and my skin looked really textured. I knew it was the foundation, it’s a problem I have had with it over and over. It was just one of those days I ended up hating my makeup and tried again. The second time I applied it today I used it with the Kosas Tinted Oil and man, what a difference. It really is made to work well with this foundation. Definitely more coverage than the oil foundation. Slightly more matte. It looked beautiful under my eyes which is where I get very picky with concealer. It didn’t settle into lines and blended beautifully. I also apply it on my nose and around my mouth and it just looked like a match made in heaven. Less is more, I used my fingers to blend and then used the fenty concealer brush to really work it into my skin as a final step. I like that it takes down a little bit of the shine of the foundation. I didn’t find the need to powder. I just took my makeup off now after about 10 hours and the concealer didn’t move. I think using it over a really hydrating base was key. It’s one of those foundations you could definitely use on blemishes and under my eyes. Not too matte, not too glowy. Fantastic product as always with kosas. Less

I really enjoy the Kosas Revealer concealer it’s pigmented enough to cover under eye circles but nurturing and bendable for not wearing foundations
