Currently searching for products to use on my birthday and I need advice on primers, longwearing foundations, concealers and powders with no flashback. So far I’m interested in trying Charlotte Tilbury’s most recent foundation and the pressed powder. Any luxury recommendations that are worth the splurge and hold up on combo/oily skin? I struggle with a lot of shine mainly between my brows and around my nose :)
I am looking for a hydrating foundation for dry skin that gives me a dewy/glowing or illuminating finish. My skin is fair (usually 2nd from lightest shade). What would be the best? Or do you have any other suggestions? Also would like to find a setting powder that’s hydrating and/or illuminating. I tried too faced born this way translucent powder, but it seems to be matte and drying. Any suggestions?
The airspun powder is AMAZING. It’s a matte finish but does not dry and honestly I think it’s amazing. Only 5 bucks at Walmart 🤷🏽♀️
I’ve asked for recommendations for foundations a bit lately but I always ask for drugstore products. Now I’m just asking for any suggestions for foundations for dry skin, my go to has been e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation but now with the weather changing even it’s looking kind of dry and flaky on me, even though I’ve switched to my thick moisturizer and prep my skin thoroughly beforehand. I really want to find a foundation with good coverage that’s also very hydrating and I just haven’t had any luck with any I’ve tried so far, so any suggestions are much appreciated.
Makeup Revolution foundation. So good for dry skin.
@Emily Noelle Selby definitely gonna have to try it, it is super affordable. How is the coverage? I’m super self conscious about my blemishes I also have a good sized scar directly underneath my chin. I’m super embarrassed by it I got it in the 3rd grade I’m 27 now 🥺
I just purchased Charlotte Tilbury the airbrush line! I’m in love! I have the same issues as you with oil etc! You will not be disappointed
