Oily SkinAs you can see from my photo I have been denied the luxury of an upper lip. I wouldn’t even call it small. It doesn’t exist. However, I want to wear lipstick like everyone else. But when I put anything on my upper lip, it comes right off my teeth due to my lack of lip. Is there a waterproof or teeth proof lipstick that I could wear? How can I wear lipstick and make it look decent?

Combination SkinJeffree Star has good liquid lipstick formulas that all dry down matte but aren’t crackly on your lips. This is shade “weirdo”. It’s on Jeffreestarcosmetics.com but its sold out but it’s the only recommendation i know for a good black matte lipstick.
Combination SkinMy boyfriend and I are being a scarecrow and a crow for halloween. I’m being the crow and need a moody dark lipstick for the look. Maybe black or deep blue? I’m not a big fan of matte lips on my face.

JOAH’s Wat-A-Matte Liquid Lipstick is incredible and doesn’t transfer! I swear by it and it lasts a long time without reapplication and doesn’t crack like other matte liquid lipsticks!
