Beeswax Lip Balm by Burt's Bees

"This lip balm is "The Bees Knees"! Very hydrating and long lasting (even overnight), not heavy or waxy, pleasant scent and it gives your lips a really pretty tint. As far as taste, it isn't meant to be eaten but it's understandable how a little could get into your mouth... But it isn't horrible! I have tried every single lip balm from the Burt's Bees line and they all have their perks, but I find the Pomegranate formula (and the Replenishing formula... Has Pomegranate Oil in it as well), works the best for me. My lips have finally found their soulmate! Lol! I have a tube with me at all times and will definitely continue to purchase." - walmart user

Lip Shimmer by Burt's Bees

"I bought the shade peony as a dupe for a similar covergirl product that was discontinued in 2009, and I loved that product, so this looked hopeful. It’s honestly now the only thing I put on my lips, and I loved the product so much I went back and bought caramel, fig, and plum. Want to pick up rhubarb next. They’re pretty hydrating, not like a lip balm but I don’t find my lips getting dry and uncomfortable. The shades are lovely, like a “your lips but better” look, even in the darker shades, though they definitely have enough pigment and shimmer to look like you’re wearing something. They’re also very handy to just toss in your purse or even wallet and touch up throughout the day. I guess my only hang up with this product is that it comes right off, it has very little staying power. It doesn’t melt off or smudge, but you will end up up consuming it if you don’t wipe it off before eating or drinking, and you definitely need to touch up after anything goes near your mouth. Doesn’t pass the kiss test for sure lol. Less" - beautyboutique.ca user

Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 by Jack Black

"This is, by far, the best lip treatment I have ever used! I chose it based on other customer reviews, and I certainly haven't been disappointed. Not only does it do a great job of softening lips when applied at night, but it's perfect for use under and over lipstick as well. Surprisingly, it "stays put" and doesn't cause lipstick to smear, disappear or migrate. Perfect as a lip primer and a gloss! (Way better than a lot of products that are supposed to be lip primers.)I mainly got this to serve as a base for my Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tars (because I find them to feel a bit drying). But after using this balm, I've realized what a great product it is--with or without lipstick. Lipsticks and Lip Tar stays put with this as a base. After trying this a few days, I reordered one of every fragrance (since they really don't have any "taste") to give as gifts and to stash all over my home, vehicle and office. This is way better than the Fresh Sugar line and the Yu-Be lip balm (although I love the Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream for my hands and feet). Don't waste your money on anything else! « less" - Sephora user

 Lip Balm by Burt's Bees

"I have loved Burt's Bees lip balm for 12 years - I remember because it became a flirty joke between me and my husband when we first began dating :) I have all kinds of lips balms, in all kinds of flavors, colors, textures, containers, fragrances, effects, and brands. Among them Burt's Bees has consistently performed just right for when I need a long-lasting, tingly, protective and soothing balm. It's obviously of a waxy texture, but it glides on silkily. I liked the original flavor a lot, but the Pink Grapefruit scent absolutely makes my day. The scent of pink grapefruit has been used in aromatherapy to energize, increase productivity, and elevate mood. It's not overwhelmingly strong here, unlike, say, Neutrogena's Pink Grapefruit Acne Skincare line. This balm has just the right amount of fragrance for me. It gives a very slight tingling, plumping effect, and for more I can apply lipgloss right over it, which I think makes the gloss pigment last longer! No, there is no pink hue to this lip balm. Nowhere does it say that on the packaging or the extensive description here on this page. I do not know where the other reviewer got that expectation. But regarding product reviews and reviewers, I take issue with giving a low rating to a product you actually like, just because your expectations were wrong. That's not a product problem, and therefore a rating based on that mistake does not benefit potential buyers; it skews the average star rating, which is a visual shortcut many shoppers use. Reviews are written for potential buyers. I wish more reviewers understood that. Oops, getting off my lil soap box now. I'll wrap this up . . . So, the scent is cheering, the effects are many, and the value is excellent. Since it's at an affordable price, there are Burt's Bees balms all over my house, in my purse, my car, random drawers, pockets I check before doing laundry . . . You get the idea. It's an excellent, simple little everyday lip balm that makes me smile." - ulta user

Lip Balm Medex by blistex

"I recently had my wisdom teeth out, and the doctor had to open my mouth so wide that the corners of my lips split (I have a very small mouth & jaw). Nothing worked when I came home, to heal this issue. After a few days of painful lips, which were bleeding & raw, my mother bought this for me. I started using it faithfully, especially aware to apply it before bed. It didn't sting and instantly soothed the dry & raw feeling. Within a day, the pain & bleeding of the cracks stopped. My lips healed completely in less than a week, with no scarring or anything like that. I credit that to this product. Now that I'm well I continue to use this product at night and have noticed my normally very dry lips look & feel better throughout the day. This also stays on the lips longer than any balm I've tried. I think I will finally see a winter without cracked & chapped lips next year, now that I have this product! « less" - drugstore.com user

Original Moisturizing Lip Balm by carmex

"If you've been using the other lip stick by the other company and find yourself in a" what happened to my lips and why isn't this working" fix then do yourself a favor and try this. I've used the other stuff my whole life and never thought I would switch. It was the sudden pain and ugliness of dry chapped lips that forced me to look. I had read about Carmex exhistance in several contemporary western romances set in Texas and written by Texans. I decided it was worth a shot. So glad I gave it a try. At first it burned a little, but that went away after a few nights. All the chapped skin on my lips peeled off and my lips became smoother and a lot less dry. Amazing because they were going from bad to worse before that. If your lip treatment isn't working give this a try. So it tastes awful, just make sure you don't get it on the part of your lips that's close to the inside. And don't try to pile it on too thickly, you can always reapply when it wears off. I apply mine at bedtime and wake up happy. Recommend <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - walmart.com user

Tinted Lip Balm by Burt's Bees

Rosemary & Lemon Lip Butter by Burt's Bees

"Rich, creamy and instant moisture is the best way I can describe this product. When it comes to Burts Bees lip butter, a little goes a long way. The consistency is much thicker than the normal BBs beeswax lip balm. Not only does a little go a long way, it also stays on much longer without needing to reapply and the product actually soaks in to replenish and heal the skin instead of just adding a greasy layer to the surface. 2 hours outside in the summer heat and my lips still feel moisturized. I was initially worried the fragrance would bother me but was pleasantly surprised to find the Rosemary Lemon scent very mild and actually refreshing. I must say however, given the current pandemic plaguing our world, I would rather not use my finger to apply the lip butter so a possible change to a tube or stick for the packaging would be an improvement for health reason This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own. Less" - walmart.com user

Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm Quenched by Maybelline

"These are great lip balms for the price! I've tried Quenched and Peppermint which are colorless but have a slight citrus and minty taste, respectively. I've also tried the pigmented balms; Pink Punch, Peach Kiss, and Cherry Tart. Pink Punch is the most pigmented of the group, giving a cool light/medium pink on the lips. Peach Kiss is not as pigmented. It's more of a nude than a peach on me. Cherry Tart is more of a medium/dark pink than a cherry. It's also not very pigmented, but noticeable. Color is surprisingly long-lasting on the lips, and being a lip balm it's easy to reapply without a mirror, and wear is even (no ring around the lips). I also like that the balms contain spf 20. My lips feel good with it on, but I'm not too sure about the 8 hr hydration claims. I'm also not a big fan of the 80's packaging, but it makes it easy to find in my purse. Overall, I would definitely recommend these (especially the Pink Punch), particularly for the price and it's easy to find them on sale or coupons. I received samples of these as a Bzz Agent." - ulta user

Color Quench Lip Tint by pacifica

"I leave one of these in my jacket pocket. The color is sheer but juicy, a pomegranate color with slight gold sheen. It's great on my medium complexion. The balm itself is very lightweight and moisturizing with a light scent. This balm is fine for day time touch ups and whenever you need some moisture, but for deeper moisturizing or at night, you will need something heavier. However, it's a great alternative to lipstick when you need some color. " - vitacost.com user

Organic Lip Balm Peppermint by dr bronners

"I spent years looking for the perfect lip balm, and a few years ago I found Dr. Bronner's Organic Naked. At last! I had three criteria I was looking for: (1) natural and/or organic ingredients, especially no petroleum-based products, (2) didn't irritate my very sensitive skin, and (3) moisturizing and long-lasting. This lip balm meets all these criteria and then some. It keeps my lips in perfect condition. I keep a tube in several places so it's always handy: in my nightstand drawer so I can apply balm just before I go to bed; in my purse; in the end table drawer next to my favorite chair; and in my makeup drawer. Instead of lipstick, I wear lipstain, which can be somewhat drying. But I apply this balm over my lipstain (once it dries), and it keeps my lips moist and comfortable without removing the stain. Perfect! « less" - Vitacost user

Revitalizing Lip Balm SPF 20 by Neutrogena

"My initial impression is that these will be my go to balms when not wearing lipstick. I prefer the most natural shades and always like the sheer tinted balms so when I saw these on line, I couldn't wait to see them in the local store. I bought the Petal Glow, Sunny Berry and the Fresh Plum. I think my favorite is the Petal Glow - it is a very sheer pinky nude that gives the lips a bit of shine and moisture. The Sunny Berry is more pigmented and similar to the color of Burt's Bees Rhubarb lip shimmer. The Fresh Plum is a deeper shade but also a bit on the warmer tone than the other two. It's too early to tell if it actually improves the condition of my lips as the packaging says - but it definitely feels silky and non-drying." - walmart user

Visibly Soft Lip Balm by eos

"I am so happy that I tried the EOS coconut lip balm! It is going to be my go to favorite everyday lip balm. It's perfect for everyday use, and great for dry lips as well. It makes my lips look shiny, and feel soft and smooth, even when they are dry and chapped. I have a wood stove running all winter so I'm regularly battling dry skin and lips, and this has helped immensely. I love the flavor too, it's a very good tasting coconut milk flavor that isn't overpowering but is just the right amount of scent and taste. The texture is also great. It's not too greasy but it stays on for a while. If you want to wipe it off for any reason it will wipe right off without leaving a greasy residue, like a lot of lip products are prone to doing. I think the container is cute, and I like the bigger size of the product. It's so much easier to find in the bottom of my purse than a skinny tube! I think they did a great job with this product and I will definately be purchasing this in the future. I have tried a lot of lip products, and this is one of my favorites. It contains good ingredients that will soften and add shine to even the most dry lips. You can find this brand most everywhere, which is nice if you need to grab some more. I reccomend this very highly, and I wouldn't say that if I wasn't very happy with it. My daughters both liked it a lot and thought they should have their own! We haven't had any problems with this, and no negatives that we can think of. It's just an all around great product, that works well, is reasonably priced, comes with a generous amount, and works for even the roughest chapped lips. The flavor is true and tastes great and it works great right from the first application. I will be buying the other flavors to try them out too! Give it a try if you like coconut milk, and if you want a nice lip product that will shine, but won't cause you to feel greasy. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It's well worth the reasonable cost! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]" - walmart user

Organic Lip Balm Naked by dr bronners

"I've been looking for another lip balm since thymes stopped selling theirs a few years ago. I figured why not give Organic Lip Balm by Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps a try. Seems here in WI we went from summer right into winter mode and chapped lips get to be an issue. I do like the smell. Though there isn't really a taste to it. It goes on smooth, not chunky like some. It does have some staying power to it where I don't have to reapply that often. Seems to be working well. The price is also reasonable. " - pureformulas.com user

Kiss Therapy Lip Balm by lip smacker

"I've been wearing this lip balm for the last two months and have used it as a daily part of my beauty regimen. The other in my city can't decide if it's still in winter or ready for spring. This means my lips have taken a beating between being chapped and being cracked. It's difficult to find a balm with flavor, spf and that provides long lasting moisture. Instantly I could taste the flavor and smell it as well. Who doesn't love strawberries?! The feature of the product that brought most attention to me was the moisture it provided. The texture of the balm was smooth going on but not thick to where my lips felt they would be stuck together. One application lasted hours before having to reapply. The balm was perfect to fit into my purse or even pocket. It is the perfect fit for my lips. « less" - lipsmacker.com user

Lip Love Lip Care by lakme

"Env: developmentJack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm is the bomb, lip balm that is!I had seen this Jack Black Lip Balm a few times at Sephora, and really just kind of of disregarded it. I had thought that this was a man's product so never gave it a second thought. I recently had lots of free sample points and seen a large sized tube sample available and I thought I'd give this a shot and let my husband have a treat. Well, I couldn't resist, I had to at least try it. I did and WOW, I really liked it.Jack Black lip balm has a nice consistency; it's not to thick or goopy and not to thin that it's runny. It applies nicely and actually stays on for quiet a long time. I applied this at night time and still had the flavor on my lips when I woke up eight hours later. The nice vanilla flavor/scent makes Jack Black's lip balm very neutral and very pleasant for both guys and gals. It says that it is a vanilla/lavender mix but I don't detect the lavender at all.I used this during the tough winter months here in Michigan, and I feel that this really helped on the days that I could tell my lips were dehydrated and starting to chap/flake. Price wise, I'd say this is a good value but I would guess most men probably wouldn't purchase Jack Black lip balm, but being a woman I would because I can appreciate a wonderful product such as this! I feel that this would be a great gift for a man, and the SPF 25 makes it perfect for both summer and winter.Jack Black lip balm is a nice surprise - and a little goes a long way, so I'm still working on my free sample. Classic Original Lip Balm Triple Pack by chapstick

"I have used this product for over 10 years. I normally only use this product in the colder months but can use this product year round. This product is a great product for those who suffer from chapped lips. Smell: The smell is minimal and is not overpowering. Texture: This product glids on lips well. I also use this product on dry spots on my skin outside of my lips as well. It works well on dry skin. Casing: This product is in a great tough plastic casing and fits well in jeans. Durable: This product is durable in different temperatures. Price: The price is wonderful. This is an inexpensive, wonderful product for chapped lips. It is long lasting and is very easy to travel with. This product is extremely durable and keeps on going. Its great for people that are very active. Great product, rainproof, snowproof. Cabe be kept in colder or warmer places and the product still wears well afterwards. Although i prefer replacing make up product every two to four months. This product can be used everyday and probably would last over six months. I would recommend this product to those for everyday lip protection and dry skin sufferers. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="-2754311532867722707-full" data-show="-2754311532867722707-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - viewpoints.com user

Hawaiian Lip Balm by alba

"I have been using this for about six months. It is the first lip balm I have ever used up - actually gone through entire tubes until they were empty. I have very moody skin and this is the first balm I have ever been able to use every day without becoming sensitive to it. Especially important is that it does not contain lanolin. It is soft, smooth, stays put, and smells nice without being too noticeable. My husband even uses it sometimes. I have not had any problems with it becoming grainy, although I have had that problem with other products. I cannot praise this lip balm enough. " - drugstore.com user

Lip Balm Herbal Answer SPF 15 by blistex

"I have terribly dry lips and have tried an awful lot of lip balms in my life, but this one is the BEST I've ever tried. Many feel pretty good when they're on your lips, but when they wear off, your lips feel even worse -- drier, rougher -- and that's when I would start pulling the rough skin which of course made the whole problem worse. It was like a never ending cycle. However, from the first time I tried this product, I could tell that it was actually HEALING my lips and they have continued to feel better & better. The lips are softer & smoother, even when I first get up in the morning and continue with much less loose skin to pull. And they don't hurt any more!! I am thrilled! The person who recommended this product to me says that she only has to use it before bed now & not during the day, although I still apply it a few times a day until I have completely healed. I consider this lip balm to be a MIRACLE product!!!! (P.S. This balm has a nice citrusy taste -- very pleasant.) « less" - drugstore.com user

"I love using the slay lip mousse color. Its really the perfect red. Great pigmentation. I did my makeup for Halloween and I mainly used the slay. These lipsticks are long lasting. No reapplication needed. It definitely will not dry your lips and also it would not give you a greasy look. It just the nicely moisturization. It left so nice to go back wearing lipstick . Love the design of the brush, it makes it more simple and easy to apply in the lips. The brush covers pretty well. The holidays are coming this would be a great gift for the holidays or any occasion. I can see myself giving one to my niece. Love that they are called by moods. It made me laugh. Really fun colors." - ulta user

Natural Lip Balm Moisturizing - Island Paradise by toms of maine

"I had never tried anything from Tom's Of Maine but had always heard of their products, especially their toothpastes. I went to the store needing some moisture for my lips after shoveling snow in late March and I bought Tom's Of Maine Island Paradise Lip balm. I bought it because I only use cruelty free products and prefer all/mostly natural products. It was sensational! It kept my lips so soft and it smelled like " paradise"! Now that my lips are back to normal, I use it everyday when I don't feel like putting lipstick on and before I go to bed for overnight. I also add a little on my matte lipstick so the lipstick does not look dry or cracked. Great product!" - walmart user

Rosebud Salve In A Tube by Rosebud Perfume Co.

"I wasn't impressed at first, after reading all the reviews I expected something miraculous and it was just ordinary so I threw it in my purse and resolved to use it up. That's just it though, it's the PERFECT everyday lip balm. I've had it a few months, I use it 2-3 times a day and I've barely made a dent. It's petroleum jelly so it feels just like putting vaseline on your lips--it'll seem greasy if you're not used to it--but that gives shine and protection and it's definitely not sticky. The cottonseed oil softens your lips and is super effective at healing chapped lips (mine get chapped to the point of cracking and Rosebud Salve fixes them back to normal in in less than 12 hours.) The sheer tint, dispenser tube, and fragrance are all nice but I still think it tastes bad so I don't go eating it. It's a staple product, plain and simple." - sephora user

Coconut Smoothie Lip Balm by earth mama angel baby

"I absolutely recommend this lip balm. I'm in my last trimester and I've been getting horrible chapped lips to the point where it was stinging. This lip balm is smooth and silk and feels hydrating and moisturizing. It corrected the dryness and chapped areas immediately and provided a protective layer to help heal the sensitive area. I'm usually not a fan of coconut, but I love the smell - it is very pleasant. I would be worried carrying this lip balm around with high temperatures because it feels like it would melt but I haven't personally experienced that happening! " - well.ca user

Unscented Classic Lip Balm by badger

"I have extremely sensitive skin due to some medical conditions and this product gives me absolutely no problems. Of course there's ONLY 3 ingredients, so it would be hard to go wrong here. I am now going on my 5th tube, use it every day and love this stuff as much as ever! The label says this is "Unscented" which *normally* means there's scent added to cover up the real scent which may be something unattractive. ("Fragrance-free" is the term that's normally used to describe something with no fragrance added, which is what this SHOULD be called.) If you put your nose up real close to it you can smell a slight whiff of the organic extra-virgin olive oil, but I can't smell it when it's on my lips. I like this much better than Burt's Bees and WAY better than Carmex which only serves to dry out my lips between applications. Get this, use it for a few weeks, and THEN see what you think! 5 stars. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="3621485805087799116-full" data-show="3621485805087799116-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - drugstore.com user

Day/Night Deep Hydration Lip Balm by chapstick

"I LOVE the Hydration Lock Chapstick! It hydrated my lips both day and night. I was happy to have this come in with it being fall and winter approaching. My lips get chapped with the cool brisk wind. And the sun beating down on them doesn't help either. I was glad to see that there was one Chapstick to cover both my day and night needs. And the best part is it contains SPF and cares for my lips 24/7.Look: I love the fact there there are two sides. One for day and one for the night. The look of the Chapstick was solid but not super or overly waxy.Smell: I love the smell of both sides. They are slightly sweet but barely there.Texture: These glide on smoothly and aren't too thick that they don't smudge bits across your lips. It didn't feel waxy like others. Soft and smooth.Feel: They make your lips feel silky smooth. The Chapstick slid easily across my lips. No waxy thick bits left behind. Leaves your lips feeling smooth and refreshed.Taste: The taste was good too if you accidentally licked your lips. A hint of sweetness but no where overpowering.I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.. « less" - drugstore.com user

Baby Skin Instant Cheek Flush Blush by Maybelline

"I've got 6 of these.05 Quenched - Which I use everyday... it's clear, even my husband uses this one. SPF 20, Smells like Fruit Punch - Can't go wrong with this one.50 Twinkle - I LOVE this one. It's a very pale pink, which goes on sheer. The scent, I can't really place, but it reminds me of something I had when I was a kid, so I love it. I would use this one more, but it doesn't have the SPF.15 Cherry Me - I like the color this makes my lips. A sheer red, that smells of Cherries. I use this when I want to wear a red lip, but don't want to scare people with a bright red lip.40 Pink Me Up - This one is part of the Dr. Baby Lips line. I've seen quite of few people say this smells and tastes gross, but I have not had that experience. It's slightly minty, and it tingles a tiny tiny bit. It's a very pretty pale pink color. I like this one a lot.90 Minty Sheer - This is part of the Neons collection, and I love the scent of it. It's supposed to be sheer, but when I wipe it off, it leaves a green tint behind on whatever I wipe my lips on, so I'm scared to wear this one in public, for fear of it showing.70 Pink Shock - Also part of the Neons collection, I inherited this from my mom who wanted to try out baby lips, but wasn't sold on them. It's a very intense Fuchsia color. I have only used this one once.Overall I LOVE Baby Lips, and I want to expand my collection. I give a 9 and not a 10 because I find I have to reapply pretty often, which isn't a deal breaker for me, because they just feel so lovely on the lips. « less" - viewpoints.com user

Medicated Lip Ointment by blistex

"It's the middle of summer here, but somehow my lips ended up in terrible condition. **Long story short - Blistex saved my lips!** I've never been big into lip balm. Sure, I carry some around in my purse and have some in my desk at work, but I rarely think about it or feel the need to put it on. I love the EOS lip balms - they're cute and the best I've ever used, but I guess I'm just not someone who gets dry lips very often except for a round of chapped lips once or twice in the winter time. What caused my lips to go haywire in the middle of 100 degree temperatures, I'll never know. They started feeling dry, so I used my EOS sphere a lot. It didn't seem to help, and in fact my lips got worse and chapped. I pulled out my Mary Kay Satin Lips set and used it daily to exfoliate and moisturize them. Again it did nothing to help and my lips just felt horrible. Then one day I woke up with the worst chapped lips I've ever had, a monster cold sore, and hundreds of little bumps all over my lips. Certain I was suffering from some fatal illness, I turned to Doctor Google and found out the spots were Fordyce Granules - essentially pimples on the lips that are benign, long lasting, and have no real treatment. But my lips felt terrible and I knew there had to be an answer out there. In one discussion on a message board, someone said that Blistex helped their Fordyce Granules. My mom raised me to be a Carmex girl. I never really liked it, but that's what I always bought when I got my annual chapped lips and cold sore. But I was desperate and that night purchased two different types of Blistex. I tried the medicated lip ointment first. I am converted! Within an hour, my lips were already starting to feel a bit better and a day or two later it was as though nothing had happened - no Fordyce Granules, no chapped lips, no cold sore. I've said it once and I'll say it again - Blistex saved my lips! I will ALWAYS keep this in my purse from now on (though I'm still attached to my EOS balm for "every day" lip balm - when I remember to use it ;) ). <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - viewpoints.com user

This product has it all, treatment for your lips that lasts for hours, perfect amount of pigment from sheer to va-va-voom, and the feeling of pure luxury when I put it on my lips. I feel like I'm wearing one of those over-priced, foo-foo treatment lipsticks/stains that rarely deliver what they promised. And the conditioning from Oh Sugar! really LASTS - for days after I last wore it. And what I really like is the very feminine glossy coverage. Your lips look and FEEL young, plump, lovely, not harsh or overdone, making it perfect for night and day. I don't know what I'll do if Cover Girl stops making this. I was heartbroken when CG stopped making their Continuous Color line in "Really Red". It was the perfect shade for me, especially when it would fade to the perfect shade of pink as it wore off thru the day. And I've been on the search for the perfect long-wearing lipstick ever since but to no avail. But the problem with those is they really DRY out your lips. Which is one of the reasons I've been trying new products that are treatment based to. Oh Sugar! Is a JOY to put on. It FEELS soooooo good going on, and to my pleasant surprise the more pigmented colors like Punch and Spice leave a soft stain of color for hours, leaving my lips protected with a sheer splash of color giving your face a glow. I can't say enough about this product. ENJOY! « less" - Target user

Everon Lip Balm by weleda

"Seriously, I have tried just about EVERY natural lip balm out there. This one is by far the best. By far! It has a thicker consistency so it actually stays on for a long time - and it really, really moisturizes your lips. I like this so much better than Dr. Bronner's because of the consistency. Dr. Bronner's was just so thin - I had to reapply it constantly. The first time I tried the Everon, I wasn't so sure about the mild scent. You can definitely smell a hint of beeswax which I didn't necessarily like, but now, the scent has grown on me and I quite like it. Don't worry, it doesn't have a strong smell, just slightly noticeable. After trying at least 10 natural lip balms, this is the one I reordered. What a relief." - Vitacost user

Organics Lip Balm Organic Soothing Vanilla Rosemary by avalon

"I spent a couple years trying out different lip balms and chap sticks. I wanted natural, but also that had good smooth consistency and didn't wear off in 5 minutes, or be grainy and greasy. I have a nutritional deficiency and have peeling & cracking lips as a result--so believe me when I say I need a lip balm that's awesome & stays on. This is it. This is where my search ended. I tried a few flavors and when I first tried them they were good but still working on the smooth creamy consistency. It had some changes and now, in my opinion is perfection. I buy lots and stock them all over the house, in my car and at work. Please never stop carrying this! I love it!" - vitacost.com user

Matte Lip Balm by Revlon

"Wow, I love this pencil! I bought one (in "unapologetic") and I was so impressed that I just bought another (in "standout"). I never thought a drug store makeup product could truly live up to its long lasting claims. This really does! The first time I wore it I had several beverages and it seriously didn't come off at all! I am so used to reapplying and was pleasantly surprised. The color goes on vibrant and stays that way. The matte is really nice too because it makes me feel like it's not "too much" for day time. I tried the similar Cover Girl one before buying this one and..don't even bother. This one has more color after several hours than the CG one does upon initial application. Spend the extra dollar or whatever, it's worth it.I have a feeling this product will remain a staple for me! Interested to try the non-matte ones next. « less" - drugstore.com user

Dual-Ended Hydration Lock Moisturize & Renew Lip Care by chapstick

"So as we all know, winter is brutal for those of us with dry skin. Not only because our skin ends up feeling akin to parchment paper smothered in itchy wool, but also because our lips have this horrible tendency to become as dry as the Sahara desert and painful to boot. As a dry skin sufferer, this is an all too familiar problem. It is really the one reason I do not look forward to the fall and winter seasons, and come on! That sucks because I am a die hard fall kinda gal! And don't even get me started on how many products I have bought to try and combat the dreaded lizard lips! Too many, too many things that claimed to be heaven sent, too good to be true, will fix your chap and send your kid off to college. No. no they did absolutely none of those things and they ended up meeting the bottom of the waste basket before the whole college thing had time to roll around. But that was all before I got to try Chapstick Hydration Lock! This stuff is literally the best chap stick I have EVER tried. It is dual ended, one side is "Renew" and the other side is "Moisturize." And they literally do just that. The renew side will help your lips do a a complete 180' and bring them back to their normal beautiful state, and the moisturize side will keep them soft and supple. I have been using this religiously and I swear it has put every other chap stick I have tried to shame, even those EOS chap sticks that are so popular, and trust me I jumped on that band wagon and jumped right back off. The smell is pleasant, it has a very very faint hint of a cocoa, but other than that it basically is scentless. The texture is soft, it glides on easily, and trust me that is a very good thing, because honestly, who wants something tugging on their already sore lips? Uh, Not me! And for it being dual ended it isn't large or awkward, it is maybe just a tiny bit longer than your average chap stick, which hey, in my opinion is fantastic because I have a mary poppins bag, and I pretty much have to upend my bottomless monster to find anything smaller than my wallet. So I have to say, I highly recommend Chapstick Hydration Lock, and I don't think I will ever try another. I am pretty much sold for life! Lip Therapy Rosy Lips Tin by Vaseline

"I was totally surprised with how well this product actually worked! I applied the first afternoon by dabbing my middle finger inside the tin and by dabbing the product along my bottom lip and smearing the rest onto my top and then lastly rubbing my lips together to spread the product equally on both. I absolutely LOVE the scent! it is NOT overpowering and I was really surprised that I liked it so well as usually Rose is not one of my favorite scents. There is a nice and subtle flavor to the balm, it is barely there! Before bed I did my night time facial routine which weekly includes an exfoliation of my lips which I did that evening. I used this product and a toothbrush for that. My lips were baby smooth and moisturized well, when I went to bed I did not add anything more to my lips before I applied my CPAP mask for the night. Now usually during my overnight trips to the bathroom I reapply more lip product but with this I didn't have to and even woke the next morning with it still on my lips. After my morning facial routine, after I brush my teeth I apply lip balm to hydrate my lips before makeup which 99% of the time includes a matte, long wearing lipstick. I applied half of what I used overnight and was very pleased with the amount on my lips and how hydrated they felt before applying lipstick. This product is NOT sticky, nor does it have a high pigment to alter the color of your lips. The product is pink but it is so sheer it doesn't show at all on my darker pigmented lips. All in all I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing this product instead of the pricier and not as well working other products on the market. now to find this type of holy grail product for my hands! lol I received the product free for testing purposes but these unbiased opinions are my own! Be Sweet Tinted Lip Balm by Beauty By Popsugar

"I have for the last year tried over 10 long lasting lipsticks wands and creamy pencils without doing what it said it did non drying and long lasting or nonrunny. This brand is GREAT it stays in place for the long run without my lips looking like I have been in the Sahara desert. It goes on smoothy and stays in place for at least 6hours without discolortaion and transfering both big pluses." - ulta user

Lip Balm Vanilla Madagascar by badger

"I LOVE the badger on the labels of this brand. This little mascot just makes me smile everytime I see him. It makes me happy to see him and be so pleased about my lip balm. Whoever the artist is, thanks for depicting this darling little badger person so lovingly! This is the first badger product I have tried and I am very happy with it. The flavor/scent is a nice, grown up mint that I do not tire of and feels fresh with every application. The balm is more on the smoother, more softer side rather than some other balms that are heavier and thicker. It works really well under my daily lipstick and seems to make my lipstick a bit softer and less harsh yet does not make the lipstick overly shiny. I wonder if there is a Badger balm that is a little heavier because if I use it at night it is not quite enough thickness to keep my lips moist throughout the night. I have extremely dry lips that flake so I wonder how other people fared with similar dry lips. I would still buy this product again however because I like it so much. Highly recommended! <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__translate-span">« less</span>" - Vitacost user

LipPerfection Jumbo Gloss Balm by Covergirl

"I was worried from reading the reviews that it would be dry, chalky, or easily breakable, but it's not. I think if you experience(d) these things then it was old or damaged. The one I have is a nice glossy balm; it's not sticky like a gloss, not heavy like a lipstick, and it actually feels moisturizing. My tip is to use it on the sides of the tip, or on the tip itself--don't twist it up too far and it won't break off. You'll still have all the product you need doing it this way. I have been looking for a perfect plum color for fall and even though it looks like a scary purple, the color was a perfect plum and sheer, but buildable." - walmart.com user

Cube 5-in-1 Lip Protectant by softlips

"As a bit of a lip balm junkie, I have tried almost everything. For many years, my personal favorite has been the soft lips balms. (the thin ones) When I saw this on a blog post, I could not wait to try.If you like soft lips, you will love this. Same creamy texture that glides on easily, gives lasting moisture, and keeps any flakes from appearing. I use it daily under lipsticks, which most tend to make my lips dry and flakey (MAC especially)With this, I have smooth, soft lips, after a full day wear of any lipstick.Since purchasing, I have not touched ANY other balm I own. This one is perfect, and applies really quickly.I do open and close it upside down, otherwise it can be easy to knick the product with the cap when you are in a hurry. The Pom variety does have a slightly sweet flavor. I like it, although if you hate flavored things, I would try the mint or vanilla. The packaging is great, and the cap seals nice and tight. Throw this in your purse, and its easy to find quickly. It is smaller than an eos, but larger than a standard balm, so keeping it in a pants pocket could be tough.I love it, and am going to buy a dozen more. « less" - drugstore.com user
