Sensitive SkinI’ve been using for some time a small angled brush dipped in black eyeshadow as my eyeliner. I’d like to change my look up a little but don’t want to use liquid eyeliner. I’m not good at it and it makes a huge mess. My question for all of you very knowledgeable people is are there pencils out there that kinda look like liquid?
