pore minimizing

pore minimizing

i am in love with how my skin looks now and i would recommend this to anyone who has redness, scars and large pores

- Qvc User

i like also that its noncomedogenic - doesn't clog the pores and it holds up well in the heat and humidity where i live

- Ulta User

texture

smooth

i came across this cream and was tempted to try it, but was concerned because i am very light skinned and this cream is beige - although it is touted as good for all skin tones

- Ulta User

this product however is fantastic and gives my face the smooth, beautiful look i have been seeking for a long time

- Ulta User

color correction

color correcting

this is honestly the best color correcting product i have

- Sephora User

it never creases, flakes or fades on my (lightly moisturized) dry skin and, except for the color correction i know has taken place, it doesn't look like i'm wearing anything

- Ulta User

staying power

longlasting

the best part is this can last an entire work day of tough pysic all labor

- Ulta User

it goes on smoothly and stays on all day - i took a nap with this cream on and when i woke up it looked exactly the same as when i first applied it

- Sephora User

blendability

blends well

it doesn't streak or melt or magnify pores

- Qvc User

i'm super pale right now so any redness stands out but just a tiny amount of this cream blends so easily and 100% completely covers any red or blotchiness

- Ulta User

weight

lightweight

omg, i was shocked how it concealed the scar and the redness instantly and looked so natural without being cakey

- Sephora User

i gave this is a present and my friend that has rosacea loves it, i uses it once to cancel redness around my nose, and it feel so good, not heavy at all, nice smell and very smooth

- Sephora User

hydration

hydrating

but i love how hydrating it was

- Sephora User

doesn't flake or dry out my skin

- Ulta User

under eye

good for under eye

i start with moisturizer, then under eye cream, this bye bye redness (a little goes a long way) and then foundation to top it off (charlotte tilbury which is light and moisturizing)

- Sephora User

game changer for the dark circles and shadows under my eyes too

- Ulta User

layering

buildable

it has great buildable coverage

- Ulta User

i have never been able to find a product that matches my skin tone, covers my flushed cheeks and nose, and is buildable enough to cover blemishes- this is it

- Ulta User

creasing

not creasing

even tho i’m almost 62 i still get breakouts- this gives amazing coverage with a small amount, doesn’t break me out, & doesn’t settle into my lines

- Sephora User

it lasts, it's comfortable, it doesn't settle into fine lines, and stays matte

- Qvc User

brightness

non brightening

it dulled the very mild areas of red but really did nothing for the more "angry" red areas

- Ulta User

after a few days i noticed my skin looked dull and gray

- Ulta User

color accuracy

oxidizes

it made me look orange, and gave me cystic acne breakouts

- Ulta User

once it fully oxidizes it turns orange

- Ulta User

coverage

medium coverage

a very small amount of product goes a very long way, which means a lot coming from someone with problematic skin needing medium/full coverage

- Ulta User

paired with my medium coverage foundation though it's almost flawless and i barely need any concealer

I've tried a lot of products BUT..

I have incredibly fair skin - most make up brands that are affordable (to me) don't have my skin tone. I decided to finally splurge and buy this after more than a month of research (and heavy debate with myself). Did I really want to spend the money on something I was unsure would work, let alone work with my skin tone? I am so happy I did. I've never EVER let a review on a product because I believe that everyone's skin has different needs, tones and coverage. I have light redness on my cheeks that I could never seem to find the right coverage for but also a couple of other "issues" such as, large pores, under eye purple bags of doom, etc.. I use this product only on my cheeks, under my eyes and around my nose and it works PERFECT. It lasts all day, looks natural, and provides the best coverage. I should mention that I wear glasses almost every day and even with them on and around my nose, this make up stays all day long. This is 110% worth the money. A very small amount of product goes a very long way, which means a lot coming from someone with problematic skin needing medium/full coverage. Also, it worked for me even with being a shade lighter than Casper - you only need to apply where needed but if it works for your skin tone, you can apply as a foundation. With all seriousness, do yourself a favor and splurge to purchase this product. It's true that sometimes you pay for quality, and this product will speak for itself. Best Wishes :) Seriously « less

Great As Concealer &/Or Even Foundation

Although I do not have rosacea nor skin discoloration issues, I purchased this correcting cream after being impressed with Jaimie's presentation in which she demonstrated on her own rosacea. To my surprise, this product became THE best concealer that I've ever tried. And, believe me when I say that I have tried most concealers and color corrector/concealer duos from both QVC as well as popular high-end lines. I am 57 years old and have issues with acne scars left from teen years as well as enlarged pores. This IT cream is the best thing that provides flawless coverage of scars along my cheekbones. Hands down, it's the best! Some reviewers say the consistency was too dry or it settled into their enlarged pores - yes, it's somewhat dry but that's a good thing for those with oily/combo skin and I was able to achieve smooth coverage over the more visible pores around the nasal area. Also, I, too, would love a super-size version but this little jar actually lasts a very long time since a little goes a long way. I do not care for the mini-buffing brush that came with my original order because you can end up picking up too much cream, thereby wasting unnecessarily. However, I found out that the brush was useful when I used the correcting cream more like a foundation for times when I needed all-over, full-coverage. But the brush is too big if the cream is used as a concealer. So, for less concealer needs, I agree with another reviewer who found using a Q-Tip as a great method of picking up small amount needed. That way, you can get a lot from just the lid alone. Then, simple dabbing with finger or using a small concealer brush works toward flawless coverage. As far as comments regarding the ashen-like shade, I felt that can happen if too much product is used. Again, you only need a small amount. Otherwise, I agree that it is a universal shade. I found out that using a powder foundation and/or IT Cosmetics' Bye Bye Pores HD Finishing Powder completes the flawless, air-brushed appearance. Lastly, I applaud this line for developing different products for different issues so one can choose the various Bye Bye concealers (whether for under eye or elsewhere) as well as illuminating vs. matte. I hope Jaimie knows that this correcting cream does more than just dealing with redness and market the product as an effective concealer and even for full-coverage foundation! I am now a big fan of IT Cosmetics as we witness the company grow from infancy to multi-million dollar industry in the competetive world of cosmetic lines! « less

AH-MAZING - worth the splurge!!

i have VERY sensitive skin. I have heavy rosatia on my cheeks, and I also have Keratosis Pilaris, which causes my face to easily break out if i use too much / the wrong product. I was tired of layering foundation on my face (it was making me cake and break out anyway) to try and hide the redness, and the color wheels weren't working either.I didn't even know this product existed until i went in the store and talked with an employee. She put me in the chair and applied the correcting creme to show me how it would work. I couldn't even believe it - such little product was used and all my redness was GONE! My skin actually looked like skin and not five layers of foundation. You don't even NEED foundation when you use this - this color corrects and acts as foundation in one! The woman next to me also purchased it, she told me she's been using it since it came out and loves it (she also had rosatia).i DO suggest using a primer or pore eraser before applying, though. It can cause you pores to look enlarged, especially if you have dry skin. Its an easy fix though with some primer and pore eraser (i used professional by benefit). it had no problem staying on my face all day through a 10 hour bartending shift (with setting spray of course!!). I also suggest applying with a beauty blender or sponge instead of a brush, especially if you have the dry skin!!This is worth the money - IMO. I usually won't purchase things this expensive, but a little goes a LONG way and it totally does its job. Will be a repeat buyer for sure! « less

EXTREMELY heavy/FULL coverage product

I bought this product after reading all the rave reviews on it. I hardly ever wear makeup, and if I do, I don't wear anything more than BB cream. This product is "one color fits all," which didn't bother me much because I'm fair skinned and thought this would give me a little bit of a tanner look. First off, a little bit of this product goes a LONG way. Since it's a "redness correcting creme," I was expecting a light coverage similar to that of a BB cream or a tinted moisturizer, but wow this is SUPER cakey and goes on the face very thick.I used a very small amount of this product (I dabbed my makeup brush onto the cream that was stuck to the lid, hardly used any) and even that small of an amount provided 100% full coverage, and was just way too much for me. It made my face look super pale (which is weird because the cream looks pretty dark/tan in the pot), it settled into all of my fine lines/creases and made them super obvious (mind you, I'm only 24....). I'm so happy Ulta lets you return products, because I immediately returned it the next day.Bottom line, I would say that this is for people who want FULL coverage, which is not what I want. This doesn't look natural on at all, and looks very cakey/thick when it's applied to your face. Oh well... I won't be purchasing from IT anymore. Too much obvious coverage and doesn't look natural in the slightest. « less

Really works !

I hardly leave reviews but always read them, so in this case I wanted to help someone else out who is older like myself. I ordered this to counter redness on my chin and under my eyes. It does exactly that. I wanted to use it as a foundation on days that I just wanted to quickly have something on my face. My color spectrum is Tan and my skin is somewhat dry and thin as many older women experience. Bye Bye Redness is very, very matte. In a foundation (which this really was not meant to be) I like a little glo factor (not glitter but "lit from within glo") and this does not have it so....here is what I did:1. moisturize2. apply Bye Bye redness sparingly to face and under eyes3. dust bronzer over all lightly to warm the color4. add blush5. patted coconut oil onto my face....very sparingly on the tips of my fingersThe result :Beautiful, light makeup finish with a "lit from within" glo.**ALSO, I have no surface lines or wrinkles other than very fine lines around my eyes only when I smile. So, I cannot speak to whether this settles into fine lines or wrinkles on the face. I can say, that when I smiled, there was no settling of this product into the fine lines around the eyes and it did not "cake" throughout the day. It stayed on all day.....no touch ups needed !I hope this review helps an older woman as myself ( 60+). Most everything looks great on young people....and can be far different on mature skin. This is a wonderful product and can be used by any age.*** Remember: A very little is all you need ! « less

I’m looking for something to cover some redness/acne scars and a few pimples here and there. I have dry skin that tends to get oily throughout the day. I’m look for a product that’s not super heavy on my face/cakey, but does the job. Any recommendations as to whether I should get a foundation, bb or cc cream, and which ones would you recommend?

I have always struggled with my face being SO red. I don’t really have the bad acne anymore just a couple pimples here and there but it’s my skin that makes me feel so self conscious. Is there anything that helps take the redness away?? #skincare #blemish #sensitiveskin #help

Anyone know of a good bb cream/ cc cream? I’m looking for something that lasts a good amount of time, smooths pores, and covers redness/acne fairly well. I have combo skin, acne prone. Would appreciate some opinions! #bbcream #cccream
