Blush by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics

"Some of these colors look very bright in the case. Very bright. I mean, check out that Pale Pink! But don't be scared -- it's so bright because there's so much quality pigment in each one of these blush colors. You don't need much on your brush. Just a touch on your apples and you're ready to go. The consistency of the powder is so easy to work with - blending out the edges is not an issue. The results are sheer, natural and healthy. I have a couple of the bright pop-color ones and also the neutral Desert Rose -- a great base layer blush for my warm skin tone. " - bobbibrowncosmetics.com user

Mineral Blush by BECCA

"If you are oily and you use acne products that make you flaky or peel, you have primer issues. These are my issues, and this primer is a must have for me, so get this primer to at least try it out if you have those same problems. The primer issue is that primer can make your makeup come off faster even though it says it does the opposite, if you have enough oil. And primer can make your oil free foundation look pasty gross thick and cheap if it is chalky or pasty enough to absorb too much of the liquid of the foundation while you apply it or even afterwards. And you want a dry primer if you are oily but you want a smooth primer if you are acne prone and use drying products to control it or if you have acne scarring and texture issues from the acne. However you don't want a pore clogger, so it can't be a primer that says its oil free and has a dry feel but is packed with waxes to achieve the smoothness factor. Issues. Here is where Becca's Ever-matte steps up to the plate. At first try it seems to be no good. It dries quickly, it has a slightly pasty finish, it forms an oil absorbing film and you can't really put makeup over it with any other method than sponging or stippling (think a patting motion and never a swirling or side to side movement-it will cake up.) If you sponge it on top of foundation or powder or both it could remove the makeup unless you are a blotting Ninja or if your foundation doesn't cover your skin tone. So it sounds mediocre so far. But it's brilliant.MIX THIS with a smooth primer, cc cream, bb cream, whatever floats your boat as long as it's got a creamy or smooth texture, and EUREKA BABY. I mix it with Tarte 12 hour primer- BOOM looks like natural skin, stays matte all day. Mix it with Smashbox Photo Finish BOOM a primer that actually absorbs oil and feels like silk, used sparingly under foundation. Mix it with Paula's Choice oil absorber, (yes, another boom) a super thin layer of "powder" that lasts all day but doesn't feel heavy like the Becca primer and doesn't get overwhelmed by the oil like Paula's, and I look bare faced with no pores over my shiny SPF 50 sunblock. Beach ready. It transforms other products that aren't packing enough punch for acne prone people into real useable products. If acne isn't a concern but scarring is, you can mix it with a waxy pigmented product to get a matte paste that will fill in not just pores but box-type scaring. Less" - Sephora user

Artist Face Color Highlight, Sculpt & Blush Powder by Make Up For Ever

"I received H104, B302, and S116 for free from Makeup Forever in my Influnenster VoxBox for testing. I tried out those 3 and really loved them. So I purchased 3 more shades, H102, B206, and S300 with my own money. I love this new customizable palette!! I love beauty/makeup products in general, but I rarely purchase any face palette with my own money. Most of the time, only a couple shades fit my skin tone/need. So in my opinion, those types of the palette are not worth my money. I really like how this one is completely customizable! I was impressed at the wide shade selection. Also, I love how it has 3 different sizes of empty palettes! Formula/Blendability: These powders are very finely milled. They go on very buttery and smooth. And it blends out beautifully. H102 is the only shade that wasn't too soft. Since it's highly shimmery shade, it feels a bit chunky when you try to apply this one with your finger. You have to use a brush when you are applying this shade. Pigmentation: Pigmentation is definitely there!! One thing to remember is that these powders are tightly packed!!! So when you try to swatch these shades with your fingers, it may not give you full pigmentation. But don't be disappointed or apply too heavily with a brush. If you apply with a brush, this will give you the full pigmentation. If you have a pale - light skin tone, H 104 will not be bright enough for you to use as a highlighter. It's too close to my skin tone; I just use this one to set my eyelids after a primer. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - Sephora user

Mineral Blush by Lily Lolo

Powder Blush by Ben Nye

"Terrific colourVery finely milled and good qualityStayed in placeEasy to blendExcellent priceJust love this product, a little goes a long way, no need to pile heaps of it on, just build up gradually and can achieve a very good effect. The colour is superb, truthfully I was expecting something that may be too red or too brown - HOW WRONG WAS I!!... This is just a fantastic colour, completely neutral tone, neither muddy or heavy, which makes it a very good product for the job it intended.I know for a fact that for as long as these are still available to me, I will just keep returning and returning for more purchases.Ben Nye Matte HD Foundation is next!More people need to know about Ben Nye... and Im sure if they did; the department stores with their overpriced cosmetics would see a drop in sales.... Less" - camerareadycosmetics.com user

Baby Doll Kiss and Blush by YSL Beauty

"I have tried so many blushes since January I didn't taught at first than a 2 in 1 formula would be better than the MUFE HD cream blush but the results are actually much more natural and the mousse formula is so much easier to blend with the Sephora pro small stippling brush. You only need one small dot on the apple of your cheeks and blend gently for an airbrushed, sheer glowing natural finish. It will not move your base or foundation unlike so many other formulas. For those who want a long lasting finish just set with the Urban Decay all nighter spray and you are good to go :) On the lips, its gorgeous as well! A lip pencil may be necessary for some who want more contrast or definition but the creamy full coverage formula is very easy to apply and lovely on its own. I need to use a moisturizing base (Caudalie lip treatment) because I live in a very dry weather but I always need to wear some type of lip balm regardless, this have nothing to do with the quality of this YSL product. Top it with a shiny gloss for more drama :) I purchased the #3 which is a lovely cool bright pink with blue undertones (GREAT on fair skin blondes) And I am eying #2 which have a more reddish/tangerine undertone but still very pink, perfect for summer after a wash of mild self tanner :) The price is more than justified in my opinion because this product is amazing on both lip and cheeks. I will keep on purchasing as long as YSL make it, Please never discontinue this product! <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - Sephora user

Blush by sleek

"I first got this in rose gold, which is a rose pink colour with a gold sheen. It's 8grams, comes in sleek packaging and with a small mirror. I've gotten lots of colours for friends and family such as flamingo (bright pigmented pink), Life’s a Peach (matte peach), Antique (plummy brown), Pixie Pink (bubblegum pink with no shimmer- pigmented), Pao Tan (peach with slight orange undertones), Scandalous (pigmented red blush and a dupe for Nars Exihbit A), coral (browned orange matte), Sahara (matte brown with orange undertones), and Pomegranate (pigmented berry with a pink iridescent). They are smaller than I expected, they are 6.5 cm long, but 8grams is a lot for a blusher. Most are pigmented with pomegranate, flamingo, and pixie pink, but scandalous being the most. Pao tan and antique being more sheer, life a peach is a buildable coverage. These can work with all skin colours, rose gold looks great on fair-medium, scandalous on medium-dark, pomegranate fair-medium (lovely on olive skin tones imo), Sahara is a great nude blush for medium skin, flamingo can work on all but if fairer use a light amount, life a peach is good for fair-medium, pink is good for fair skin, coral is a good nude for medium and can work on deep skin tones, and Santorini on medium-dark (perfect for deep skin tones). I wish they would stock more colours. Hope this was helpful X" - walgreens user

Lip & Cheek Bloom by Burberry Beauty

"I am always on the hunt for a good cream blush, and this one is one of my favorites! I'm very fair and look like the walking dead without blush, but shade no. 3 gives be a beautiful, doll-like flush that I love. I have drier skin and this doesn't stick to dry patches, blends well for a natural look, is buildable, and most importantly lasts all day.I use this primarily as blush, but the few times I've used it on my lips it has been comfortable if not a bit powdery feeling. It fades well and has decent staying power, but I definitely prefer it as blush. " - Sephora user

Soft Matte Softwear Blush by Lime Crime

"I knew I wanted these when I first saw them, but I was a little worried about how pigmented people were saying they were, because I am very fair and I don't want to look like a complete circus clown. I got Hotspot, Hyperlink, and Flower.ai. I will say, they are definitely pigmented and I think they could be built up for almost any skin tone. Using my fingers very lightly and blending well, I was able to make them all work, which was great. Hyperlink is my favorite because it's a gorgeous, warm peach-pink that I think would go with any make up look. If you are fair and don't want to look like you are wearing much blush at all, I'd stick to the light colors. My only complaint is that Hotspot and Flower.ai look the same on my cheeks when I build them to an intensity I'm comfortable with. My comfort level is 80's style blush, for reference. If your skin is darker and that allows you to build the colors more, I imagine that you could see a difference. Less" - ulta.com user

Peach Pop Blush Palette by ULTA Beauty

"It takes me a long time to get through a blush and I finally found one I would buy again. I love the fact that the pigmentation shows up with barely using any product and there is a selection I can choose from or blend together, especially when my skin is lighter in winter and darker in summer. Love the peachy shades! only downside is that I wish it actually closed shut so loose powder doesn't spill " - ulta.com user

Matte Blush by Palladio

"I have been looking for a matte blush, it seems the market is flooded with shimmery ones and those just make me look oily. I have normal skin, medium in color and this blush lasts and lasts. Be careful not to over apply as this is very pigmented so a little goes a long way. I actually stipple this blush on rather than swiping it across my cheekbone, I find that deposits color right where I want it without moving my concealer. " - ulta.com user

Blur By Lip Studio Cream Matte Pencil Smudger by Maybelline

"Throughout the past I have tried many many lipsticks...(more than I care to admit). Personally, I prefer a matte finished look and do not particularly like the look of a glossed lip on myself. Out of all the matte lipsticks I have tried...(Revlon, Covergirl, etc.) this one is my favorite! It goes on very matte and is SO SO pigmented. I like how precisely you can apply this without using a lip liner pencil. It does not create a look of feathering on the outer edges of your lips, and applies very smooth. I myself, do not use the blur end of the lipstick to blur it because I like the look better without it, (plus the whole "blur" thing did not work very well for me haha). The color I purchased (last week) is "Orange Ya Glad" because I had been looking for a lipstick that would supply an orangey-red look. I will say that I have decently fair skin, and on me the color appears as a very bright red, versus orange, but I still LOVE the color it turns out as. I would suggest testing it on your hand if possible before purchasing to make sure you understand the true color of this lipstick. I wish it was a liittlleee more orange tinted, but again I am very happy with the color. It looks and stays on great! I will be purchasing more as soon as I get paid next :). Overall this is a very good lip product, and as an experienced "matte lipstick experimenter" I would highly suggest it! « less" - ulta.com user

Ete Highlight Color Blush Matte Satin Powder Neutral by Chanel

"I bought Beige Claire. I chose this palette because I usually wear a 21-22 beige rose light powder foundation. The concealer is not as creamy as others as stated, but works for me as it doesn't settle in lines nor does it pick up too much of the light dusting of powder I apply over my face. I use my finger and not a brush, although I've tried both. The concealer easily covers discolorations and veins. The blush is creamy, and I use a Chanel blending brush (#7) to apply. Although the blush looks brick colored it appears on the skin as peach-pink. The highlighter is easiest to apply with a fan brush, giving a soft finish. " - Nordstrom user

In Always Spicy Vegan And Cruelty Free Makeup by e.l.f.

"This has to be one of elf's best products of the year if not their entire line. I purchased the Always Cheeky color, a soft light coral on my skin tone, which gives it a very subtle flush and natural glow. I use it over the new jelly highlighters with beautiful results. Considering it's the lightest color of this bunch, it is quite pigmented and easily buildable. Not to mention, it lasts all day on me since it has primer in it. I'm considering the other colors for summer when I have a tan. Would love to see a bright pink and peach color for summer. Not to mention, I wish it was a compact with a mirror but certainly not a deal breaker! " - elfcosmetics.com user

Powders Blush Bronze Highlight Contour 13 Hot Flush by Sephora Collection

"So pigmented and long lasting, I bought the color sweet on you after I fell in love with it from a sample. I bought this on December 27th 2016, and have used it almost every single day since then and I still haven't hit pan, and today is Dec 21st, 2017 almost a full year later. I doubt If I'll ever actually hit pan. Some of the Sephora brand makeup is hit or miss but this blush, specifically "Sweet On You" is a home run. if you want a beautiful, coral toned blush that'll last a long time on the skin and in the pan I recommend this one! " - Sephora user

Beautifully Blushed Bronzed Set by Too Faced

"Such an adorable little set to try out new products. I already own the full sized bronzers so I knew I'd love them. The Chocolate Soleil is perfect for contouring without looking muddy or orange and the Sun Bunny bronzer gives a gorgeous subtle glow. The formula is smooth and blends so easily and one of these little sample sizes will last you a long time. I mostly bought it try the blushes and so far I'm not disappointed. The size is a little tricky to get a brush they're tiny but the extra work is so worth it. The colors are gorgeous and they give a nice soft flushed look without being too overdone. The little kabuki brush is nice too. It's a perfect size to use for the blush." - Sephora user
