CeraVe Foaming Face Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin has a unique formula with three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) that cleanses and removes oil without disrupting the protective skin barrier.
"When I first read-up on this product and its reviews, I was equally intrigued and scared to try this facial wash. I have somewhat sensitive oily/combination skin and it only takes one small dose of something to reek havoc upon it, so I was crossing fingers and toes with hope that I wouldn't have a bad reaction to this. Much to my surprise, not only did I avoid any bad reactions, but my skin actually has been behaving itself better since the very first use. The scent is definitely in a league of its own; it's not good or bad, really cannot think of a truthful way to describe it other than to say it's a fresh, clean smell. Other reviews have dubbed it as harsh, and I can see where they are coming from, though it's grown on me and I don't mind it as it fades quickly. When I wash, I use a pea-small grape sized amount and rub very lightly as there are buffers already in it; some say they like to let their cleanser linger on their skin a bit before rinsing, but I do not with this product as I don't feel its necessary. After washing, my face feels so clean, fresh, and soft; since I've started using this, I have noticed a rather shocking improvement within my facial skin. It is much brighter and my pores are significantly smaller (I have naturally large pores) and possibly even a bit cleaner within since I've had less breakouts, as well. I have ended up kind of falling hard for this product, and I will definitely be buying again (though it may be a while because the amount of product you get for the price is RIDICULOUS, seriously, I'm set for a long while!). On an ending note, I would like to say that, along with other reviewers who have had bad experiences with this cleanser, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR DRY OR EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SKIN. I personally do not fall under either skin type, but feel that this would be a no-no for either/or. I would say this cleanser would be best for the following skin types: oily, oily/combination, mild acne-prone skin and normal." - ulta user
"I have what I call "fussy" skin -- sometimes oily, sometimes dry, occasionally prone to breakouts. But acne products are too strong/harsh, and "natural" products contain something that irritates me. Drugstore brand cleansers work for a while, and then my face gets fussy again. About two years ago, a few weeks before my wedding, I had a clarifying facial using the Botanical Kinetics products at my salon in hopes of clearing my skin before the big day.I was pleased that my skin did indeed clear up, and this cleanser is the only product I've found that suits my fussy skin. It generally keeps my face clear and feeling healthy. One pump is enough to wash your whole face, so one bottle lasts a long time. This is probably the longest I've used any one product with continuing success.I also use the Botanical Kinetics moisturizer, and I find that to be light enough to keep me from breaking out, but moisturizing enough to do some good in the winter. « less" - aveda user
"At 61, I used the milder Cerave (non-SA) cleanser for years, often with a Sonicare brush. My skin was pretty good, with occasional breakouts (probably from experimenting with a variety of moisturizers and other treatments). I didn't think I needed the extra exfoliation of the SA products on my face, but decided to try it on my thighs, hips and rear end. The smoothing effect was noticeable almost immediately. I had recently also begun to use a Cerave SA lotion and cream, but the cleanser made the most obvious difference. I expected my skin to feel dry, especially since I was layering SA products. No dry skin on legs, arms or the places I was using the Cerave SA cleanser. It doesn't lather up much, but a little goes a long way. I wouldn't consider it a discount product, but I think it's a good value. It's clear, so it's hard to realize how much I'm pumping out, so there is probably some waste. My fault. I'd prefer a non-pump; a squeeze top would be easier to control. (And sometimes the pumps malfunction.)I also use this on my face (without the brush) every couple of days, probably more in the warm weather and less in the worst of winter. It seems gentler than exfoliating beads or scrubs, which are too harsh for my skin. On other days, I used the regular (non-SA) Cerave cleansing lotion. I expect I'll use the SA cleanser daily in summer, because I have trouble removing the heavy-duty, supposedly waterproof sunscreens I use daily. Overall, I think the skin on my face and body feels surprisingly smooth. I love these products. « less" - drugstore.com user
"I nearly lost my mind trying to research skin types and the products I should be using. For years after my acne cleared up, I used body wash to scrub my face and whatever moisturizer the kids had afterward. The kids have grown a bit, I have now started wearing makeup regularly, and I’m nearing 30 so I figured it was time to get an actual healthy skincare routine down. All those years of abusing my skin led to severely dehydrated, but EXTREMELY oily skin. I decided to try this cleanser, the Hydro Boost Water Gel, and a hyaluronic acid toner from Baby Peach. The improvent in my skin on day one was so drastic that my husband, who didn’t notice the little gap in my teeth for THREE YEARS, remarked on how even and soft my skin was. It’s been about a week now, and I couldn’t be happier with the products if I tried. My skin feels so soft and smooth it’s unreal, and the softness lasts all day long even in our harsh winter weather and forced heat home. The few small blemishes I did have have cleared up entirely, my pores are no longer visibly clogged despite wearing makeup so much more often, and they truly do appear smaller. And the absolute best part is that my face is NO LONGER OILY. A week ago I would have had a face FULL of shine just a few short hours after cleansing, and now I touch up my makeup with a tiny bit of powder maybe once eight or more hours after application. I’m so grateful to have found this line, and I absolutely will be repurchasing along with the body balm, sheet masks, exfoliating cleanser, and serum. This removes my makeup so gently and easily (hello, Lash Paradise) with just one cleanse, it feels so good on the skin, the thin lather is perfect, it washes away completely with no residue, and it doesn’t strip a BIT of moisture from my skin so my face feels wonderful even before I moisturize. Also, my makeup has never looked better than it does over this line and my trusty primer. I have had no irritation or redness with these products (and redness was a daily occurence for me). 100 out of 10, Neutrogena! Less" - walmart.com user

"WHATS UP! so i've been using this cleaner for about 3 days, which i know isn't a lot of time to be giving out 5 star reviews here BUT i saw results after the 1st 24 hours. i had small acne bumps on my forehead and my Nose, JEEZ my nose was full of marks and it was red and bumpy all throughout, i used the cleanser which smells like tea tree like 100% that is the only smell you get from this product. i thought my skin wouldn't like it because my skin is sensitive, but after washing the next fay almost all of the bumps were gone off my nose and my forehead was clear as well! The gel does not foam much very much, I say you want to gentle wash your face with some Luke warm water and pat drying, but still leave a little bit of water on your face, jut not enough to where its dripping. Then you can put the cleanser in your hand and i usually use about a full index finger length maybe a lil more if i need it. It does not foam up, like the gel just turns white and feels like white gel, WHICH IT IS. I normally scrub for 1 minute to a minute 30, then rinse with luke warm water. IT completely washes out with not dry or tight feeling whatsoever. It DOEs foam up when you wash it out with water but like its like bath tub bubbles where its very light and isn't a big deal, be sure to really wash with water and like the water glide on your face, DO NOT RUB YOUR FACE PLS, just let the water run over and do that for like 8-15 times to make sure all the cleanser is off. Your face will be bright, and just look very nourished after using. Overall the application is very easy and the use of it leads to results. when i got this in the tub is a lot bigger than i expected like i didn't think id get that much cleanser for the price. And i am 16 years old , and my skin is oily/combo. 100% recommend for you to all go out there and try. BYEEE! Less" - sokoglam.com user
"I have been using this Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask with 3.5% Benzoyl Peroxide for the past year. I am in my late twenties and have more trouble with acne now than I did as a teenage girl. I have tried many products over the past 3 years and this is the only cleanser that truly works. I have oily, sensitive skin and many other products cause irritation, make my acne worse or make my pores produce more oil. In the past, I have tried numerous other Neutrogena cleansers but none of them cleared my acne and some created worse breakouts. This cleanser with 3.5% Benzoyl Peroxide is amazing! It is also great to use as a mask. I will keep it on for about 5 minutes, rinse and then I am oil-free for a few days. And for me, that's awesome! I like the ingredients that are in this product. I have found throughout the years that I cannot use products with Cocamidopropyl Betaine because it causes me more acne. Almost all cleansers now use Cocamidopropyl Betaine. So I was thrilled when I found this cleanser because it does not contain Cocamidopropyl Betaine. I found that I have an allergic reaction and breakout bad to most products containing coconut-based ingredients. But the Sodium Methyl Cocyl Taurate in this product does not cause additional breakouts for me. All of the ingredients in this product agree with my skin and help keep my skin clear of acne. Bentonite and Kaolin have absorbent properties that are helpful for people with oily skin. So this works well for me. I have not been able to find this Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask with 3.5% Benzoyl Peroxide in any store in over a month. In the past 2 weeks since I ran out, I have already begun breaking out bad. I started using a different Neutrogena facial cleanser, but it just isn't keeping me clear. This is the worst my acne has been in a long time. It is so hard to find a good product with a low percent of Benzoyl Peroxide. Products with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide or higher irritate my skin and cause a long-term redness, not to mention it gets sore and flakes. Benzoyl Peroxide has the ability to penetrate into the hair follicle to reach the bacteria that cause the acne and then kills the bacteria. A great factor of Benzoyl Peroxide is that it doesn't become resistant to bacteria as some topical antibiotic prescriptions do. I know because I have been to dermatologists and tried some that are out there. I felt like the prescriptions never worked because I never saw results – not like the ones I get with this cleanser. Salicylic acid does not have anti-bacterial properties like Benzoyl Peroxide. All it does for me is create more oil. Then with increased oil production leads to more acne. If this item is discontinued, then I will be very disappointed in Neutrogena and will have to find a different brand to start using. Don't make me go to that auto-delivery company as seen on tv or the web! At least consider replacing it with something that has the same active ingredient, with 3.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, and no Cocamidopropyl Betaine." - walmart user
"I first tried the Olay Pro-X Exfoliating Cleanser when the sample size came with my Olay Cleansing System. I knew after using it for one day that I would need to purchase a bigger bottle, and I did. It is a soft and creamy gel with just enough exfoliating granules to clean my skin without being too rough. My skin feels cleaner and softer and looks brighter. After using it one time I could feel a difference in my skin. My wrinkles and pores are not as visible and my skin looks and feels clean and bright. I started out using it in the A.M. and the P.M., but now I use it in the morning to prepare my skin for makeup. It is well worth the price for great looking skin. " - walmart.com user
"The Vichy Pureté Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel is the second product in the trio of #VichyWorksForMe Skincare Super Panel #gotitfree offer that I was fortunate to receive from @ChickAdvisor thanks to the @VichyCanada #productreviewclub offer. I noticed that my #skin felt soft to the touch, looked radiant and I could see that my skin looked overall healthier. The gel cleaned my skin and did not leave my skin feeling tight or dry. "I purchased this product along with the Bioderma Sebium H2O - Micelle Solution, Hydra - Moisturising Replenishing Care, AKN Fluid - Smoothing Purifying Care, Pore Refiner - Corrective Concentrate about a month ago. (I've left reviews on the other products I bought too if you'd like to get a feel for the 'range'). I'm 26 and have very spotty and oily skin; this range has been fantastic. I've seen a huge difference in my skin in just a few weeks, and other people have been noticing too!The gel does what it says on the tin really. Smells nice, leaves skin feeling clean and fresh but not stripped and tight. I use this in the morning in the shower before anything else, super easy to use. It looks like it'll last quite a while too as you only need one 'pump' per wash.Would really recommend this, along with the other things I've mentioned above, for people who have oily/combination skin and are prone to spots. « less" - Escentual user
"I was very impressed how Aveeno Positively Radiant leaves skin moisturized! While rinsing off, it feels like one of those "in shower" lotions or like rinsing off hair conditioner. But what is the best of all is that the effect is quite long lasting. I noticed that amazing moisturizing effect on my hands as they are always very dry from all the housework. I use lotions all the time, but it really helps only for a minute after I just applied it. I was so surprised to wake up in the morning after the first time I used the Aveeno Cleanser with soft hands that didn't feel like Sahara desert. My face though has oily skin in T-zone and this cleanser does a great job removing the oil and leaving my face matte for long time, moisturizing my dry cheeks. The scent is soft and fresh, green-ish, like spring leaves or something like that. It reminded me a scent of a facewash I had in college long time ago, it brings out such sweet memories) #gotitfree #hometesterclub #aveenopositivelyradiant [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]" - walmart user

"My skin has been something of a sensitive bane of my existence; oily here, dry there, "you are Irish so you have to put lots of smelly, sticky sunblock on me, if you put makeup on me I'm gonna behave badly," & now I'm in my 30's so aging is an issue....yeeshh. I have very pale, sensitive, ACNE prone skin. Let me repeat A-C-N-E prone. Everything that can break me out, will. I don't think acne makes you look young & it plagues anyone of any age. And it's not the light sprinkle that disappears in a couple days, I mean the stuff that lingers for weeks & leaves discoloration in it's wake that takes weeks itself to disappear. I've finally reached a point in my 30's where I'm sick of it. I'm making efforts to gradually reduce my daily regime, because I think I've fallen into the "you have to use all these products or kits to clear it up" trap. I would use something for acne, another for oil, another to condition or moisturize where the other had overdried, something for aging....yeesh. Many of them are unnatural, or littered with ingredients I can't make out (& I've studied biotechnology in college), & expensive. I just want to use a couple of things, that are close to natural; wash my face, put on a little sunblock & go. I decided I'd try the Yes line on a whim. Been the best thing I've done for my skin. Since then, my acne has been clearing up & I just have mild post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation to deal with (post acne discoloration), which is lessening. The majority of the items I've used from the line all smell great. That being said, I know smell is subjective. For me, I like the sweet cucumber smell of the cucumber wash, towelettes & lotion.I wash with this or one of the cucumber towelettes of the same brand in the morning & apply sunblock; minimalist makeup. At night I cleanse with this or another cucumber towelette, apply a little 2.5 benzoyl peroxide, & the cucumber lotion. The Yes To Tomatoes for oily/combination skin can be very drying (esp if you were to add s.acid or benzoyl peroxide, which I don't recommend), hence why I tried the two to see which I liked. As nice as the Yes To Tomatoes was, this worked better for me. The Tomatoes was too drying. I'm sure for someone with just oily skin it would be perfect though. I don't wake up with an oil slick for skin with new red bumpy "friends" in the morning, & I think it balances nicely thorough out the day as I don't have mid-day sheen on my brow like I would have before. My skin has a wonderful glow & what discoloration I have is fading. I would recommend this product & brand to anyone interested in starting over with their regime;sick & tired of using multiple products, not getting results with their acne, want something more natural, etc... This is the first time in years I've been this clear, thinking other popular acne kits would work. They didn't. PS always wear sunblock. This product doesn't necessarily make you photosensitive, it's just a common sense recommendation. « less" - ulta.com user
"I am a young Caucasian adult with combination skin. I want a cleanser that cleans my skin (aka does its job), doesn't dry my skin out, and is a simple product with respect to ingredients. I enjoy using this cleanser by Simple. I can work it into a nice lather without needing to use that much product. It doesn't irritate my skin or make it red after use. It also doesn't strip my skin to the point where it feels tight after use; it still maintains integrity and smoothness of the skin. I use this twice a day, along with moisturizer, to keep my face clean day and night. I have not experienced dryness from this product. As for acne, I haven't had any breakouts while using this product that seem cleanser-related. Healthiness of the skin also comes from getting good sleep, eating healthy, and keeping your face clean/not touching it or picking at it. I don't think that healthy facial skin is the result of even the best of cleansers alone. That being said, I feel that this cleanser accomplishes what I want in a cleanser (aforementioned above) and would recommend it. I like that Simple provides a link to look at the ingredients of the product and their use. Do your own research; this is YOUR body and skin!" - walmart user
"I've been using this for over a week now, i've had a few samples of Eucerin products before but i've never bought anything so this was a lovely chance to try a new brand.Eucerin is a German brand who provide effective and gentle skincare. The Dermo Purifyer cleanser is gentle however it can effectivly eliminate excess sebum, while removing dirt and make up.I have oily/combination skin, my skin is very stressed right now causing me to have breakouts and blemishes. I've been using this cleanser as I wanted a gentle cleanser that would combat my oily skin and cleanse my skin leaving it feeling soft.I have to admit I wasn't a massive fan of the gel-like formula to begin however you apply the cleanser to hands and work into a lather which is a much nicer formula to then apply to the face. I like to work it in circular motions into the skin. I have been concentrating on my problem areas chin, forehead, nose and cheeks. What i've found so far is that this cleasner has left my skin feeling very clean and soft after intial use. after using this for over a week i've found my blemishes have reduced and less oily. It hasn't completly combatted my Oily skin but I didn't expect it to in a week. It's a good cleanser and I would recommend it to someone looking for a clinical and dermatological proven product. "I developed an allergy overnight to my Clinique moisturizer I've used for the past year. My face turned red, bumps developed that looked like acne all over my face, and massive pimples on my chin. My chin even swelled up because of one of the pimples. It's nothing I've ever experienced before. It felt like my face had been sitting in the sun for hours. So I decided to tried this because I remember using it in the past. I put it on in the car because I couldn't wait and it felt amazing. It feels so cool, refreshing, and doesn't dry my face out (I have combo of oily and dry). Plus it smells really good. My face looked better in just a few hours. It's been a few days and it brought my skin back to normal. I have sensitive skin anyway but it's hasn't felt this good in a long time. "I've been a huge fan of TBS and I've tried so many of their cleansers; this one is the best for me so far. I've got oily combination skin, issues with large pores and a little bit of redness; occasional breakouts under the chin and all that. I've tried the Tea Tree cleanser, but it ended up drying my face out. I then switched to the Aloe foaming cleanser, hoping it would help with the redness, but it was just an ok cleanse, nothing special. This one here, is amazing. I've used this for two days, but I'm feeling a difference! I love how you need so little to lather up so much foam so easily! And unlike the foam from those special pumping bottles, this cleanser feels like it has weight on your face, and it really does clean deeper into my pores. My face felt so much softer after the second use. I woke up with literally not oil in my t-zone in the morning- a miracle. And it wasn't a dry no-oil feeling; it was a simple feeling of cleanliness which I loved!!! I personally love the smell of it too, so that's definitely a plus, though I wasn't that fond of it when I first started with the seaweed line two years ago. "I have terribly dry skin and needed a solution. I actually tried a few cleansers every other month to see which was more effective. I have a lot of dry areas on my face and needed something that would hydrate. The cleanser that I was previously did great as make-up remover but not so much as hydrating my skin. I have used Olay products in the past and wanted to give this Olay Active Botanicals Gel Cleanser a try. First, I must say that the scent is very soft and not overwhelming. The bubbles felt very soft and gentle on my skin after lathering it up with my fingers before applying. I have sensitive skin, so I was glad to feel that there were no harsh reaction to it in any way. After I rinsed off, my face felt refreshing. After a week's use I found that my face was much softer and the dryness has got better. "I do a lot of DIY and garden work and so get mud and dust on my face and so try to keep it clean. I don't like normal soaps as they feel like they dry it out or leather it up. I get small blackheads on my nose which get worse due to my mucky hobbies. My forehead is also a little bit oily and shiny. I usually use Soap and Glory "Scrub Your Nose In It" on my nose which I find dries up the blackheads very well. It also dried out my skin a bit. This stuff was great on my nose to clear up blackheads; not quite as good as the Soap and Glory stuff but it didn't dry my nose out like the Soap and Glory stuff does. I also wouldn't use the S&G stuff on my forehead as it dried it out too however this stuff was great and it cleans and reduces shine well. Obviously that doesn't last long as it just re-oils itself up during the day! It is a black gel but I don't think it's black with colourings which is a good thing. "This is an amazing pick me up for the skin! It's always a chore having to go through my usual skin care routine which I take very seriously but this is the best cleanser I've used since I started taking skin care seriously (my early teens). While cleaning, it tingles your skin and awakens it giving your skin a less dull appearance. It doesn't suds up a lot unless you make it if you rub it into your hands but you don't want to look for a cleanser that gets sudsy because that can lead to dry skin. The citrus cleanser is not very hydrating but it's not drying whatsoever. It does have a decent amount of beads for it to consider itself a scrub and not like Aveeno's Detoxifying Scrub so it's a decent combo of the two. I finally found Clean+ Gentle Clarifying Cleansing Gel and I knew my search had ended. It is the best cleanser I have ever used for my acne-prone, sensitive skin. I have tried so many other brands and types of cleansers (micellar, lotion, oil, foaming, etc.), and since I have never been a fan of smelly Garnier products, I was surprised to find this perfect gem under that name. Unfortunately, they have chosen to discontinue their only good product, and point us towards a "better" one that actually made my skin worse. Please bring this product back! Please!" - Garnier user
"I love that it's from a natural source! I have read reviews with people concerned that it's too liquidy and doesn't foam enough. People, sometimes that's a good thing :) that way you know you're not using harsh detergents and it's closer to the natural thing. We are too used to super sudzy washes! Remember the more natural the less sudzy. :D But I have found a trick to making it bubble more so that you can work it over your face better and longer to ensure dissolving of sebum and deep pore cleansing! One way is to use either the Acne Solutions scub or Willowbark Scrub (they both have the same ingredients but the willowbark is cheaper). Splash with warm water to open pores, apply the scrub, work it in, then apply the Acne Solutions Cleanser and this gave me a richer lather. I liked using a washcloth to rinse with, to help slough off dead skin cells. If you just want to use the cleanser, splash your face with warm to open pores, the apply cleanser and massage quickly so the products doesn't just run off, work it in until it almost feels dry and kinda sticky, then run your fingers under the faucet to get them wet then continue washing, this should produce more bubbles. It can be drying but don't let this bother you. That's what salicylic acid does!! Just alternate between a gentler, less drying burts cleanser, like Soap Bark & Chamomile Dep Pore Cleanser. It's also great for ance prone skin because it deep cleanses, removes oil, dirt, ad make-up and has amazing calming properties! Great results with inflammed, red skin!" - walmart user
"I was really very hopeful for the product the second I smelled it because it smells divine. I adore the smell of lemons, but hate the all too artificial scent most companies choose when inserting a lemon scent. This one is amazing and it's the perfect thing to wake you up in the morning. The scrub itself is very light and nonabrasive. For someone with normal, not sensitive skin, I can see how this could be used every day. Since my skin is a bit more touchy, I use it every other day and love the effect it's having on my face. besides my face being noticeably softer, it also seems a bit brighter and more even in texture. For the price of this product, you are getting results worth triple the amount. " - Clean & Clear user

"I've struggled with acne and severely oily skin since I was a teen. It has waned slowly over the years, but I have struggled with adult acne well into my 30s. I'm now 36 and I still have to fight the excess oil on my forehead, nose, and chin and it's side effects of clogged pores and blemishes. Not to mention what happens if I wear the wrong makeup. And I've tried it all. The expensive, celebrity touted products on tv to the cheaper brands you find at Target. Then my mom gave me this as a gift and it was like a miracle! I don't mean to sound dramatic, but if you have struggled for 20 years with oily skin and acne, and the embarrassment and self-consciousness that comes with it, you know exactly how it feels to find a product that works that doesn't cost $50 a month. My skin cleared up beautifully within 2 weeks of using this product morning and night. I didn't have to apply benzoyl peroxide every night like usual! I don't find it that hard to wash off as one reviewer said, but if you do, washcloths help well with that. I find, for me, what works is to wash your face, take a wet washcloth and gently wipe the product off in a circular motion and then rinse. It really gets your skin clean. Removes makeup very well. And I know if it's gotten my make up off, then everything else is being tackled as well.I think the price is fair. "I was sent this product to try out for free from Walmart in exchange for an honest review. The Neutrogena Invigorating Face Wash for men is an excellent product. My Husband has used it for 4 days and he loves it.First, is the smell. And I agree it is amazing!!! It smells really good!Second, is the feeling. He loves that it leaves his face feeling like it was a deep clean down to the pores. As well as that invigorating feeling right afterward that is accompanied by the skin tightening action. (Like most female washes and toners have.)Third, it did not dry out his face or cause any acne breakouts. His skin is neither oily nor dry.UPDATE: I also tried it out even though I personally do not want to smell like a man but I wanted to report an accurate review based on my own accounts as well. So I tried this out for 3 days.I have to admit if it didn't smell like cologne I would use this every chance I got. I like this better than my many of my female face washes. It lathers but not too much. It literally felt like menthol on my face. It felt so nice and refreshing! It really felt like it was deep cleaning into the pores. And it definitely stood up to its name for being invigorating. My skin is oily and it did not dry out my face or break me out.I would definitely recommend this product. Using this in the morning to start your day off would be a great wakeup refresher to get you up and moving around. « less" - walmart.com user
"Disclaimer: I am a Beauty Influencer. I received this item complimentary from The Body Shop to test and review.I first tried using this on my hair, and I think it works better if you are curling or straight-ironing your hair. On my dry hair, it just made it feel too oily.Next, I tried using 5 spritzes of the oil for my face and neck twice a day for the past week and a half. The results: My frequent acne caused by dry combination skin has calmed down significantly, my face is smoother and feels more hydrated!During the day, I apply it first, then follow with Nutriganics Drops of Youth. That works very well and keeps me hydrated all day, even when I am outside. Works especially well under sunscreen and makeup. At night, I apply it first, then follow with the Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion and that is the perfect combination! I have noticed considerable improvement using these two together.I love that this comes in a spritzer bottle. It is SO much easier to apply and causes less waste than TBS's other oils.I highly recommend this to people concerned with acne, dry or aging skin. « less" - thebodyshop-usa.com user
"So before i tell you about wash i will give you a bit of the back story incase anyone has similar issues and makes this review more relevant. I have basically been looking for a face cleaner i can use out of the bath as due to an illness i have im less productive the warmer i get so wasnt cleaning my face properly. Now the issue... my face hates EVERYTHING! I have a very oily yukky T-Zone but dry cheeks! I have tried what feels like every face wash, toner, moisturiser and mask on the whole planet... and everything i have tried makes me look like a have chicken pox after the first use! It is mega annoying! I chose this wash as i can use it out of the bath to give it a good clean before i enter the unproductive heat. Brilliant. I read reviews of people with similar skin reaction issues to mine which made me take a shot at it! This wash has literally changed my life. My skin is massively improved after 1 week. My T-Zone is less oily and my dry cheeks are less dry. My spots and blackhead are disapearing. The best part... no stupid chicken pox reaction! I find it really useful as you can either use it with cotton pads or, due to the texture you can use it with your hands in the same fashion as a face wash (it is kind of a gel) and it works both ways. So very versitile if you dont like cotton. It took me a few days to master my routine. How hard or soft to rub, how much to use etc... it is a bit of trial and error but once you find your routine it is AMAZING! My mum has even started using it and loves it to. It is a leave on forumula but i do gently wipe it off purely psychologically as my brain tells me it is weird to leave it but i have left it on when i have forgotten to wipe it off and it caused no issues. Everyone should own this wash. I am looking forward to progressing to more of this range. Less" - boots.com user
This iconic oil-free gel exfoliating cleanser provides gentle daily exfoliation, while removing makeup and grime for smoother, more radiant skin.
"While I'm not sure about any anti-aging benefits with this face wash, it is definitely a nice, light face wash that leaves my skin feeling clean. It pumps out as a gel but foams nicely into a light lather that goes on smoothly and rinses off easily. Leaves my skin cleansed and my pores feeling just a little tightened, like an astringent might do. But not dry or uncomfortable. I don't love the scent - slightly fruity. But it's not too strong and doesn't linger so not a deal breaker. As I said, I don't really see any anti-aging benefits after using this for a couple weeks. My fine lines, wrinkles and age spots haven't changed. But just as a simple face wash, it's nice and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed at the end of the day." - walmart user

"My NIVEA Refreshing Facial Wash Gel came in simple but elegant packaging, it's translucent so you can see the gel inside which is always great in order to know how much you have left. When I opened it the fragrance was light and pleasing. It has a very pleasant consistency and goes on very smoothly. Once I rinsed it off I could definitely feel that it had a refreshing effect - my skin felt light and moisturized, not at all tight and dry which is the effect of some other facial washes I've tried. I found I needed to use less moisturizer in the rest of my usual skincare regime, and over the week I've been using the facial wash I've been pleased at the way it's soothed some irritated spots and kept my skin looking great. "This is a product to write home about! This product is likely to become my new daily cleanser. If you have oily skin at all this product is a must. The product itself smells amazing has a light blueish/green color when taken out of the container, has an amazing smooth texture, and leaves a cooling feeling when applying. You can instantly feel how clean your face is going to be when you apply the product. When you're rinsing the product it becomes gentle and sudsy. After patting dry my face felt amazingly clean and looked a lot less oily then before. I do suggest using a facial moisturizer afterwords though. In the picture below I applied half my face with straight product and the other half with the clay-to-mousse version in which you add a bit of water before applying the cleanse. I found that my face felt extremely clean on both sides, and that the results were practically the same, so I do suggest doing the clay-to-mousse version as you will save a bunch of product. I received this product for free for testing. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="7920844408972564617-full" data-show="7920844408972564617-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - lorealparisusa.com user
"After struggling with Rosacea for many years a friend suggested I try Eucerin's Redness relief soothing cleanser. I have sensitive skin and soaps are extremely drying to my face. I only need a drop or two and it not only cleans but really does cool, sooth and reduces the redness and breakouts.. I quit using the expensive and very drying medication my doctor prescribed. When I was in my 20's wearing contacts I began having cloudy stuff in my eyes d but not the face redness. At that time my eye doctor suggested putting baby shampoo on my closed eyelids for 60 seconds but it was too drying and irritating to my eyes although it worked. Later I quit wearing contacts while living in a dusty part of the country. Years later moved back to a better enviorment and again began wearing contacts a few years ago and then learned I had Rosacea in my eyes the same cloudyness and redness from my youth..I was prescribed strong antibiotis which also make my skin burn easily in the sun. I didn't want to have to use it all my life. I figured I would try using Eucerin on my eyelids while washing my face with it. I leave it on my lids and face for 30 to 60 seconds and now no problem with rosacea in my eyes.No dry eyes or cloudy vision. Leaving the Eucerin on my face for a longer period before washing off seems to also help my face. Eucerin doesn't dry out my already normal to dry skin but I always use a moisturizing after washing, rinsing and patting dry my face. « less" - Walgreens user
"I have to purchase facial cleansers at least twice a month. I go through them like potato chips. I wash my face around 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once when I get home from work, and once before bed.Although I love trying different products, I have noticed that the pricing takes a toll on me sometimes, so when I came across a bottle of Garnier Conditioner that had a free trial sized tube of Garnier Nutri-Pure Microbead Cleanser attached to it, I of course went in for the buy.It promised to remove dull looking skin, while cleaning pores. When I went to use it I noticed the cute teal colored microbeads within the white grainy textured cream. At first I wondered if it would hurt, seeing how it included not only microbeads, but it also included extremely sand fine microbeads as well. They are added for extra exfoliation. When I began scrubbing it into my skin, I noticed the gorgeous citrusy fresh clean scent, that comes packed in most Garnier products. As I scrubbed, I was happy to note that it did'nt hurt at all, and that even those with sensitive skin could use this.**Results:***Fabulous!* My skin was left feeling soft, clean, and new. I couldn't of been happier. The best thing about it though was the fact that it left my skin oil free all day long.I recommend this to those with oily skin, and those with dry skin. It keeps oil at bay for those with oily skin; and it will remove dry skin from those who suffer from it.Overall I feel that Garnier Nutri-Pure Cleanser is an awesome product. I plan on making this one, part of my full time facial care collection. Not many items make it to the *full time* cabinet. « less" - viewpoints.com user
"I have tried many products over the counter to replace a cleanser I am no longer to obtain. I decided to give this one a go especially for the price. I was impressed. I LOVE the smell and once it mixes in with my own skins' scent, my skin smells like fresh baby skin. My face feels so clean and fresh and the suds feel good as I am washing. It removes all my eye makeup with little effort. I also notice that I don't break out with acne with this and my pores look so much better. I am happy to say I finally can wash and moisturize and walk out of the house without makeup now. I am bummed out that I can't find this in my area but I totally recommend this product. GREAT JOB! Do not get rid of this product, please!" - walmart user

"In my previous efforts to exfoliate, I've tried many other products by major players like Ryobi, Rigid, and even manual solutions like the Workforce SB319/SS stainless steel wire brush and scraper. Once the skin grew back - baby bottom soft. So I was a little skeptical at the thought of sometime more mild like LiquidSand. My wife said, "Come on, at least give it a try. And take your tool belt back to the garage." Let me tell you - although I don't get the sub-dermal clean I can get from my belt sander, LiquidSand does the job remarkably well and doesn't make toddlers cry when they see me in the store. About the product? It smells nice without smashing my nose off with perfume. The texture is gritty, yet creamy - the way one might describe a bowl of Cream of Wheat - only, you know, clear. Washing LiquidSand off my face doesn't seem to leave any residue, but does leave my skin pretty smooth. The one drawback I experience, which may be the result of my skin type and reaction to "men's face stuff," is that in the ensuing hours, my face seems to become more oily. Perhaps the removal of dead skin and pore-blocking detritus encourages healthy flow of oils? How should I know? I leave the skincare chemistry to the scientists. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="-103528124904371778-full" data-show="-103528124904371778-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - Birchbox user
"I had first started using the Coconut Milk cleanser and did not notice that it had said it was best for dry skin. It didn't take off my makeup well and I started noticing a rash and bumps on my face so I switched to the Sea Mineral Cleansing Gel instead. I have only used it twice now but I have noticed such a difference already! It does a great job of taking off makeup and oil (I had just got done working out) and it smells AMAZING! I love it and will continue to use it. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth! I definitely recommend this product to anyone with oily/acne-prone/rough skin who wants their skin feeling fresh, soft, and smooth after just a couple uses! :) " - drugstore.com user
"I have been using this wash as a scar remover for about a year now. It works wonders on fresh scars and I feel it even made my stretch marks a bit more smooth and less noticeable. I have a chocolate complexion that scars VERY easily, mosquito bites even leave dark marks on my skin and I absolutely hate it, I like my skin smooth and scar free. Dark spots and scratches must go.I keep this in the shower along with an exfoliating wash cloth I purchased from Walmart. Before I wash with my body wash I apply a few pumps of this to my exfoliating cloth and gently scrub all areas I feel could use a good exfoliation. My knees, my elbows, my neck, my bum, and any scars that have left dark marks. I gently but firmly exfoliate my hips which have slight stretch marks and I can tell a difference.I have been getting eaten alive by bugs all summer and each bite leaves a dark mark, after a few days of exfoliating with this they all lightened up and eventually disappeared. I just recently scratched my shin on my bed frame and it left a mark, as soon as it healed I began exfoliating with this. It's been two days of exfoliation and the scar is much smoother and lighter. Getting scars while they are still fresh is the key. This hasn't worked to lighten my knees or the hyper-pigmentation in other areas but I am glade to have found something affordable that will fade new scars. This is perfect for fresh acne scars as well. You will need an exfolaition pad or wash cloth bc using your hands or a sponge will not work as well when scrubbing to remove a scar. « less" - walmart.com user
"On a scale of 1-10 (10being the worst) my oily skin is easily an 11 on a good day, so I was very excited to see a product specifically targeting oily skin, not for combination/oily skin. After even the first use I noticed my skin to be less oily and shiny throughout the day. After a full weeks use my pores were noticeably smaller and more refined and I no longer needed to use oil blotting sheets 2/4 times a day to remove excess oil as I had done previously. This is a phenomenal product that I would recommend to anyone looking to control the extra oil that accumulates on their face through the day and wants to eliminate that shine that comes with it.An extra bonus I'd like to note is that even after over a week's worth of use this product does not leave my face feeling dry or tight after washing; my skin simply feels thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. And yes, my friends even noticed my skin looked better, complimenting its matte appearance and others politely saying it didn't look wet all the time anymore. « less" - Garnier user
