It might be your diet or lack of vitamins. Sometimes the problem stems from the internal body rather than just the layers of the skin. I recommend watching Allie Glines’ video “How I Finally Cleared My Acne” and kristinaxmakeup’s video “HOW I CLEARED MY SKIN IN 30 DAYS *naturally*” :) I also recommend cutting down on dairy and sugar intake! For more info on skin, watch the YouTube channel Beauty Within! They not only give helpful tips but they educate with scientific facts and visuals as they explain.

When did you guys start using creams and serums for wrinkles? I’m 22 and wondering if it’s too early to start

I use an anti aging serum (I’m 15) because they have brightening benefits and I’ve found they help combat sun damage! It’s a personal preference though, but I wouldn’t say it’s ever too early

Moisture and protein products are key! Extreme or All soft (All soft mega for medium-coarse hair) shampoo, conditioner, and masks by Redken are great! For styling, extreme has protein leave in conditioner, and any hair oil (argan, Moroccan, etc) is perfect for hydrating damaged ends (curly/wavy hair is naturally more dry) and I recommend adding the oil to the mids and ends while the hair is still damp :) I know Sephora carries Olaplex 3 which repairs the bonds inside of your hair as well
