Maybelline makes a matte pressed powder as well as one that’s a more natural finish so maybe try out the latter... I have used it and like it Cream/liquid bronzers, blushes, and highlighters are generally going to give you a more glowy look and also won’t be as drying

I also have acne prone skin. I have found with experience that for foundation to look good with acne prone skin that a good moisturizer is your best friend. I use Cera Ve. It’s been really helpful especially because I live in a super dry area. Use a moisturizer that you feel is perfect for you and then let it settle in. Make sure your skin has a good moisturized base before putting on the foundation. You can also use primer on top of the moisturizer if you’d like to mix it up, just make sure the primer works well with your skin. I’m sure there are primers that will help give you that glow you’re looking for ☺️. I recently found a great foundation, with this one, a little goes a long way.
