All I wanted and more

I purchased FAB's Face Cleanser, wanting a cleanser gentle enough to use daily on my sensitive skin yet effective enough to remove makeup and dirt without drying my skin. FAB's Face Cleanser meets my expectations and more. I use it daily and it easily and gently removes both makeup and dirt without leaving my skin dry and tight. Instead, my skin is incredibly soft and clean, all without any soapy residue. The cleanser has a rich, creamy consistency out of the tube. Only a pea-sized amount (or smaller!) cleans my entire face and neck because it lathers wonderfully. No need to add more cleanser--a pea-sized amount covers it all, which is more than I can say for a variety of other pricey face washes! FAB's Face Cleanser is also incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin. My face is prone to redness and breakouts, but this cleanser has elicited neither response. In the product description, this cleanser claims to calm redness; while my face is not completely free of redness, I do feel as if the overall redness of my face has been reduced. Maybe with more time using this product (in addition to the FAB Facial Radiance Pads), I will see even more of a benefit...or maybe my face will always be mildly red. Regardless, this cleanser did not irritate my sensitive skin and seems to be helping calm it, which is something I haven't found in the dozens of other face washes I've previously tried. Overall, I love this product, my skin looks and feels better, and I will definitely be buying again! If your skin is sensitive or you are looking for a gentle yet effective daily cleanser, try this one! « less

My favorite cleanser

I just realized that I count on a lot of your reviews to help me choose products but never give my own. So I’m reviewing my favorite products tonight. I have been using this Cleanser for about 5 years now and it’s the best I’ve ever used. I have struggled with acne for years, cystic and non. A few years back a Sephora employee saved me. She told me she had the same skin problems as me once upon a time and she learned her skin was allergic to Silicone. She told me to try to remove any products that contained silicone , demethicone or anything ending in “cone” and to give this cleanser a try . I started using this , I also bought a Clarisonic (well worth the investment if you can ) and never looked back .I LOVE this cleanser. It leaves my face feeling completely clean. Just like it says , it’ll remove all makeup, dirt and grime. I also took the products with silicone out of my makeup routine and the happy ending is that my whole face cleared up. I get an occasional pimple once in a while (usually that time of the month) but it’s mild and nothing like I had before. I have since turned many of my friends and family on to the FAB line none of them have acne like I did but they still love it. It’s great if you wear makeup, takes it all off. I also love the red bottle deep cleanser too (I forget the name of it) I use it like once a week. Also last tip if you’re struggling with acne ..don’t skip out on moisturizer. When I was young I had oily skin and was afraid of moisturizer. I thought it would make my acne worse. It’s actually the opposite. You’re skin is dry especially if you’re using acne clearing products. Your skin will overproduce oil when it’s dry, use moisturizer and that won’t happen so much . I’m 34 now, if I only knew back then lol Less

100% recommend

I have never written a review for a beauty product but I love this cleanser. I have always had oily and acne prone skin. I also have redness and large pores. I've tried many many drug store and more high end cleansers with no relief. My skin is so sensitive lots of these other cleansers would leave my face more red and irritated then before. I don't even know how I stumbled across this brand but after reading the reviews I ordered and am so glad I did. I've been using this for about 2 1/2 months now and honestly can remember having about 1-2 pimples the entirety of using this and that's been after using make up. That's a drastic change for me as I can't even remember having clear skin before this at all. I've been using it along with the anti-redness serum and the ultra repair face moisturizer. I have redness and likely (undiagnosed) rosacea and I have to say I have not much seen a difference regarding redness with the serum. I wish I could say different but I likely won't get the anti redness again however i LOVE the cleanser and moisturizer and will play around with different products of this brand. I would also say that even though I have oily skin some cleansers dry my skin out sooo bad and it's been flaky. This cleanser does not dry my skin out at all! No irritation, no drying. It's so soft and creamy. After using it my face is sooo soft. I only use it at night instead of twice a day bc i have never been able to wash my face twice daily due to cleansers irritating it BUT i'm sure I could with this one and may try it in the future although nightly has already drastically changed my acne problem. Sorry for the long review but I recommend fully this cleanser and honestly you can't beat this price for this product. I am no where near empty on the cleanser after over two months of strict nightly use. Less

longer to give total bg info-

Let me start wtih some background info- sensitve skin issues with breaking out and large pores.. I was using the bare mineral products when after a year or so I started to break out with cystic acne so I quit using that and went "back to basics" started using dove bar soap as a face wash(for sensitve skin-because I thought it wouldn't have harmful ingred.)n changed the powder to benefit_hello flawless-that worked okay for a bit then all of a sudden I noticed really really dry skin like patches on my face so I thought I needed a primer tried Dr. Brandt(really liked bc it was matte finish but drying) stopped using that n was in Sephora everyweek trying new moisturizers primers... when one of the girls suggested the FAB line. Used it and LOVE it, I use all the products. The cleanser does not lather like a soap would but it def cleans my face, no issues removing make up(I use Almay eye pad wipes for the eyes so no problem removing the rest of eye stuff) and it is so gentle. She said I might break out in the beginning while it was really cleaning my face but no issues w that(I have on the rare occassion I don't wash my face b4 bed notice little breakouts the next day though, not sure what thats about). A little does go long way_I put a line the size of the tip of my finger pad and thats enough, so even though some might not like the price it is worth it bc it lasts, have had current tube for a month and not even close to running out. Btwn this and the pads n moisturizer and intensive cream(for night) no problem with dry flaky patches and it does not cause my face to be oily. « less

Wanted to like it...

I'm very skeptical when it comes to skin care items, especially cleansers, that claim they're for all skin types... I have dry skin and my husband has more combination-oily skin.We both tired out this cleanser and stopped using it for same and different reasons... His reason was, even though he liked how it made his face feel nice and smooth, he noticed he started getting a lot of blackheads. Something he doesn't normally deal with except on his nose. The reasons I stopped using it, is because not only did I also start getting blackheads, but it was starting to make my skin feel too dry. Initially, yes, I loved how smooth is made my skin feel, but the more I used it, the more I felt like either it's not cleaning my face well enough or it's stripping my skin. Either way, that can cause blackheads and break-outs... black heads are just dead skin and sebum. If this cleanser isn't cleaning my face like it should and leaving a film, then that could cause blackheads and breakouts. And if it's stripping my skin, then that would cause my skin to become more dry, imbalanced, and create more oil, which again, would equal to blackhead and breakouts. So, we both stopped using it, and I have decided to go with a cleanser that is specifically for dry skin. Less

I think this cleanser is the best for sensitive skin. It’s really good and gentle and doesn’t have a scent.

Does anyone know a good gentle facial cleanser? I’m looking for a new one that won’t be too harsh on my skin! I have very oily skin and pores.
