So no matter what type of foundation, setting spray, and translucent powder I use my skin ALWAYS gets oily/shiny and caked in my pores. I have tried a TON of remedies and no success 😕 any advice or products? Thank you!
So my eye has a deep crease with oily eyelids and it is resulting in the top half of my eyeshadow always wearing off prematurely and I wanted to know if anyone could recommend any products to use to help combat this issue/ any eyeshadow blending techniques are appreciated
I have very hooded eyes too, they can be frustrating to work with. But I’ve been using this primer for a couple of years and it’s amazing, my eyeshadow lasts with no fading or creasing even after 10-11 hours, and since you have oily lids putting an oil control primer underneath will probably help a lot. And if you’re interested in finding new techniques, Wayne Goss has several YouTube videos on hooded eyes and they’re really helpful.
@Donovan Cummings I really hope you find something that works for you 🙂
@Jessica Helms Omg girl bless your soul 😇
Hey sisters!!! I need some help I have rosy cheeks that are hard co cover & dry skins what are the best products as far as primer/ foundation? Or anything to help cover the red without being caked on!! Thanks!!!
Any of the dr jart+ products that contain tiger grass work amazing! My favorite would be this treatment or the tiger grass cream. This treatment covers redness and gives some coverage to the skin. You are also able to build on this if you need extra coverage. The tiger grass cream is a thick moisturizer that removes redness and gives a great base to the face. I have been using this cream as my primer!
@Maddy thanks girl!!! Definitely going to try it this week!!! Is it online? Or at ulta/Sephora?
@Kennedi Myers it’s at Sephora! Online or in stores.
So this could sound crazy but if you have tried a bunch of things your skin could be dehydrated and overproducing oil to compensate. Maybe try extra hydration at night followed by a non stripping cleanser in the morning. I also recommend daily use of niacinamine to help reduce pore size and regulate sebum production.
