Schwing Black Liquid Eyeliner by theBalm

"I love love love this eyeliner. First off the brush is extremely thin with a smooth application that doesn't dry out, making it extremely easy to create the perfect line. I like how thin it is because I use it to give my eyes a boost during the day but I can add on to make the line thicker for more of a night time look. It also lasts all day without a single smudge. The consistency of the liquid is very smooth but also really bold and not watery or weak in color like other liners I've used in the past. It can give your eyes a subtle pop or create a statement look if desired.I received this product in return for my unbiased review. " - jet.com user

Hot Line Brush Tip Liquid Liner - Waterproof by Sephora Collection

"I have been wearing this eyeliner daily for a few weeks now. All I can say is this is my new favorite eyeliner. This is long wear and highly pigmented. It’s a true black not a black that looks ashy or grey. It dries down matte and when I say it stay on all day . I mean all day. I weary makeup 12+ hours and this stuff does not budge, bleed, fade or smudge. I love the applicator it makes for easy application and makes it easy to get either a really thin line or build up to a thicker line.I would say this is comparable to the Kat Von D felt tip liner I have used for years. I actually like this better than that liner.I would also like to add that I have super sensitive eyes. I can’t wear any drug store liners. They all make my eyes water and become red and irritated. This liner does not do that. It’s very comfortable to wear.I did receive this from Sephora as a gift. That being said I will be purchasing this when I run out. This is the first eyeliner I have used that is truly waterproof and doesn’t come off. « less" - Sephora user

Pro Tip Brush Point Liquid Eyeliner by Glossier

"Best eyeliner ever. No joke.Being an eyeliner veteran :) I've used many different brands and types of eyeliner and I have to say, this one is like a breath of fresh air.Easy to use. Highly pigmented. Does not drag. If you mess up, wipes off easily while wet, or you can correct easily back to a smooth line as the point gives good precision. Lasts all day, no smudges. Cleans off easily at night, no residue. The product itself lasts a long time and the tip doesn't dry out. It's brilliant!I'm not the sort of person to go nuts about a product but this eyeliner . . . is perfect.Thank you! " - hauslabs.com user

Eye Booster Lash 2-In-1 Boosting Eyeliner Plus Serum by Physicians Formula

"I absolutely LOVE this product! It's really easy to use. It has a brush for a tip making it very smooth to apply. It's good for all styles; you can put on a thin or a thicker line. It works very well with my skin. It's water proof and smudge free so it lasts all day, but easy to remove. I've only used this product for a little while, but I have no negatives so far. I don't know what the life of the product is; if it will clump with time or dry out, but so far I'm in love. I haven't seen any growth in my lashes but I haven't been using this product long enough to see a difference. It's still a a great product. I'm really happy with all my Physicians Formula products so far." - ulta.com user

Stay Put Matte 17HR Wear Liquid Eyeliner by Milani

"So I've never used eyeliner products from Milani, this was the first. I usually only wear black eyeliner but I received a purple one to try out, to my surprise I actually really love it! I thought it wouldn't last long but I wore it all day while doing errands out in this Texas heat & I even fell asleep w it to wake up w it still perfectly in place! I was so shocked, I didn't expect it to work so well. I love that it has a built in smudger & eraser, super convenient. The only thing that's a bit of an inconvenience, is that it goes on kind of lightly so if you want it a bit darker you'll have to keep applying layers, but that's still not much of a problem for me. I still love this bc of the fact that it brings out my eyes & bc of the long lasting wear. I would definitely purchase this, I recommend this highly, great product! Love love love [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]" - walgreens user

Maneater Liquid Eyeliner by Tarte

"I love this eyeliner! I have skin that gets very oily throughout the day, which leads to runny makeup/eyeliner. I've tried gel, pencil, and waterproof liquid liner. None of them worked as well as they said. This liner is definitely worth the cost, as it lasts all day on my super oily skin. The tip is firm, yet flexible, so it's easy to be precise while applying it. The size of the tip also makes it easy to apply a very thin line, or a thicker one if you want. " - ulta.com user

Flyliner Longwear Liquid Eyeliner by Fenty Beauty

"I'm obsessed with MAC liquid liners and have loyally used their fluidline pen for YEARS. I still love the fluidline pen in other colors, but my biggest beefs with it have always been that the black color doesn't run true (it takes a lot of apply, wait for it to dry, reapply over, etc to get it to the black color that I want), and that the color doesn't flow well to the tip of the foam applicator. So recently, I have been looking for options and this is one of the things that I've tried. It's AMAZING! Why, you ask? 1. The color goes on dark and true and requires minimal touch up to get that perfect black color. 2. The applicator is soft and gentle on the eyes. 3. Color flows right to the tip of the foam applicator, so you can get that precise line that you want, at the width that you want. 4. No smudging or coming off before you want it to...once this liner is dry, it stays on your face where it belongs (I slept in it, oops, and it was still there when I woke up in the morning). If all Fenty products are this quality, I'm looking forward to trying them out." - sephora user

Liquid Eyeliner Pen by blinc

"When I was first given this product, I had a lot of trouble with it. I love tearjerker movies, and cry unabashedly during them. Eye makeup smudged down to my chin is really not a good look for me. It just isn't. My friends find leaving a theater with me somewhat embarrassing. My husband is wise enough not to say anything, but I'm sure he's not terribly thrilled walking out of the theater with a racoon with a particularly bad makeup job. If I had advance notice that we were going to the movies, I'd wear waterproof makeup, but a lot of the time these are spur of the moment decisions. One of my friends, in a effort to alleviate all these problems, donated some Blinc to the rescue and got everyone to agree to give me due notice when we'll be going to see a tearjerker movie. At first I found this eyeliner difficult to use. It takes a little bit of time to dry, and I kept smooching it. It dries in a permanent shape, so the line needs to be straight the first time, or you have to start again. I had trouble getting it straight. If the lines on both eyes aren't the same size, you can end up looking as if you have two different sized eyes, because you get optical illusions created by uneven lines from eye to eye. The other thing I didn't like was that it's very precise and I usually like a more smudged casual softer look. It looked futuristic and hard on me. But since this was a gift and I couldn't return it, I resolved to practice with it. I got more proficient with it, and my lines come out straighter and more even (from one eye to the other). I got so proficient practicing, that I used it all up. And when I went to buy some more, Sephora was sold out. But now the blue, brown and gray shades are back in stock. It's worth a try if you like precise lines. This eye liner should be really good for many people. Women who wear contact lenses won't have to worry about loose product ending up in their eyes, since, once it dries, it doesn't come off until you peel it off. It's probably good for people with allergies, too, since it becomes more or less a solid, when dried. (It peels off easily when you're ready to remove it without eye make up remover - only warm water). Now that I can do it right, my lines are a little bit softer and not so futuristic looking and harsh. What I have learned is that it goes on better, at least for me, with no product under it. Powder shadows applied after the liner brushes off the dried line. Practice makes perfect with this eye liner. (Try it in advance of a special occasion, though, just to make sure you're comfortable with it). The results are well worth it when you want a really precise line or need something that is definitely going to be waterproof." - sephora user

Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner by ISEHAN

"April of this year, I went to EXO concert in the Philippines and it was HOT and I sweated everywhere. And although my eyelids were oily, my eyeliner stays on!! still this mf eyeliner did not move at all. I was shook. This is by far the BEST eyeliner I have ever brought! And I have try so so so many eyeliner before from drug stores to Kat von d and lancome..... and none have perform as well as “Kiss Me Isehan Heroine”. It has a felt tip applicator and it apply on smoothly and easily. It is also a true dark black, does not smudge and does not fade at all! I love this eyeliner! The only downsides of it is that I have to order it online since the Walmart near me does not hold it. " - walmart.com user

Waterproof Pen Liner by Clio

"I have both black and brown eyeliner. I have hooded and oily eyes and it stays on and does not transfer! My eyelid fold is really small so eyeliner tends to smudge in the inner corner and the outer corner. With this eyeliner (+primer), I don't have any transfer! I have been searching forever for a liquid eyeliner that does not smudge! (I tried Stila's and Kat VOn D and both smudged even when using primer). The brush is very hard and stiff, like a felt tip pen. I can get a really thin line with this. I usually store it upright (the tip is pointed towards the sky) and I set it down horizontally when starting my makeup routine or upside down (tip facing the ground) if I'm not doing my full routine. Because it is a felt tip, the brush can get some fuzzies and get in the way of drawing the eyeliner. However, I am willing to overlook that because this is the first liquid eyeliner that does not transfer and give me panda eyes 4 hours in. Love it so much! « less" - sokoglam.com user

Limitless Liquid Liner Pen by Smashbox

"I've spent years looking for the perfect eyeliner. I've tried pencils, gels, creams, powders and, of course, liquids. Liquid eyeliners always offer the best precision, but that's never enough. What I have found with this miracle-in-a-pen is that it's not just the most accurate, it is the fastest pen out there! The application is perfect! The lines are precise, the felt tip is durable, the texture is smooth and you never have to go back to dip the pen for more liquid liner. Which is great for out-the-door application. The creators pretty much adapted the concept of a marker and applied it to liquid eyeliner...Clever! The waterproof formula doesn't smudge or budge. In fact, I've slept with it on and, the next morning, it looked just as perfect as the night before. Awesome. (Though, I don't suggest sleeping with eyeliner on.) For all of the eyeliners I have tried before, Smashbox reigns supreme. Stop searching for the perfect liner. THIS IS THE PERFECT LIQUID EYELINER. Only 2 minor flaws: 1. The pen itself is not labeled as "waterproof" anywhere. I wasn't aware of this until I spoke to a Sephora representative in the store. 2. There isn't enough of it! All of that perfection with so little quantity. If I wanted to use this liner everyday (which I do!) I would have to run back to the store and buy another every three weeks. For the price I paid, this pen should last me AT LEAST 3 months. Otherwise, I'm forced to supplement with drugstore eyeliner. Overall, great job Smashbox!" - sephora user

Aqua Liner High Precision Waterproof Eyeliner by Make Up For Ever

"I keep coming back to this eyeliner because it is the best I've ever found. Waterproof, doesnt move when my eyes water, doesn't budge during the day or move up in the crease. I wash my face with cleanser and water in the shower and it removes easily with out smearing all over your face. Lasts all day. I trust this for important all nighters or special events.I use this every day. It lasts me about 2 months and then I need to buy another. It's expensive but I keep coming back to it because it does what I need it to do. When it's time to buy a new one you'll notice the texture of the product changes and it will become more difficult to layer it. For me that is around the two month point. I also layer this over top of several eyeshadows, so that might have something to do with how often I need to buy a new one.If you are new to liquid eyeliners, I recommend using a pencil liner lightly first and then marking over that line with this liquid liner. Because it is waterproof and doesn't budge, it's not exactly forgiving so it helps to have a line to draw over. The applicator tip is firm enough to do a nice solid line. I create a fairly thick, winged/cat eye with it. If you are looking for more of a delicate, thin line, I recommend using a small brush and dipping it into the product to glide in the area you need. (Laura Mercier makes a very small, delicate brush that I use for this.) I do that for my lower lash line.I did a test at Sephora and used several different liquid liners, drew lines on my skin, and paid attention to which ones lasted the longest, which ones smeared, which ones stayed put even with me trying to move it around. This one lasted the longest and looked the most black after a full day. « less" - Sephora user

Classic Felt Tip Liner by ULTA Beauty

"This eyeliner is easily the best felt tip liquid eyeliner I've ever used. It's super easy to apply and creates a clean, bold wing with little effort. It feels slightly sticky for a few minutes after application, but it doesn't smudge and it stays on all day. It comes off really clean just using warm water and my usual face wash so I don't have to take the extra step of using eye makeup remover. I love it." - ulta user

Lash Domination Liquid Eyeliner by bareMinerals

"I love this eyeliner. It goes on very smoothly. Once this liner sets - which only takes a few seconds - it will not come off until you take it off. It doesn't smudge or transfer at all, which is extremely important to me because I have hooded lids and have always had a problem with liners and shadows. Before I bought this product, I swatched it on the back of my hand and left it to set for about 5 seconds. I rubbed a finger across it a few times, and it didn't budge. When I got home, I washed my hands with soap and water, and it still didn't come off. I had to use a micellar cleansing water and cotton pad to get it all off. Cleansing oils also work well. As it dries, it will feel a little tight on the eyelids for a moment, but I don't mind this at all. I've also noticed that the felt nib applicator has a very pointy end, which is great for precision if you hold the pen at an angle, but the very tip doesn't really apply product on its own. In other words, if I'm trying to correct my line in some way, I can't use only the tip, I still have to use the nib on it's side. Overall, I love this product and hope they come out with more colors in the future. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - ulta.com user

Ultrathin Liquid Eyeliner Pen by blinc

"I've used Blinc's liquid liner for years, no other liner beats their staying power. I generally prefer a pen style to the top brush style of the old version, but what I really love about this is the precision this ultra-thin brush offers. It glides on smoothly and you can achieve so many looks with this, from a bold cat eye to a super thin line to enhance your lash line (upper or lower). Its so precise its almost foolproof. Another thing I really like about this liner is how easy it is to remove despite its awesome staying power. A lot of long wear liners are a pain to get off and require a lot of rubbing, leaving me with red and irritated eyes. This one comes off clean with a swipe or two of makeup remover. (I use MUFE Sens'eyes) I've seen other reviewer saying theirs dried up fast, I haven't had that problem. I'm on my second and one lasts me months of regular use. I did notice just the other day that one hair on the brush had managed to get itself permanently out of place and was hanging off to the side. I just cut that one off close to the base with cuticle scissors and it was good as new again." - sephora user

Line Works Liquid Eyeliner by Maybelline

"This is one of the best liquid eye liners out there! I've always preferred felt tip to a brush since it's much easier to control. Plus, liquid eye liners stay on much longer than pencil eye liners. I've tried several other liquid eye liners from L'Oreal, Covergirl, etc... and all of them would eventually begin to flake off in pieces throughout the day and either fall into your eye or get stuck in your eye lashes. This eye liner has never once did that to me and I've been using it for years now! It doesn't run or smudge either. It's waterproof too which is great. It can hold up to tears, sweat, and general eye-watering pretty well but it will come off if you go swimming but then again I haven't found an eye liner that doesn't. Overall, this is a great product and definitely worth a try for anyone who hasn't used it yet. « less" - walmart.com user

Voluminous Liner Noir Liquid Eyeliner by L'Oreal

"The cat eye is something that has been apart of my make-up routine since I was 17 (I'm now 25). To say the least, I've perfected it and had been looking for a special product to deliver exactly what I was looking for to make my daily liner application nice and easy:- Glides on smoothly, easily, and PRECISELY! (Precision is important. I'm a perfectionist and I hate a messy, sloppy cat eye). Color is very black, rich, and bold.- The point on the pen is velvety soft felt (softest I've EVER experienced), and it releases just enough liquid during application so you don't have to "press down harder" for a bolder line or go back to re-trace. It also doesn't run. I recommend this product to those who are a bit more experienced with the cat eye look.- When it dries, the finish has a satin/matte look! (I HATE SHINY GLOSSY EYELINER - they reflect off of the light and look oily and wet when dry! Ew. Beware of camera flashes too. They will have your eyes looking crazy.)- I use light powder for foundation only because my skin is clear of blemishes, but powder absorbs liquids :( . . . . . This liner doesn't get absorbed by powder foundation. Weird, but great formula!!!! Thanks again! :)- Lasted a long time before it ran out. Not sure why, because I wore it daily!- The shape of the pen is cool and unique, easy to hold and makes for an even easier application believe it or not. I also love the little cheetah print design on the pen. Let's you know it was made ESPECIALLY for the Cat Eye Queens out there like myself.- Comes off easily and effortlessly with soap and warm water, or make up removing wipes. I use baby wipes (they're cheapest and do the same job), however the liquid doesn't run and lasts all day. Again, great formula!-The price is more than affordable. If you find it in stores, buy 2.There is only 1 flaw - I never saw this product again in ANY store. All sold out. Everywhere. I even checked in another state when I visited. Nothing. I mean it had been months. I very truly and honestly believed that it was discontinued (because of course right? It was perfect and that is just my luck). But then amazon happened. There's no stopping me now.I will continue buying this product as long as it is made and if they ever threaten to discontinue it, I will buy enough to last me until I die.I hope this review helps. Again, to each it's own. I know there are other Cat Eye Queens out there like myself who will appreciate this review. I hope this helps someone out there.Toodles! « less" - walmart.com user

Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner by L'Oreal

"This was the very first liquid liner I tried. I fell in love with it, and I've been using it for about 6 years now. One tube lasts me well over a year, and I use it every day. The brush is thin, so it's possible to make lines ranging from very thin to very thick. If you want thinner lines, be sure to wipe the brush on the inside-rim of the tube to get some excess off. It's especially great for doing the winged/cat-eye look. The product goes on very smooth, dark, and even. It stays on all day, doesn't make my eyelids feel dry, doesn't crack, and washes off easily.I've tried other brands of liquid liner to see if there was anything better:- Rimmel Glam'Eyes: very thin brush for precision, but the product was a bit watery, leaving streaky lines (maybe 2 or 3 coats would fix that problem). When it dried, it left my eyelids feeling a bit dry. And there's only 3.5 ml worth of product.- L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner, in both Black Mica & Carbon Black: a friend of mine said that felt tip liners were easier to use, so I gave it a try. The tip wasn't thin enough to make fine lines or to get the winged/cat-eye look. Black Mica has a sort of shimmer in it if you look closely, which is kind of nice. And to me, Carbon Black isn't any darker than L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Brush Tip Liquid Eyeliner in Black (the product I'm reviewing). And there's only 1.5 ml worth of product, which can go by quickly since the felt tip dries up a bit when it's out of the tube.Needless to say, no other liquid liner can even compare. Less" - walmart.com user

Ink Liner by KVD Vegan Beauty

"I used the same Loreal Liquid eyeliner for many years and finally decided to try and find a new eyeliner since the Loreal one ran, burned my eyes, and was not very precise for wings. I tried several liquid eyeliners but they were all worse than the Loreal one. Either too runny, not precise enough, or hard to use. I gave up.Finally I stumbled upon the Kat Von D Ink Liner. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price and didn't want to spend the extra money & end up hating it. Also, it is a pen that is self fed, so you are not able to control the amount of eyeliner that is on the brush. I took the risk, bought it anyways and it totally paid off!! This eyeliner is incredibly precise, and lasts all day long. It takes a little getting used to as far as application but thats normal when switching products. The pen never has too much or too little eyeliner on the brush and goes on so easily, and does not smudge. If you make a mistake it can be a little hard to wipe off the eyeliner to fix your mistake, but I see that as more of a pro than a con. This stuff is great & I HIGHLY recommend it. « less" - Sephora user

"I've been using liquid eyeliner pens for many years now and have tried quite a few - this is by far my favourite! My second favs were Marc Jacobs (now discontinued) and Boots Seventeen funnily enough. However the Dior eyeliner beats them both as it applies so well, I struggle with getting lines perfect and this is the easiest I've had so far! It also lasts amazingly well throughout the day and is waterproof! Because it is highly pigmented it looks amazing on!! I was a bit worried that because it was a smaller quantity that it wouldn't last well but so far its lasted longer than any of the others I've tried. " - John Lewis user

Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner by Pat McGrath Labs

"O-M-G!!!!!! THIS HAS JUST BLOWN MY USUAL LIQUID LINERS (Stila and KVD) straight out of the water. It's pricier than those 2 liners but from now on I'm only buying this one. HOLY GUACAMOLE is it ever good! First of all it's SO nice and black and pigmented - no more having to go over a line twice - I couldn't find a liner that was black enough to satisfy me but it is finally here and this is the one. But that's not even the best thing about this liquid liner - it freaking LASTS!!! It outlasts any other liquid liner I've ever tried and the precision tip allows much more detailed work. It just works so beautifully I could cry. Where have you been all my life Pat McGrath Perma Precision Liquid Liner??? Will you marry me? This liner is seriously THAT good. The Holy Grail of liquid liners. Please, please, please, please NEVER stop selling this or I will be so upset. I feel like I should mention that I've had this for a week and I have worn it every day. It's still beautifully liquid and plentiful but since it's my first time purchasing it I don't know how long this liner will last me. I almost don't care if it lasts half as long as my usual liners though because it's so beautiful to work with and once it dries it STAYS PUT! With other liners I often have to re-apply at least once throughout the day or evening but with this one application lasts either all day or all evening and it looks as fresh after 5 hours as it did when I first put it on. As long as I can buy this liner I have no reason ever to purchase another black liquid liner again - ever." - sephora user

"The best, honestly. I am in love with this. Goes on effortlessly, rich black color. No smudge. All day wear. You can make the thinest line, go as thick as you want or smudge it out b4 it dries for a smoky look. There are no restictions with this liner. Felt tip is flexible. If you love LC Artliner you will LOVE this one to. They are almost practically identical...loooove it! Please make more colors (plum, olive green, navy blue). Voluminous Superstar Liner by L'Oreal

"This has been my go to liquid liner for the past I don’t know how many years. Probably ever since it came out! I love the thick winged not liner look and this liner gives the perfect winged liner. The tip on this is so precise I always get He perfect wing. It it’s also black as black and stays on very well. It’s not waterproof but I was baptized with this liner on and it did not smudge or smear one bit. But it comes off so easily when you want it off. I love it and hope they never discontinue making it. But usually stuff I like always gets discontinued lol but fingers crossed they don’t! Oh yeah one more thing a single pen last me about 2 months maybe longer and I use it 5 sometimes 6 days a week. It’s perfect! Thank you L’Oréal. " - walmart.com user

I Want Kandee Candy Liner by Too Faced

"I have never been able to do eyeliner, none the less liquid eyeliner. But that all changed when I bought this. The applicator is different because it's stiff and more felt-like, but it makes it so easy to apply the liner for someone that has little to no experience. The color is so black, it's gorgeous. Everything I've bought from Too Faced, especially this line, has been insanely pigmented, but this blew me away. And it stays on. Not stays on like 'I hope it doesn't transfer or smudge while I'm at work today'. It stays on like 'I put this eyeliner on at 6pm and even though I went out, slept in it, and went to work for 8 hours the next day, it still hasn't moved or smudged'. Full transparency, I did use an eye shadow primer and a setting spray when I put it on, but I could rub my eyes and it wouldn't move while my eye shadow did. I'm stocking up. Less" - ulta.com user

Effet Faux Cils Shocking by YSL Beauty

"I love this YSL Shocking eyeliner. It is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. I have been using it in black for a while and I was hoping YSL would come out with other colors and presto - they are here. This is the easiest liquid eyeliner to use as well, and I love the precision line you can achieve. I have used other brands in a liquid liner pen format, but they have all irritated my eyes, but not YSL - it is just the best. The color payoff of these liners are great and it lasts until you wash it off. Thanks YSL for these great eyeliners - even more colors would be awesome! " - saksfifthavenue.com user

Line Works Liquid Liner by Maybelline

<span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - walmart.com user

Colorful Wink-It Felt Liner Waterproof by Sephora Collection

"I have oily skin and i've always been on the hunt for a good eyeliner, as they all tend to wear off at the end of the day and result in the racoon eyes effect... I've always paid big bucks for my eyeliner but always had the same effect - they never stayed on, smeared and gave me under eyes circles. So, being fed up, i bought this one thinking "oh whats the point of paying so much for the same effect" but WOW what a surprise i had!!! This eyeliner really truly stays on throughout the day, no matter how oily skin gets and how humid it is outside! The color stays just as intense as the first minute I put it on and the liner is so easy to manipulate and make that perfect winged line. Honestly, best liner i bought - the quality is comparable to the stila (my previous liner) but i think the intense color and long lasting effect is better! I recommend!" - sephora user

Super Fine Eyeliner Pen by essence

"hm... I am surprised to see that this product has such a low rating as it works just perfect for me. Which just proves that we all are very individual. I have a very oily skin and hooded eyes and usually any eyeliner would smudge and transfer but it totally doesn`t happen with this one which feels like a miracle. Yet it`s light and not cakey, it`s line is smth between being totally matte and wet-shiny which is also perfect to me. Not super pigmented which also is just like I wanted as heavy dark wings look not good on hooded eyes like mine. And it`s so easy to apply even for somebody who knows nothing about applying wings — like me. It`s definitely not waterproof, but somehow stays the whole day on my oily eyelids which I highly appreciate. I will definitely keep buying it, especially for this price. And it seems to last long as I have been using this one tube for month now. Very satisfied, thank you for this product!" - ulta user

Telescopic Precision Liquid Eyeliner by L'Oreal

"If anybody is complaining about this being non-blendable, that's TRUE. It's NOT a gel or pencil eyeliner and is intended to create bold, precise lines. That being said, this is truly a life-changing product. I've been searching for a truly long-wearing liquid eyeliner for years, and this is the one for me. It is truly waterproof because the formula is completely different than 99% of other eyeliner products on the market. When it's applied, it dries to basically create a sticker on your eye that can be peeled off (and must be peeled off to remove). I LOVE this, as it's not at all difficult to get off with warm water at the end of the day, and doesn't leave you with raccoon eyes whatsoever. The color is bold and black, the applicator, while perhaps a little difficult for beginners, allows you to create the most precise wing and line. It truly lasts all day, and due to the unique formula, doesn't budge or fade. The ONLY time I've seen it wear off is when I (on rare occasion) sleep in my makeup. Also, it WILL get clumpy if you apply more than three layers on top of one another, but you really wouldn't need to do that under any circumstances anyway. Needless to say, I'm in love with this product and I really look no further. « less" - ulta.com user

Ink Liner Matte Liquid Eyeliner by Make Up For Ever

"I drew one line with this pen and suddenly Rihanna was singing, "Where have you been all my life?" It happened.I really loved this liner instantly. It is the blackest black. Application is really effortless. There's a constant supply of product so you don't have to stop mid-line and tip the pen upside down or shake it to get the ink to flow.I found it very easy to get really nice, precise lines, thick to thin. It lasts all day with no touch-up required. It didn't smudge or run. I did notice that for me, it would lightly transfer above my lid, but I have oily skin so I was expecting that to happen. The solution for me is to apply a primer and a light base shadow, then then liner won't budge at all. This pen style also seems to get really close into the lashes, better than any other pen-style eyeliner I have ever tried. I'm not sure if it's the formula or the style of pen tip that allows that, but it makes it SO easy to get a nice, tight line against the lashes so there is no gap. « less" - Sephora user

Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner by Milani

"This one is even better than the Infinite Liquid Eye! I really, really love the tip on this pen. It is extremely easy to use. Super sharp pen like tip so I can draw the thinnest lines close to my lash. It's so thin I can get between each lash! It stays put but it will smear if you rub watery eyes. I have sensitive eyes and allergies and this stuff does not make my eyes water. It sets very fast and feels like nothing is there! I put it in my water line and it doesn't bother my eyes but if it gets inside the eye it does sting but is easy to remove with the corner of a tissue. So don't poke yourself in the eye! I have tried many different ink liners and this is by far the best, even compared to Stila gel liner and Loreals infinite eye liner. I highly recommend this product. The only con is that it doesn't come in as many colors as Infinite Eye. « less" - Walgreens user
