Love it!

I bought this a month ago and have been using it every time I contour or just want to bronze my face. The bristles are packed but soft and easy to blend out hard lines. It's perfect. Huge plus that it's affordable and great quality. I use it side by side with my high end brushes. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Excellent brush

This is an excellent basic brush for blending eyeshadows. I own several and use them daily. You won't do better for the price, and it beats a lot of more expensive brushes. The shape is good, the bristles are soft and don't shed, and it washes well. It's made well and is durable.

Makes sculpted cheeks easy

I really loved this brush. The flat oval shape makes it perfect for applying and blending powder products, especially on the cheeks. I use the narrow top to apply contour and/or bronzer, and highlighters. The side of the brush is the perfect width to apply blush, and then use the top to blend out the edges. The short handle makes it very easy to maneuver around the planes and angles of the face. The bristles are super soft, dense and don't shed. It cleans up very easily and is very well made.

Good Beginner Brush, But That's It.

I bought this a couple of months ago, so i've had a bit of time to play with this brush. I'm a beginner at makeup, so I have very little experience with brushes and am still on my way to building a full set. It does an okay job at blending, but I use it mostly as my secondary blending brush behind my colourpop blending brush. I like to use it to sweep skintone color under my eyebrow, as it picks up product alright and I like a light layer to build up on. The handle isn't very secure to the ferrule, and so i'm waiting for it to fall apart. The bristles are quite secure, and they don't shed, and I believe it has to do with the bristles being so thick that it's harder to remove. I did have one bristle move out of place, so I did remove t with a tweezer so it wouldn't affect it's application capibilities. When washing it holds it's shape well, but the bristles do bend easily, so be mindful of how vigorously you clean it. It's a decent brush, but I use it as little as possible anyways because it's scratchy on my eyelids. I don't doubt the reviewers below who rate it four stars, but I personally believe if you can afford to purchase better, do. It's good for beginners like me who want to see what brushes they like and what they prefer, and if this weren't elf and I was a bit more of a jerk i'd list alternatives i've liked lmao. Elf, in general, is a great place for beginners to start. You get what you pay for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And it's an inexpensive way to experiment. As for me, i've been pretty unsatisfied with elf brushes, so i'll be looking elsewhere. It was a great run though, and I'll at least keep my blending brush until it inevitably falls apart :')
