blendability

blends well

i love this one more than anything because it is fluid like and blends into my skin perfectly

- Sephora User

it has a watery consistency and it blends very well - i just pat mine in place with my fingers

- Sephora User

weight

lightweight

the coverage from this liquidy lightweight formula is amazing

- Sephora User

i love that it's very pigmented yet thinner in consistency, this way my under eye darkness disappears but i don't have that cakey look i normally get when applying concealer to the under eyes

- Sephora User

layering

buildable

i've put on three layers in certain areas under my eyes before, and the texture is so thin that it covered my dark circles with no makeup buildup on the skin at all

- Sephora User

it's better to start with a very small amount and build up coverage

- Sephora User

staying power

longlasting

it's light, long lasting and has amazing coverage and best of all it doesn't look like i have makeup under my eyes

- Sephora User

a little goes a long way and it lasts all day

color correction

not color correcting

this was not color correcting for me at all

- Sephora User

i don't think it did anything to help with me dark circles or color correcting

Best Corrector Formula on the Market, Hands Down!

I have light/medium skin with dark and dry under eyes. My dark circles are a mixture of blue and red tones that get worse when I don't get a good nights sleep, or if I am dehydrated, or if the wind bows to hard (aka all the time). I've tried most correctors on the market, and this Master Corrector is the best one that I have found. I have already gone through 3 tubes and I will continue to keep buying, even at the high price point. The consistency is very thin and light, but the product does have good medium coverage. The light texture allows you to layer the product easily on days that you need more coverage. I've put on three layers in certain areas under my eyes before, and the texture is so thin that it covered my dark circles with no makeup buildup on the skin at all. It looked flawless but not heavy. It also layers beautifully under concealer/ foundation as well as over eye cream. It dries down and sets quickly, so there is no tacky or sticky feeling left on your skin. Somehow, it doesn't dry out the skin under my eyes, but it also is not too moisturizing so it stays where you put it. I do wish that there were more colors with this formula. It would be nice to have some lighter and darker salmon/peach tones so every skin tone would be represented. More tones would be helpful for mixing as well.

Did I miss something?

I have hereditary dark circles and very fair skin. I purchased this in pink and orange. I've tried using it every way possible- over eye cream, no eye cream, with a primer, with no primer. Its expensive! so I tried it with another salmon colored concealer with some success until I used the salmon colored concealer on its own with better results. The formula is very loose/liquidy and when I tried to build coverage I was just taking the under layers off. I can only assume that the rave reviews for this product are from people who don't have serious dark circles. I would highly recommend anyone with hereditary dark circles to sample this product in store before purchasing.

Worth it

I really love this corrector. I love that it's very pigmented yet thinner in consistency, this way my under eye darkness disappears but I don't have that cakey look I normally get when applying concealer to the under eyes. I don't understand why it says that the pink tone is for olive skin and the orange is for cool toned skin. I'm glad I went with my gut and ordered orange even though I have golden-yellow undertones. Because the orange color cancels out the blueness in my under eyes, yet blends into my golden skin, I don't even need an extra concealer to cover up the orange. This really helps brighten the eyes for a fresh-face look. Bottom line: I would absolutely recommend this. I would also recommend that if you have olive skin tones, go with the orange. It'll cancel out your circles but also blend with your natural skin tone. People with pink undertones may want to try the pink shade. And remember to use it sparingly! It's expensive, but it should last a while if you know how much to use!

love this!

I have been using color correctors for a long time due to my extremely dark circles (a mixture of genetics and having a baby/lack of sleep). I love this one more than anything because it is fluid like and blends into my skin perfectly. The consistency and coverage is perfect for me. My dark circles are concealed without creasing or looking cakey. I rarely repurchase items because I always wonder if there is something better out there, but I think this is a keeper and I'm sticking with it!

best correctors ever

Two important things to note about me: 1.) I have insanely dark circles. It's hereditary, and they are super hard to cover up. 2.) I have very fair skin. I usually buy the lightest foundations in nearly every makeup range. This also means that those aforementioned dark circles are even more prominent on me. This all means that I've been on the hunt for an undereye corrector for a *very* long time, but nothing has had me this excited until I found this product. I use the orange shade and it has been a miracle product for me lately. I use a brightening concealer over it because it can look a bit too orange on its own, but it never looks cakey, and it blends out like a dream. I also haven't found it to crease on me, and I love that the applicator is teeny so I can focus the product on areas that need extra help. Most GA products have been a bit disappointing for me, but this product is one that I will be repurchasing and loving for a long time.
