"I have what I call "fussy" skin -- sometimes oily, sometimes dry, occasionally prone to breakouts. But acne products are too strong/harsh, and "natural" products contain something that irritates me. Drugstore brand cleansers work for a while, and then my face gets fussy again. About two years ago, a few weeks before my wedding, I had a clarifying facial using the Botanical Kinetics products at my salon in hopes of clearing my skin before the big day.I was pleased that my skin did indeed clear up, and this cleanser is the only product I've found that suits my fussy skin. It generally keeps my face clear and feeling healthy. One pump is enough to wash your whole face, so one bottle lasts a long time. This is probably the longest I've used any one product with continuing success.I also use the Botanical Kinetics moisturizer, and I find that to be light enough to keep me from breaking out, but moisturizing enough to do some good in the winter. « less" - aveda user
"At 61, I used the milder Cerave (non-SA) cleanser for years, often with a Sonicare brush. My skin was pretty good, with occasional breakouts (probably from experimenting with a variety of moisturizers and other treatments). I didn't think I needed the extra exfoliation of the SA products on my face, but decided to try it on my thighs, hips and rear end. The smoothing effect was noticeable almost immediately. I had recently also begun to use a Cerave SA lotion and cream, but the cleanser made the most obvious difference. I expected my skin to feel dry, especially since I was layering SA products. No dry skin on legs, arms or the places I was using the Cerave SA cleanser. It doesn't lather up much, but a little goes a long way. I wouldn't consider it a discount product, but I think it's a good value. It's clear, so it's hard to realize how much I'm pumping out, so there is probably some waste. My fault. I'd prefer a non-pump; a squeeze top would be easier to control. (And sometimes the pumps malfunction.)I also use this on my face (without the brush) every couple of days, probably more in the warm weather and less in the worst of winter. It seems gentler than exfoliating beads or scrubs, which are too harsh for my skin. On other days, I used the regular (non-SA) Cerave cleansing lotion. I expect I'll use the SA cleanser daily in summer, because I have trouble removing the heavy-duty, supposedly waterproof sunscreens I use daily. Overall, I think the skin on my face and body feels surprisingly smooth. I love these products. « less" - drugstore.com user
Murad's Essential-C Cleanser is a patented antioxidant-rich cleanser that rehydrates environmentally damaged skin.
"I first tried the Olay Pro-X Exfoliating Cleanser when the sample size came with my Olay Cleansing System. I knew after using it for one day that I would need to purchase a bigger bottle, and I did. It is a soft and creamy gel with just enough exfoliating granules to clean my skin without being too rough. My skin feels cleaner and softer and looks brighter. After using it one time I could feel a difference in my skin. My wrinkles and pores are not as visible and my skin looks and feels clean and bright. I started out using it in the A.M. and the P.M., but now I use it in the morning to prepare my skin for makeup. It is well worth the price for great looking skin. " - walmart.com user
"I got this as a sample in a set of Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peels (which I absolutely love) and was a little hesitant to try it. My combination and acne prone skin is really sensitive and I have exclusively used Philosophy Purity for more than 5 years and it has worked great for me. Anything too harsh causes redness, peeling, irritation and even worse breakouts.Since I love Dennis Gross' other products so much I gave it a shot and have since bought a full sized bottle and banished my Purity into the medicine cabinet. This stuff works amazingly. It has no soap in it so it doesn't really foam up and it feels almost gel-ish on your face. I put it in my hands and work it in gentle circles on my face for a couple minutes. It makes my skin sooooo soft and almost plumps my skin up. It also does a lot when my skin decides to break out into tiny bumps and blackheads, almost like a super gentle exfoliant (which Purity just didn't do for me). Could not be happier with this. Also does a pretty good job of removing makeup -- although good luck with Too Faced Better Than Sex, that's not going anywhere without remover ;) « less" - Sephora user
Origins ginzing refreshing scrub cleanser energizes as it gently exfoliates to help unclog pores. Skin looks smoother, brighter. Feels totally refreshed.
"Wow this cleanser is amazing! I've never had acne before, only the occasional break out/pimple when its that time of the month. I turn 24 this year and all of a sudden my skin started to break out under my eye brows and a few days later I got acne on my cheeks.. I didn't change anything in my skincare routine, if anything I thought it was an allergic reaction to food so I took benadryl for 2 nights, it didn't work. Then I used 10% benzoyl peroxide gel for 2 days.. it didn't really do much.. if anything my skin got worse. My last resort was to go see my MD. I looked up so many cleansers/scrubs/etc and this one in particular stood out to me and the reviews r amazing. for $15 why not? I started using it in the morning & right before bed. After just 1 wash, my acne lightened. It did dry out my face the first few times using it but not to a point where my face was stiff/uncomfortable. I used Vitamin C Serum after.I do have oily skin, so hours after using this my face got oily (which is normal) I would say introduce this cleanser to your skin routine slowly.. maybe using it once every other day. I wouldn't recommend this product to people who already have dry skin.. if so just use it once every 2-3 days. This product cleared up my acne in 5 days! I was so happy!!! My skin started to peel 2 days after using it. I now use this product every other day (just to keep the acne away), Im so happy with my purchase :) Less" - Target user
"The Vichy Pureté Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel is the second product in the trio of #VichyWorksForMe Skincare Super Panel #gotitfree offer that I was fortunate to receive from @ChickAdvisor thanks to the @VichyCanada #productreviewclub offer. This product is amazing! The elegant packing with its clean lines is very appealing but it’s the quality of the cleansing gel that is the real gem. The product smells divine and creates a scented foam that is gentle on your #skin. You can feel the gel thoroughly cleaning your face and removing all traces of impurities. I noticed that my #skin felt soft to the touch, looked radiant and I could see that my skin looked overall healthier. The gel cleaned my skin and did not leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I was impressed by the results that transformed my skin after just one use. What a fantastic product for sensitive skin! You don’t need to use a large amount of this product to give your skin a thorough cleansing. The gel rinsed off with ease and did not leave a tight film on my skin. My skin feels comfortable and refreshed. #VichyWorksForMe is an added bonus my #skin needed. With so many products to choose from; you will find the skincare to transform your #skin. "I have been using this for over a year and I love it. I have very classic combination skin with dry cheeks and congested jawline/chin area that often comes up in angry spots. This cleanser is really gentle and deals with both areas without leaving my face dry or tight which I have experienced with other cleansers. A 5 pence piece-sized blob is enough for me to do the the whole face, as it melts on contact and spreads really easily, my last tube lasted 6 months and I used it daily. For that reason it actually works out really good value for money despite seeming pricey at first. This is a repeat purchase for me and one of my favourite beauty products. " - feelunique.com user
"This past year I moved into a new apartment where the water was so hard and minerally it reacted with every cleanser and clogged my pores. I had also recently ran out of medication for my acne and my face had turned into a bumpy inflamed mess with lots of closed comedones that I couldn’t get rid of. I was able to get back on my medication which helped with the active pimples but I still had all these closed comedones under skin on my chin. I tried so many face washes but they all just reacted with the water and caused more clogged pores. So I looked up cleansers to use with hard water and this one came up on a website so I read some reviews and decided to take a chance and buy the small version as I’m really hesitant to spend a lot of money on stuff like this. I used it for a week and decided to splurge on the big bottle cause it was the only thing that worked to get rid of my clogged pores. The only thing is that it causes the closed comedones to become white heads which I can then pop and then they scab up and heal but after all that the pore is clear and it just makes me so happy cause I was at a loss for so long. It’s really worth the money and has helped me so much! Less" - Sephora user
"I prefer this cleanser over all others because of my need for convenience on weekday mornings. It has a gentle, silky texture that rinses easily unlike the average foaming cleanser. I often feel like there's a soapy residue with other facial soaps (which might have more to do with my water) but this particular cleanser rinses away perfectly. Best of all, my skin doesn't feel tight and dry after cleansing as it typically does. It effectively gets the morning sheen off and it's also a great midday cleanser for those of us trudging through an incredibly humid and grimy New York City summer. It's been my #1 travel companion for weekends away. I can't speak to its use on heavy makeup since I don't wear any but I can say that I enjoy using it even in the evening. I apply a dollop to my dry face, massage the cleanser into my skin for about 30 seconds focusing on either side of my nose in particular where I have blackheads and then rinse. Definitely recommend. « less" - peachandlily.com user

"My skin has been something of a sensitive bane of my existence; oily here, dry there, "you are Irish so you have to put lots of smelly, sticky sunblock on me, if you put makeup on me I'm gonna behave badly," & now I'm in my 30's so aging is an issue....yeeshh. I have very pale, sensitive, ACNE prone skin. Let me repeat A-C-N-E prone. Everything that can break me out, will. I don't think acne makes you look young & it plagues anyone of any age. And it's not the light sprinkle that disappears in a couple days, I mean the stuff that lingers for weeks & leaves discoloration in it's wake that takes weeks itself to disappear. I've finally reached a point in my 30's where I'm sick of it. I'm making efforts to gradually reduce my daily regime, because I think I've fallen into the "you have to use all these products or kits to clear it up" trap. I would use something for acne, another for oil, another to condition or moisturize where the other had overdried, something for aging....yeesh. Many of them are unnatural, or littered with ingredients I can't make out (& I've studied biotechnology in college), & expensive. I just want to use a couple of things, that are close to natural; wash my face, put on a little sunblock & go. I decided I'd try the Yes line on a whim. Been the best thing I've done for my skin. Since then, my acne has been clearing up & I just have mild post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation to deal with (post acne discoloration), which is lessening. The majority of the items I've used from the line all smell great. That being said, I know smell is subjective. For me, I like the sweet cucumber smell of the cucumber wash, towelettes & lotion.I wash with this or one of the cucumber towelettes of the same brand in the morning & apply sunblock; minimalist makeup. At night I cleanse with this or another cucumber towelette, apply a little 2.5 benzoyl peroxide, & the cucumber lotion. The Yes To Tomatoes for oily/combination skin can be very drying (esp if you were to add s.acid or benzoyl peroxide, which I don't recommend), hence why I tried the two to see which I liked. As nice as the Yes To Tomatoes was, this worked better for me. The Tomatoes was too drying. I'm sure for someone with just oily skin it would be perfect though. I don't wake up with an oil slick for skin with new red bumpy "friends" in the morning, & I think it balances nicely thorough out the day as I don't have mid-day sheen on my brow like I would have before. My skin has a wonderful glow & what discoloration I have is fading. I would recommend this product & brand to anyone interested in starting over with their regime;sick & tired of using multiple products, not getting results with their acne, want something more natural, etc... This is the first time in years I've been this clear, thinking other popular acne kits would work. They didn't. PS always wear sunblock. This product doesn't necessarily make you photosensitive, it's just a common sense recommendation. « less" - ulta.com user
"I have very greasy/oily skin, this face wash cuts the grease like dish soap but also does a good job of not over-drying. The fragrance is very fresh smelling which I like. I used to use Clarasil face wash which also does a great job of cutting the grease, but the fragrance has an artificial lotion-type smell. This smells like a mild men's cologne. The first tube I got had separated and there was almost no fragrance in the first half, then too much in the 2nd half. As long as you shake the tube up really well when you get it you won't have that problem. Enjoy! " - ebay.com user
"I am pleasantly surprised about how much I love this product. I like that it has no fragrance I do not like fragrance in my skin care as it can sometimes cause irritation. I'm usually not too picky with cleansers to me a cleanser is the cleanser regardless of the price but I actually noticed a difference in my skin with this one. I use this every morning and night and I noticed my acne and irritation pumps were going away by the morning or seemed less red. My only complaint is the dispensary is very wide and loose and a lot comes out at once you don't have a very much control. Not to mention a very little goes a long way less than a dime size amount it foams up very well, which is why it's annoying that so much comes out because your wasting product when you need very little." - ulta user
"I love Obagi and I know this is the real deal legitimate Obagi brand. This is amazing for my acne on my back and although it is 2% salicylic acid it is not irritating or drying at all. I would highly recommend for those with sensitive skin. I love that the liquid is dispensed by a pump making it super easy for me to douse my oval cotton pledgets with the toner and apply to my skin. Once I started using Obagi I never went to another skin care brand again. Obagi is simply the best and this clenziderm pore therapy is just part of one of their product lines specifically designed to fight acne. Ive seen an amazing reduction in the inflamed and red pimples on my back literally over the weekend. I am still amazed at how well and fast this product works. Then again it is an Obagi product and this brand never lets me down with their quality. I was skeptical when purchasing it because I didnt know if it was going to actually be Obagi or not but I can say in all honesty that it is 100% authentic. In the future I will be purchasing my other Obagi facial and cosmetic products from Overstock because of great quality and great pricing. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. Highly recommend!! Less" - Overstock.com user
"ok...i had rosacea pop up in my life about 4 years ago. i struggled to find sensitive skin products that helped with both the redness and dry, flakiness, but even if they helped at first, their soothing effects always seemed to diminish a couple weeks after use. i randomly came across a travel set of the murad vitalic energizing pomegranate line (that mom actually found a garage sale for $3...nice, right?) and fell in love. i was using it for about a year, again starting to notice the soothing quality dropping, and when i went into a sephora store to re-cop, had one of the sales ladies tell me that i should switch to this line for my rosacea. that was last december, and i just will not buy anything else. murad is a litlle pricey, but you only have one face, so you should go ahead and splurge for it, right? :) on top of that, i am still somewhat prone to blemishes as i have the world's largest pores and sometimes oily t-zone. if you are also having issues like this, this is what i have found to work for me, so i thought maybe it could be useful to someone else out there: ~redness therapy soothing gel cleanser ~t-zone pore refining gel ~correcting moisturizer and twice a week: ~pomegranate exfoliating mask i am currently stuck in the midwest, where they experience all four seasons, and there are occasional breakouts and slight dryness, with the period or change of weather, but overall, i wish i had four thumbs so i could give this regimen 4 thumbs up. i feel it's worth every penny, every time. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - Sephora user
"This made my skin sooo soft instantly! I saw a difference in the bumps on my skin within 8 hours. By the next day, all bumps were gone. I have sensitive skin and get itchy bumps just from reactions to makeup. It starts as a gel and it lathers into a soapy foam. Smell is light and sort of smells like the old clearasil ultra. I normally have dry patches around my mouth and that’s with using my Josie maran Argan oil cleanser and this does not dry out your skin at all. Tightens you’re pores just a bit and makes your skin look so healthy and takes away redness. Just ordered the moisturizer as well!" - sephora user
"I've been a huge fan of TBS and I've tried so many of their cleansers; this one is the best for me so far. I've got oily combination skin, issues with large pores and a little bit of redness; occasional breakouts under the chin and all that. I've tried the Tea Tree cleanser, but it ended up drying my face out. I then switched to the Aloe foaming cleanser, hoping it would help with the redness, but it was just an ok cleanse, nothing special. This one here, is amazing. I've used this for two days, but I'm feeling a difference! I love how you need so little to lather up so much foam so easily! And unlike the foam from those special pumping bottles, this cleanser feels like it has weight on your face, and it really does clean deeper into my pores. My face felt so much softer after the second use. I woke up with literally not oil in my t-zone in the morning- a miracle. And it wasn't a dry no-oil feeling; it was a simple feeling of cleanliness which I loved!!! I personally love the smell of it too, so that's definitely a plus, though I wasn't that fond of it when I first started with the seaweed line two years ago. You'll get used to it though, and it will smell GREAT when you do :) <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - thebodyshop-usa.com user
"In a morning before using the product, my skin tends to look a little dull and tired. Not unhealthy, just like it needs a pick me up. I see once I have used this wash a definite improvement in my skin – a brighter complexion and my skin does indeed seem to have a glow about it. I look more awake, fresher, and as though I have had a much better night’s sleep than I may have indeed had!"This refreshing gel formulation leaves your skin clear, clean and super soft, with no trace of make-up" - product description. This product certainly is very effective at removing make up. I wear a primer, a liquid foundation, concealer, blusher and sometimes powder on my face. When using this wash, I found that there was no trace of make up following the wash – I brushed a wet cotton pad across each cheek and forehead following the wash to test the effectiveness, and there was no trace of colour on the pad. I often find using other products that they fail this test, and a second wash is required. Not with this gel. Also, as claimed in the description the gel is very refreshing. My skin feels awake and fresh after using it and I always feel ready for the day. Used alone the gel does however make my skin have tight feel, but followed with the recommended and suitable toner and moisturiser combination, I feel perfect and ready for the day." The multitasking cleanser also works to reduce the appearance of blemishes" - product description.Since using this product I can certainly see a huge difference in the blemishes on my skin, and the overall quality of my facial skin. I used to suffer with small pimples on my chin, and also larger spots across my forehead. I have seen a visible reduction in these blemishes, and they continue to improve with continued use of the gel. I am also using other Clarins products in conjunction with this gel, and so the improvement is obviously not down to just this one product, but I am very happy with the results, and there is no doubt in my mind that the wash is a definite contributing factor to the improvement of my skin.I do feel an obligation to point out that I use the entire daily energisers range, and would recommend others do the same to see the highest and most effective results.Overall, I have no reason not to recommend this product to another person and would say without hesitation to try it. It is for women aged around 18 and into their 20’s however, and would stand by Clarins and say use products that are designed for your age if you expect the stated results. Different aged skin needs different levels of care, and so if you are aged 30+ I would not use this product, I would use one from the correct range (Multi Actives for 30’s; Extra Firming for 40’s; and Super Restorative for 50+). « less" - Escentual user
"I have terribly dry skin and needed a solution. I actually tried a few cleansers every other month to see which was more effective. I have a lot of dry areas on my face and needed something that would hydrate. The cleanser that I was previously did great as make-up remover but not so much as hydrating my skin. I have used Olay products in the past and wanted to give this Olay Active Botanicals Gel Cleanser a try. First, I must say that the scent is very soft and not overwhelming. The bubbles felt very soft and gentle on my skin after lathering it up with my fingers before applying. I have sensitive skin, so I was glad to feel that there were no harsh reaction to it in any way. After I rinsed off, my face felt refreshing. After a week's use I found that my face was much softer and the dryness has got better. I will continue to give it a try as well as search for a moisturizer that will be a great compliment to this gel cleanser. "I found this cleanser to do a great job of getting my skin really clean, I love that it foams up (and that the foam helps me get an idea of how clean my skin was after step one) and leaves my skin feeling refreshed without irritating the sensitive areas of my skin. I have combo skin with hormonal acne (and the occasional stress breakout) that I've been using retinol to try and get under control. "Clinique makes quality products that are customizable to many different types of skin (from sensitive, to oily, to combination, etc.) and of course products with this amount of success and customization come at a premium. As frugal as I tend to be, there are some things on which one just can't scrimp -- and effective facial care is surely one of them. Can you wash your face with soap and water and effectively get your makeup off, racoon-eyes and all? Yes. Eventually. You can slather some Intensive Care moisturizer on there while you're at it, too, but at what cost? Dry, damaged skin with clogged pores and/or *gasp* wrinkles? No, thanks, none for me. I'll stick with my Clinque Take The Day Off in the purple bottle. It even takes waterproof mascara off with ease (and without an oily mess)! Follow it up with the face wash in the green tube (or, my preference, the pump bottle) and you're good to go in a matter of minutes. It's not one-stop shopping but the effectiveness of this combo simply can not be beaten. In fact, since I've discovered this particular product line, I won't be going back to any of the "daily facial" or other assorted pad make-up removers. Haven't they always seemed unnecessarily messy and costly? With Clinique Take The Day Off make up remover and face wash combo, it's easy to control just how much of the product that you use, so none goes to waste. Just dab Clinique Take The Day Off onto cotton balls or pads (or toilet paper, in a pinch), don't forget to shake the bottle gently to mix the layers, then hold the wet pad/ball to your eye for a three count before just gently wiping away the day; no pulling, no scrubbing, and therefore no trauma to your skin. You'll feel clean, plain and simple. Just clean, clear, and shining. Two pumps of the face wash is all you need for a luxurious foaming wash; never a greasy or tight feeling. Just clean, clean, clean!Everything from foundation to mascara to liner and lipstick, gone in a flash; no pore-clogging wrinkle-inducing residue.I follow Take The Day Off with the Clinique three-step program (wash, astringent, moisturizer) and feel cleaner than a whistle. While it's not necessary that you use all three steps, the products are chemically designed to work together and enhance one another. This quick (and painless, but perhaps for your wallet) process has helped ward off signs of stress and aging. True, you might pay a little more for Clinique than you would some generic drugstore brands, but the effects will be noteworthy.Consider this our little about-face-frugal-beauty-secret; it's better to pay up front for something that works than multiple times over searching through the many brands that don't! "This 3 step system dramatically improved my skin in many ways. I noticed it came in different sets for different skin types so I wanted to make sure I was getting the right one by really analyzing my skin at home. This whole time I thought I had combination skin, but after doing research on how to determine your skin type, I found that I had dry skin. So that's when I decided to try this kit with the #2 clarifying lotion. In 1 week my complexion softened up and by week 3 it was brighter. The moisturizer conditions my face just right and does not leave me oily or shiny. It feels great on and absorbs really well. And I just love the mild facial cleanser. I believe it help balance my skin so that it does counteract the dryness. Going on week 5, I am convinced these are the 3 products I only need and will use going forward. I don't know why I overlooked Clinique all these years while trying other brands. With a little patience, you will see it improve your skin. Before this kit, my skin was lack-luster, shiny on the cheeks (which is why I thought it was combination skin), tight on the forehead, with acne scarring on my cheeks and chin. Now, it transformed into something amazing. Healthy skin I didn't have for a over a decade. And that dewyness Clinique is known for, yes, I have it. It's not oily or shiny, it's just...healthy looking. I even feel confident not wearing makeup because my complexion is naturally healthy looking and amazingly, my acne scarring is fading and I havn't had any breakouts since using this product. Amazing! Thank you Clinique! You have changed my life. P.S. I proceeded to buy full sizes of the #2 Clarifying lotion and mild facial cleanser. This kit includes a full size dramatically different moisturizer and it's a great deal as you are getting the other 2 products free to try. It's worth it. « less" - Sephora user

"I prefer to use this cleanser in the shower with a small rubber cleansing sponge. This cleanser gets my makeup off and really cleanses my skin. It’s a nice light weight gel formula and provides plenty of foam action when used with a bit of water. It doesn’t strip your skin of the necessary oils that it needs, but it does provide a squeaky clean feeling. I would highly recommend this product for people that have sensitive skin like myself and for someone that is looking for a quality cleanser on a budget. It’s everything you need in a cleanser and affordable so you’re able to splurge on skincare that stays on your skin instead of an overpriced cleanser that you wash off almost instantly." - sephora user
"Even though this is an eye gel it has a creamy texture and is moisturizing enough for my 40+ skin. I use this in the morning and the Bee Venom eye cream at night. I find this does exactly what the description says; it's soothing, cooling, de-puffs, tackles dark circles and fine lines and moisturises my eye area throughout the day. Like all Rodial products a little goes a long way so it will last a while. I'm not a fan of the packaging, sometimes having to press the pot lid loads of times to get anything out of the little dispenser hole in the middle, but I couldn't deduct a star for that as the product itself is just so good! "This is a lovely smelling, simple cleanser that does the job of cleaning and clearing skin. I would recommend this to people with combination to oily skin as it doesn't add any extra greasiness and doesn't clog skin up which is nice but if you have dry skin it may not be so good. It's brilliant for oily skin though and creates a nice layer of product to work with so I know all areas of my face are being cleansed effectively. The only thing I would say is that I found it doesn't last very long, that being said I have been using several pumps when you probably only need one and I do cleanse twice, so to be fair it's probably my fault. "I think these is an excellent product. It is very easy to use - it doesn't dilute when applied like some other products, and just gets creamier and more luxurious as you rub it into your face. In fact its encourageable, and I do my neck and ears, too. It has a very pleasant smell, more like a moisturiser than a face wash. The packaging is matt effect, which is very handy for holding onto in the shower, when I tend to use it to wash my face. You don't need a lot, and the lather sets to work. It does contain fine exfoliating particles, but these are not too abrasive like some other brands, and the wash feels very gentle. It says to avoid the area around the eyes which can be a problem with exfoliants, but I haven't noticed any soreness or red areas using it so far on an almost daily basis. This is the best men's exfoliating face wash I have come across, and I'll definitely continue buying it in its current form. You get quite a lot of product for your money. « less" - boots.com user
"I have very fair, combination/normal skin. I needed a cleanser to remove my daily make-up while being very gentle with my extensive post acne hyper pigmentation. It took a bit of getting used to, but I found that massaging it on for 10 seconds and gently patting it off with a wet washcloth worked best for removing all of my makeup without irritating my sensitive skin. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and hydrated, and best of all doesn't seem to upset my skin's natural balance. Overall it's an excellent cleanser and very gentle! I love it! "I have to purchase facial cleansers at least twice a month. I go through them like potato chips. I wash my face around 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once when I get home from work, and once before bed.Although I love trying different products, I have noticed that the pricing takes a toll on me sometimes, so when I came across a bottle of Garnier Conditioner that had a free trial sized tube of Garnier Nutri-Pure Microbead Cleanser attached to it, I of course went in for the buy.It promised to remove dull looking skin, while cleaning pores. When I went to use it I noticed the cute teal colored microbeads within the white grainy textured cream. At first I wondered if it would hurt, seeing how it included not only microbeads, but it also included extremely sand fine microbeads as well. They are added for extra exfoliation. When I began scrubbing it into my skin, I noticed the gorgeous citrusy fresh clean scent, that comes packed in most Garnier products. As I scrubbed, I was happy to note that it did'nt hurt at all, and that even those with sensitive skin could use this.**Results:***Fabulous!* My skin was left feeling soft, clean, and new. I couldn't of been happier. The best thing about it though was the fact that it left my skin oil free all day long.I recommend this to those with oily skin, and those with dry skin. It keeps oil at bay for those with oily skin; and it will remove dry skin from those who suffer from it.Overall I feel that Garnier Nutri-Pure Cleanser is an awesome product. I plan on making this one, part of my full time facial care collection. Not many items make it to the *full time* cabinet. « less" - viewpoints.com user

"In my previous efforts to exfoliate, I've tried many other products by major players like Ryobi, Rigid, and even manual solutions like the Workforce SB319/SS stainless steel wire brush and scraper. Once the skin grew back - baby bottom soft. So I was a little skeptical at the thought of sometime more mild like LiquidSand. My wife said, "Come on, at least give it a try. And take your tool belt back to the garage." Let me tell you - although I don't get the sub-dermal clean I can get from my belt sander, LiquidSand does the job remarkably well and doesn't make toddlers cry when they see me in the store. About the product? It smells nice without smashing my nose off with perfume. The texture is gritty, yet creamy - the way one might describe a bowl of Cream of Wheat - only, you know, clear. Washing LiquidSand off my face doesn't seem to leave any residue, but does leave my skin pretty smooth. The one drawback I experience, which may be the result of my skin type and reaction to "men's face stuff," is that in the ensuing hours, my face seems to become more oily. Perhaps the removal of dead skin and pore-blocking detritus encourages healthy flow of oils? How should I know? I leave the skincare chemistry to the scientists. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="-103528124904371778-full" data-show="-103528124904371778-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - Birchbox user
"I honestly have no complaints about this product. Can't think of a single one! I was recommended this product by a sales associate who reassured me that this product would be good for combination skin. I'm in my late 20's and I rarely get pimples or breakouts but when I do they tend to be on my forehead (t-zone). My cheeks however can be very dry, especially in the winter when I usually develop dry patches that last all winter. So it's important to me to find a product that will not dry out my cheeks but still address break-outs oiliness in my t-zone and this product does just that. I also have to mention that I have seriously sensitive skin that doesn't do well with harsh or frangranced products, and this product does not irritate my skin at all, yet gets it feeling clean but not dry. And not a single break out since using this almost 2 months now. So to sum up: its good for sensitive skin, non-drying, non-stripping, and prevents break-outs. Win-win! « less" - ulta.com user
"I have normal to oily combination skin with dry areas on my cheeks and neck and oily areas on nose and forehead. When I first started exploring PC cleansers, I was convinced that I needed something labeled for normal to oily. Regardless, I ordered samples of all the different PC lines so that I could be sure to find the right product for me.As a result of my sampling spree, it turns out that Moisture Boost cleanser is great for my skin. This new Calm Cleanser for Normal to Dry Skin replaces Moisture Boost, and is an enhanced formula with even more anti-irritants. I sampled the Calm cleanser recently, and noticed the following:Texture--same as Moisture Boost, creamy but not greasy, and gives a sensation of coolingScent--same as Moisture Boost, neutral, somewhat glue-like, but inoffensiveGentleness--actually a tad less irritating to my skin than Moisture Boost, but even the old formula was very gentleCost--a bit more per ounce than Moisture Boost, which is a bummer.Makeup removal--I didn't have good luck with MB removing very tenacious makeup, and the same is true of the new Calm cleanser. At night I double cleanse with a makeup remover first, then cleanser.Overall--cleansing with both MB and the new Calm cleanser is effective without being overly harsh. My skin feels clean, but not tight, and with no residue (although I do use a washcloth, followed by rinsing).I'm currently stocked up with Moisture Boost, but when it is no longer available, I will definitely purchase Calm Cleanser for Normal to Dry skin. « less" - Paula's Choice user

"Before receiving this cleanser (complimentary for testing purposes!), I switched between the ole henrikson truth wash and the fresh soy face cleanser, and while I liked both i always felt like my face just wasn't at its best.. I personally struggle with large pores, a lot of redness, hormonal acne, and eczema on my face. THIS. WASH. WAS. MADE. FOR. ME. I swear it! After just 3 days of using the wash day and night, my skin was no longer red and irritated, it was supple and hydrated looking while still feeling CLEAN, and my pores and hormonal acne?? Gone. Since then, I have bought 6 more peach and lily products and NONE have disappointed me. CEO and owner Alicia Yoon: if you ever see this PLEASE make a body wash similar to this cleanser! Its cleared up acne on my shoulders and chest as well but I don't want to run out of my face wash so quick!! Less" - peachandlily.com user
"This cleanser is the only one that seems to keep acne prone skin under control. I have tried everything out there and this is a great product. I bought this on a whim and now I will order more so I never will run out. It is a bit drying at first and It takes a week or two to see an improvement in skin clarity, but it never gets worse before it gets better. It just gradually improves with daily use (morning and night). I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. It seems best suited for oily skin. I am forever grateful for this cleanser. " - Macy's user
