it didn't feel heavy or oily (i have combination skin and anything oily/greasy creates problems)

So I have very yellow toned, olive skin and it's very difficult to get a blush to be pigmented enough to even show up on my skin. Powders are lack luster, minerals are too shiny, creams are messy and I liked the concept of this stick and the colors are dark enough for my skin tone. Can I say I LOVE this product. I was skeptical at first and didn't want a shiny, greasy product. I chose the luminous berry and it's perfect!! Smooth, matte finish and it stays all day! After reading other reviews, USE IT SPARINGLY!!! I "dot" it on and blend it with my finger and it's smooth, just enough cream and gorgeous! Another great E.L.F. product! userNovember 8, 2018

One of my favorite/ go to products!

I absolutely love love love this multi stick! The product is long lasting and goes on beautifully. I have this in the shade luminous berry which is a gorgeous pinky red. When I’m in a hurry I’ll use my fingers to blend it on my cheeks and lips over some bb cream and my make up looks complete. It’s very creamy and easy to blend and use. It does have glitter in it which you can’t tell from the elf website but that isn’t an issue for me. userFebruary 9, 2019

Absolutely Gorgeous!!!

Part of a gift to myself and probably one of the best products ever. I love sparkles and this satisfies that as a medium between pearly and chunky highlighter. I got Glistening Peach, which works so well with my skin tone (I'm pretty light) as highlighter and blush. I apply it a teeny bit higher than where I would blush, and blend it up around my cheekbones.Mainly microglitter with some nice slightly bigger sparkles (none are near actual glitter size, don't worry!). Pigment is amazing---it can be blended less to act as blush, or more to just leave the sparkles. I'm sure it can make a good eye shadow/topper, but I haven't tried that yet.I usually apply this around 7am and by late afternoon it sometimes seems like the sparkle fades, but it could just be me. So I just tap it a bit with my finger and it livens back up. It's part of my new daily products and can be worn alone to give some zest to a casual look or as part of an event look. Super great.Would ABSOLUTELY gift this. Less userSeptember 13, 2018

Love the colour, glitter is a nightmare

I was an eyeshadow newbie when I bought this - I only wore neutral gold and bronze tones. I wanted to get a burgundy colour to match a shawl I had been wearing everywhere, without committing to a full palette of other colours I didn't know how to use. Without side by side swatches, which are now up, the three dark shades looked so similar, and my first pick was sold out, so I went with rose. When this first arrived, it was smaller than I expected, so I tried it on my lips first. It just looked bad. The glitter is a bit chunky, but the main issue is that it seems to be multi-coloured. The base colour vaguely resembled dried blood on the lips, it was cracking and thick, and the glitter was too dramatic and childish. I looked absurd, and sparkly. So I abandoned it for six months, planning to give it away for my sister's stage makeup collection. She didn't need it, and it was just sitting on my shelf, so I tried it again recently, as both a light blush/highlight and then as an eye tint. As blush, the colour was lovely but it just wasn't working, mainly because the glitter transferred far down my cheeks without any work on my part.I loved it so much as an eyeshadow, at first. I just wiped a touch on, blended it to the corners with a brush, and topped it with a little matte powder. (I didn't prime, which might explain the results, and I will try it again with primer. But it was so creamy I didn't expect to need it.) It was so flattering, I loved it. I actually looked my age, and the sheer tint meant I didn't need a base colour, or anything... What failed? It creased more than expected, but mainly, the glitter, again. It ended up on my forehead. None of the pigment, just the glitter. And it's impossible to remove, and chunky for makeup, and it was just a mess.I love the colour, I love the concept and the handy size, but if this dosen't work even with the glitter primer, I'm going to have to throw it out. I can't even imagine handing it down because my sis would be picking glitter out of her eyebrows for weeks. Less userMarch 3, 2019

Perfect for me!

I bought this product because I figured I could use easy makeup to help me look put together in the morning. Well I’ve found it! I absolutely love this product! It’s easy to blend into the Cheeks with a sponge or your fingers. It looks beautiful on the lips and it’s pretty good as an eyeshadow. I’ve learned with the particular color I use (sparkling rose) I have to have a base first. Then it has pretty good staying power. But all in all I’m so happy with my purchase!

Have you ever tried the multi use sticks? Elf makes a great one. Warm it on your fingers and just dab a bit on. Looks way more natural then powder. Hope this helps!
