STRUGGLING!!!! i have super oily skin, and break out so bad before and during my period. I have been using curology recently, the cleanser absolutely makes my skin feel SO dry. however, after my moisturizer I’m so oily and feel so insecure. Currently wearing no make during quarantine, looking for a new sensitive, preferably fragrance free, and best used for oily skin. i plan to keep my curology specific formula. As well as a nutrogena moisturizer with sunscreen. :) would appreciate any tips for my skin and recommendations for cleansers. #oilyskin #HELP #recommendations #skin #curology

I have super oily skin and have noticed a huge difference after using this product consistently for a few weeks. My skin has been less oily and pores have been less visible

Is curology really worth it? I’m a teenager with mild acne but has many scars. I just want a 1 step simple skincare that works for me. Should I give curology a try? #curology #seekingadvice

I tried curology and it really helped me for a while! But over time it began to irritate my sensitive skin. And it never really helped me with blackheads, only major zits. I eventually stopped using it as it became very irritating to my skin.

It’s really improved my skin, at first I broke out just a little but, my curologist did warm me about that. My pimples are getting smaller and smaller and my skin is glowing a little!! Just give it time☺️☺️

I have dry, acne prone skin and I have been trying everything to get rid of my acne for the past year! nothing works (curology, neutrogena light mask, acne washes, tea tree oil, mario badescu- you name it!) does anyone have any recommendations for a natural at home remedy for acne? I’m done with all the chemicals ingredients on my face.

I know you said no chems but the only thing that worked for me was 1 session of a chemical peel (ask for 7 layers) and drink ONLY water in place of any other beverage. ONLy WaTeR!! Don’t believe me, look at my before and afters. Still can’t believe it’s me. - 1 session of a strong chemical peel -Drink Water ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Oxy gently in circular motions until face starts feeling tingly. -and an oil free moisturizer! Let me know how it goes! Good luck!

Honestly I did like three to four different sessions of chemical peels and they really were life changing. Unfortunately for me my acne continued so I went on Accutane

I had really bad acne last year and I started using a trial size of it. Didn’t know if it would work but I waited about six weeks before I saw dramatic results. I had scarring and whiteheads around my chin area, which went away nicely with time. Surprisingly I still have a lot of sugary foods and drinks from time to time, and the formula really helped my acne like no other. I get my small breakouts every now and then, but overall, worked better than anything I ever used! I’ll attach a photo of May-October 2018, as well as a current photo of how my skin is almost exactly one year later

I started Curology a year ago and it changed my life. I had tried EVERYTHING in the book to cure my acne and nothing worked. I finally gave in and have been on it for a year now. I actually can’t believe the difference it’s made.

I had quite bad acne 2years/1year ago.. what worked for me was simplifying my routine, I’d been using so many different products to try and get rid of the acne that is actually made it worse. Products with few ingredients are great. Find a light face wash and a good toner I recommend Witch Hazel. Then a good moisturizer and a spot treatment!

I love it! I have been using it for a few months now and my skin has never looked this good in such a long time. My breakouts are less persistent, my skin is less irritated and inflamed, and my scaring has also gone down by a lot. I have SUPER sensitive skin so at first I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to make a formula for me that didn’t irritate my skin. But I was so wrong. This stuff works. And it works so effectively. I hope this helps you out in your decision process!

@joey ellis then I think you’ll have a good experience with it! The cleanser and moisturizer that you have the option of adding to your subscription are also good as well. They have one universal cleanser and two moisturizers. (One geared towards normal to oily skin and the other geared for drier skin) so you can definitely find something for you. I’ve tried the cleanser and the oily skin moisturizer and they do not cause any irritation on my skin whatsoever. Curology is definitely a great product.

Curology is the only thing that has helped me. In about two-three months it completely cleared up my acne. Now I have a formula that prevents breakouts and treats the hyperpigmentation that previous blemishes have left behind. This formula has also been made to help with my huge pores (which is definitely has). I don’t really understand how this one bottle could have helped my skin so much but I feel like I really have hit the jackpot with this product. The dermatologist they provide you with is so helpful! I love Curology and I am so happy that I tried it. It’s definitely worth the shot! Feel free to use this link for a coupon if you (or anyone) decides they want to make a change!! Good luck on you journey to clear skin!!! https://share.curology.com/x/lDtL6G

I have been using this moisturizer for 2 years. I have acne prone skin, that fluctuates between oily in the summer and dry in the winter. It works wonders, both in the morning and night. Hydrating and absorbs quickly, not oily at ALL! I use it with my curology, and my face stays relatively clear, because the occasional hormonal acne. Highly recommend!

I need help finding a foundation or tinted moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive, dry, acne prone. Ive been using urban decays all nighter and it’s too Matte for my skin. It seems to dry it out even more and looks very cakey. I’ve had to do some major damage control using curology and my acne has cleared but I have to be diligent with my skincare. I just want either a foundation or a tinted moisturizer that’s light, hydrating but won’t cause a breakout.

Hey there! First of all, I feel you girl! Sensitive skin can be SO annoying because whatever you feed it could cause an eruption at random. I have sensitive, acne prone, OILY skin, and so that is always a fun complex to try and keep calm. Urban Decays All Nighter is great, and is considered one of the most “full coverage foundations on the market.” Because of this, UDAN can be extremely heavy for us sensitive skin gals. I have listed 3 foundations below that I feel could be some gentle, hydrating solutions to try. Hope this is able to help! Keep on keeping on, girlfriend! I promise there is light at the end of this precocious tunnel! 😉 -CoverFX Natural Finish Foundation This is a medium to full coverage dream cream foundation. I absolutely LOVE it. CoverFX is one of the only brands that is a high performance line without pthatlates, sulfates, silicone, mineral oil, fragrance. It’s also gluten free, cruelty free and vegan. A sensitive skin girls safe haven. Because of the creamy, slightly dewy, natural formula, it will feel very comfy on dry skin. -Clinique’s Even Better Foundation w/ SPF This foundation is fabulous for those of us with combo/dry skin and acne scarring. In the Clinique realm, the Even Better foundation is considered the “magic eraser” for discoloration, dark spots, and acne scars. It helps to even out the skin tone in a nice medium to full, buildable coverage. The formula is almost a thin, watery consistency, so it is very lightweight. Very comfy on dry skin. Clinique has been known for their “allergy-rested, fragrance free,” stamp of approval, so sensitive skin types have thrived in their line for years. -First Aid Beauty Tinted Moisturizer This stuff is the bomb dignity. Gives a perfect sheer to medium coverage. Gives you your SPF, and is hydrating while being extremely sensitive friendly! First Aid Beauty’s line was actually founded on the need for skin care curated for eczema clients and extreme sensitive skin cases. So this is as “skin friendly” as it gets. I absolutely LOVE First Aid Beauty. There is a slight luminous effect in the formula that is quite stunning on the skin as well! 😊

Hi! I tried cytology January 2019 and it’s August now. It did a great job of stopping my acne completely. One big problem of mine was hyperpigmentation and my scars have mostly faded since I started using it. They also customize the formula to match your skin. I also would use the neutropenia grapefruit acne wash along with my curology routine which helped. I don’t think it is necessary to buy the curology face wash and face lotion because there are other alternatives out there that work great. Here is a picture of my curology bottle and the ingredients if you are curious.

okay tbh everyone said it works wonders. i tried it and it didn’t do much for me but everyones skin is different. basically i used it for 2 months and it worked a little in the first 2 weeks, acne went down but never fully gone. then it just seemed my acne stayed the same (it didnt get worse but it didnt get better) i kept using it to see if it needed longer to actual work with my skin. nothing worked. so i emailed the company and told them what happened and they refunded my purchase. you can always buy it and see how it works with your skin and if worse comes to worst then you can always ask for a refund

I just got a curology set and you can get it for only $5 your first month so it’s totally worth giving it a shot. I haven’t tried it yet. My skin has cleared up so much by taking the halo beauty kiwi vitamins and my skin is looking so good I barely need curology

I had a serum I had to put on like twice a day and I remember liking it a lot, but not being able to afford it. So after figuring out what my skin issues even were (rosacea for me), I figured out what products to stay away from or use for it. But that’s all I have to say, it would have been worth the money I didn’t have.

Curology was my holy grail. My acne was painful and it made me so insecure. The first 5 days of using it, my acne lessened and my redness toned down so much. I kept using it for months and I had a pimple occasionally. Also, helped with my skins texture, I had a lot of acne scars and now I only have a couple left. After using it for 6 months I decided to see what would happen if I stopped using it. Well, my skin stayed clear besides having a pimple or 2 every couple months but I also started working at a burger shack. I recommend curology to anyone who has troublesome acne that just doesn’t wanna go away no matter what they try. I’ll add pics, the before and 5 days after. The other pic is probably after 4 months of using it and was the first time I felt confident not wearing foundation.
