1980’s News Anchor Blush as Contour

I bought this to use as a contour, I hoped this would be “IT”. Sadly this was AWFUL! I tried two different shades and both made me look bright red, like I had rosacea. Once blended it did not look like contour at all, but rather like blush left over from my mother’s makeup bag, circa 1980. You know that news anchor blush as contour that was popular in the ‘80’s. The texture is dry and chalky. Takes a lot of work to ‘blend’ this dry and chalky mess of a product. The packaging is something to be desired. It takes several tries before you get the cover on track to fully close. I usually love all things Huda but this product seems like it was rushed into production and not thoroughly tested. Back to Sephora it goes!

The consistency is so soft and blendable! So is the pigment. I’ve always used the ABH palette but I think I’m gonna have to move on and stay with this for a long, long time! Love it!!Huda was right when she said you can literally just use the your hand and have the most sculpted face! user

So pigmented and so blendable

When I first swiped this across my cheekbones, I had a moment of panic when I realised just how pigmented this is and the prospect that I had ruined my base makeup however this blended out like a charm and left a beautiful contoured finish which meshed seamlessly with my base makeup! This contour is so pigmented and so easy to blend. It looks seamless when applied to the skin and lasts all day. It also doesn’t make the skin look muddy as there are so many different shades to choose from that you’re bound to find one that suits your skin tone. user

I have never cream contoured my face until now. This product is super easy to use, is lightweight, blendable and long lasting. I find it works best when I tap the larger end of my beauty blender in the product and apply to my face. Great to use under bronzer so your bronzer doesn’t fade through the day! user

Medium is a dream

For years my friends used to tell me I needed to contour my face, and I refused because EVERY contour or bronzing product I used looked like my face was dirty or was intensely, unmistakably orange. Combine that with having textured skin from acne scarring, and most products just didn't work for me.Tantour changed that! The cream to powder consistency blends beautifully into the skin and doesn't do weird things over my acne scars. The undertones in this product are PERFECT for someone with a bit of melanin in their skin. It's super buildable - don't be fooled by how dark the color is in the pan, it goes on really light and sheers out and a little goes a very long way.Super duper highly recommend this product!

I’m looking for a blendable cream contour that won’t look muddy. Does anyone recommend this?

#Bronzer #Advice Bronzing is such an important step in my makeup routine, but I feel like it goes away after just a couple of hours. I currently use a primer, and setting spray to help but still get the same results. My current bronzer is physicians formula butter bronzer. Should I change bronzers or apply it differently?

if you use a liquid or cream bronzer and then set it with a powder bronzer, it should last a lot longer!! also i love the butter bronzer!!

I’ve been getting more into makeup recently and I’ve been wanting to start using countour. Any suggestions? I’m leaning more towards a cream contour but am open to anything.
