"I received this Colorstay Revlon 2 in 1 angled kajal eyeliner in the Onyx color from Revlon and Crowdtap for free for my honest opinion, i am pretty impressed with it,the angle of the pencil allows me to get a clean precise line every time and the angled brush at other end allows you to pull the tip of liner out for winged look,it is really a nice eyeliner and the style is impeccable,It is a nice creamy look on the eyes and does not smear or smudge like some others i have tried and is long wearing,it is also opthalmologist tested for use on the warterline and that is awesome too. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice eyeliner pencil with angled tip and brush. It is long wear too, for me it lasted all day and evening and i did not have to reappply it at anytime through the day or night. "★★★★★★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars. you · a few seconds agoGr8 product design/stays on-not 100%waterproof yetHighly recommend this product that goes on ez &stays on long.Unlike most cheaper liners I've tried,it doesn't run or smear down onto my face since it actually stays on my eye lids right where I put it (not under my eyes creating dark spots) even though it's not 100% waterproof yet. Spiced chocolate is my ideal shade so far, but I wish Neutrogena will soon create more colors of this liner for variety to mix in&match with clothing, mood, etc. My eyes are greenish/brown so my eye makeup/clothing colors can change how my eyes appear either more green or brown. I truly hope to see any/all of the following shades available soon for this eyeliner from Neutrogena: Deep olive,(Khaki=greenish brown),Tawny, dark green,)Dark teal=greenish blue)Plum\deep purple,Dark gray. Metallic solids:&/or infused metallic sparkles/flakes of copper, bronze, gold, (metallic sparkles infused into solid shades( ie-spiced chocolate with either gold/bronze or copper metallic sparkles, black with gold sparkles, etc) I hope to continue using this product for a long time now that I discovered it,for as long as I can still find it in stores. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE MAKING this product NEUTROGENA. Feel free to use my suggestions above to expand on &add more shades for variety &consider a 100% waterproof version if possible. « less" - Neutrogena user
"I love this eyeliner. I've been using it for about a year now. Having not previously got on too well with liquid eyeliners, I thought I'd try this one because the applicator is quite firm, so you don't get brush bristles splaying out everywhere and making a mess. This is so easy to apply and is thick enough that it doesn't run into your eyes and make them sting. The black eyeliner is very black and lasts all day. There is a slight fading toward the end of the work day, but it takes a few seconds to touch up if you're heading out again straight from work. The staying power is great as it doesn't smudge - and is in fact reasonably hard to smudge even if you rub it with your finger. I often end up with it on the ends of my fingers and it's hard to wash off with just water once it's dried (which doesn't take very long at all). The eyeliner is easy to remove with eye makeup remover and I just use Boots Essentials on a cotton wool pad. The only downside is that the tip of the applicator has a tendency to come apart a little bit, so I've had to trim off tiny flappy bits of sponge with nail scissors. It's great for a thick, bold look on the upper lids but maybe not an ideal precision tool for more subtle makeup. I only tend to use it on my upper lids so not sure about its waterline staying power. I do pretty much half colour in my eyelid and I use it every day, but a bottle of this lasts me a good few months. The high pigmentation means that you don't have to add two coats so there's plenty in there to last ages. Less" - boots.com user
"I think I found my new holy grail eyeliner!! Tried everything for my oily hooded lids... from drugstore brands like Maybelline to Nyx to high end brands like Make Up Forever. I thought I would never find an eyeliner that would stay put all day without smudging, creasing or fading until I took a small risk and ordered this eyeliner.Best decision I ever made. Easy to apply and will stay put all day. The brush that it comes with already offers a good range of control but I find that the formula alone with a decent angled brush is more precise for me personally and does wonders. Will definitely use it as often as I can! Looking forward to ordering more Tony Moly products~ " - yesstyle.com user
Flower beauty's forever wear long-wear eyeliner really goes the distance! The creamy, long-wearing, and fade-resistant formula makes it perfect for lining along the lash lines and inside the waterline. Perfect for everyday wear.
"I love everything about this eyeliner, minus the fact that I can't sharpen it. I do prefer my liquid liners to create that sharp cat eye, but in times when I'm in a rush, I will gravitate to this liner. It's super long lasting and pigmented. I left a line on my hand and after washing with soap, it stayed on without smudging. I used primer on my eye so it doesn't get oily and it stayed on the entire day as well. Another thing I loved about this liner is the packaging. It's super thin and sleek. It's twistable so I never have to worry about sharpening it so that was great. It doesn't take up much space in my makeup bag, which I appreciate since I'm always trying to keep it light. Overall, LOVE and probably would purchase again when I run out of all my pencil liners. "White liner is a must have for every make up bag!! I like to keep a white liner in my bag as well as one at home just in case I can't find one, that's how important white eye liner is. Rimmel's white goes on nice and stays put nicely. Try it on the lower eye lash line, right above your lashes. You'll look as though you're wide awake and your eyes will appear large and beautiful!! I've noticed also that when I've applied the white on my lower lash line, my eye color stands out, almost as if I'm wearing green contacts!!! Love this, but it's where you apply it that makes the difference!! Give it a try and see!!" - drugstore.com user

"I'm genuinely impressed with this Loreal Age Perfect satin glide eyeliner. This is coming from someone who nearly always wears waterproof liquid eyeliner. I typically buy cream pencil eyeliners solely for my bottom lashes (a subtle application near the waterline). But, the eyeliner applied so smoothly on my bottom lashes that I decided to try it on my upper lashes too. I was able to create a sharp and professional look (see pic)! It lasted me my whole workday. The eyeliner around my bottom lashes smudged a bit, while the eyeliner on my top lashes held up to perfection. I showered with the eyeliner on to test the waterproof claim and it really is! The eyeliner still looked good with no smudges after showering. Obviously if you clean your face in the shower it will remove the eyeliner. I was careful not to rub my face during shampoo/conditioner. After showering, the eyeliner removed easily with Clinique's "take the day off" makeup remover. Thumbs up for this waterproof eyeliner and smooth application! It's easily one of the best pencil eyeliners out there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]" - walgreens user
"hm... I am surprised to see that this product has such a low rating as it works just perfect for me. Which just proves that we all are very individual. I have a very oily skin and hooded eyes and usually any eyeliner would smudge and transfer but it totally doesn`t happen with this one which feels like a miracle. Yet it`s light and not cakey, it`s line is smth between being totally matte and wet-shiny which is also perfect to me. Not super pigmented which also is just like I wanted as heavy dark wings look not good on hooded eyes like mine. And it`s so easy to apply even for somebody who knows nothing about applying wings - like me. It`s definitely not waterproof, but somehow stays the whole day on my oily eyelids which I highly appreciate. I will definitely keep buying it, especially for this price. And it seems to last long as I have been using this one tube for month now. Very satisfied, thank you for this product! « less" - ulta.com user
"I have been using the black eyeliner mostly on my waterline, since it says waterproof in the name, and so far I have only had a little bleed over onto the outer edges of my eyes. I also put this along the upper lash line, which was super easy to do since it is a soft pencil, and then took an angled eyeliner brush to smudge it out a little. This lasted me all day and I never had the need to touch it up. I was completely surprised by this because I have super oily lids!I had a hard time removing this eyeliner, however, and really had to rub it with a makeup wipe to get it off the top lash line. On the water line, however, I just ran a Q-tip over it and it glided off with ease.I am pretty impressed with the eyeliner and might actually try out the other colors available, seeing as there are 10 different colors to pick from! (I received this product from Influenster for testing purposes)" - walgreens user
"I normally use Benefit BadGal waterproof eyeliner but when I borrowed my friends S&G eyeliner last week I was completely converted. I went to buy it that day and am so glad that I did! This eyeliner really has staying power as unlike my previous eyeliner it lasts all day without smudging, which means no more lunchtime retouches! Its easy to apply and can give a really precise line when sharp and a cool grungy effect when less sharp. Its such a versatile product and is perfect for day and night, also the handy built in sharpener saves rooms in your make-up bag.Its is also a lot longer that most eyeliners I have used meaning although it doesn't appear as cheap as competitors such as Rimmel it is actually better value for money. Its really easy to apply and glides onto your lids with ease saving those precious minutes in the morning! Oh and last night I really put this product to the test, I went swimming with it on and, wow, my eyes looked exactly the same before and after while most of my friends had eyeliner all over their faces... THANKS S&G! Less" - boots.com user
"I love this eyeliner, as it is a good shade for the summer months - not too dark. It also stays on pretty much for the whole day, and is waterproof. I will certainly continue to buy it, as long as it remains available. But like all good eyeliners which I have liked in the past, it will probably eventually be discontinued. The shades I use most are taken off the market and they keep the very dark shades which are not flattering someone elderly or for use during sunny days! " - ebay.com user
"I have already raved about Intense Ivy, which remains one of my very favorite liners, but I recently purchased three of the newly-released colors. Intense Clove - this is a gorgeous color that is somewhat difficult to describe. It's in between a dark brown and black. It is not a reddish, warm brown, but rather a cool, chestnut brown. It goes with literally everything and makes my blue eyes pop. This has a slight metallic finish, but it's very subtle.and sophisticated. This is a "can't go wrong" shade that would compliment most anyone. Neutral, but far from boring. I thought this would perhaps be easy to dupe, but I can't find anything close to this in my collection. Intense Peridot - what a fun color! True to its name, a golden hue with green leanings. But, the green is very wearable and again reads more neutral. This has a more pronounced metallic finish, but that's part of the beauty. It's not over-the-top edgy, so don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to try this. I've worn this alone as a liner and also smudged it out as a cream shadow and topped it with a black liner. I love this! I have blue eyes and it makes them appear a little more gray, which is cool. But, if you happen to have brown eyes with flecks of green or gold, this will be a show-stopper. Intense Truffle - this is a mid-tone taupe. It just dark enough to show up well as a liner on my fair skin. It's subtle, but very pretty with a soft, metallic finish that captures light beautifully. Again, this is one you can easily smudge out and use as a shadow with another liner. It's also lovely alone, but more subdued. I am so impressed with all three of these shades. There are nuances in the colors and finishes that make them unique and fresh, yet totally wearable and chic. A word about the formula - it glides on like a gel and is easy to work with once you get the hang of it. But, you need to smudge and even out the line quickly as it sets in a hurry. And, once it's set, it's not going to budge. Though the sponge tool on the end of the liner works well, I find that using an eyeliner brush gives me the best and most precise results. The other challenge is to get a thin, precise line (especially on the bottom lid) as the liner is quite soft and cannot be sharpened. I found a fix for this by lightly running my eyeliner brush across the product and applying directly from the brush. Much like you'd use a gel liner in a pot. It's an extra step, but it works. I most often use this technique when working with the darker colors on my lower lash line. You can also build color for more intensity, though the colors are highly pigmented and offer impressive color with just one pass. It's best to let the liner set in between each pass, if you choose to build the color. Speaking of set, once set, this liner stays put until you take it off. With the lighter colors, soap and water works fine, but you will probably need an eye make-up remover to completely remove the darker shades. Try some of these lovelies...I think you'll be very pleased. And, final added bonus, the price point is excellent. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="4622005219442888762-full" data-show="4622005219442888762-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - Sephora user

"Env: developmentFor several years I sold Avon and their *Glimmersticks Eye Liner *was one of my best selling products. Women love Glimmersticks pencil eye liners because they are affordable, they don't smudge, and they never need sharpening. Best yet, they are available in all your favorite colors! This review is based on my experience as an Avon customer - not as an Avon representative.*Avon Glimmersticks Eye Liner *sell for roughly $ 6.00 a piece, which in itself is a good deal. But....Avon is always running really good deals that lowers the price even more. Frequently they offer buy one get one free, or buy one get on 1/2 off deals that make *Glimmersticks Eye Liner *even more affordable. And if you order your eye liner from your Avon representative, you don't have to pay shipping charges!*Avon Glimmersticks Eye Liners *are available in the following colors:- Blackest Black- Cosmic Brown- Emerald- Saturn Grey- Starry Blue NightBut you are NOT limited to these colors! In the summer, Avon offers unique summer colors that are waterproof too! They also offer specialty colors during other times of the year too so always check to see what's available. The absolute best thing about *Glimmersticks *is that they are self sharpening. You'll never have to fumble around looking for an eye pencil sharpener. When the product becomes low, simply turn and more eyeliner is right there waiting for you! The eye liner wears very well and doesn't smudge or dull as you wear it. I can literally apply the eye liner in the morning and it will still be looking good at the end of the day. It smooths right across the eyelid without pulling or tugging too!**Bottom Line **- I highly recommend *Glimmersticks* to women (and girls) of all ages. "This eyeliner goes on beautifully. It is a rich black color that goes on almost like a gel eyeliner. I have some difficulty using it on my bottom lid as it does smudge. It is not incredibly long lasting but does last for a few hours before starting to smudge. I really like the look it gives and that it is good for your skin. As with all the Pacifica eye products I have tried it never makes your eyes water or feel like there is something irritating in the formula. It is the only product line I have ever used that I don't notice being on my eyes after I apply it. It feels completely natural and not irritating. I love Pacifica make up it is exceptional and I would recomend this eyeliner and any of their products. " - pacificabeauty.com user
"I tried this eyeliner on the recommendation of a friend. It's the best waterproof/non-smudge liner I've found at any price. It stays put until you want to remove it. I have oily skin, so other liners smudge and make raccoon eyes quickly. This is the only one I've found that doesn't. Great product at a great price. The copper and dark brown are my favorites." - walgreens user
"I have both black and brown eyeliner. I have hooded and oily eyes and it stays on and does not transfer! My eyelid fold is really small so eyeliner tends to smudge in the inner corner and the outer corner. With this eyeliner (+primer), I don't have any transfer! I have been searching forever for a liquid eyeliner that does not smudge! (I tried Stila's and Kat VOn D and both smudged even when using primer). The brush is very hard and stiff, like a felt tip pen. I can get a really thin line with this. I usually store it upright (the tip is pointed towards the sky) and I set it down horizontally when starting my makeup routine or upside down (tip facing the ground) if I'm not doing my full routine. Because it is a felt tip, the brush can get some fuzzies and get in the way of drawing the eyeliner. However, I am willing to overlook that because this is the first liquid eyeliner that does not transfer and give me panda eyes 4 hours in. Love it so much! Less" - sokoglam.com user
"I can't get over how amazing this eyeliner is! I used to wear liquid eyeliner every day, but when I graduated from college and started working, I really tried to become as efficient as I could with my time in the mornings, and liquid eyeliner just took wayyy too long (I could never get it perfect). I started using pencil eyeliners on my top lid, and I liked the look they created when I smudged them slightly. I still looked put together, but not like I tried to hard. The only issue I would have with other eyeliners is that they would rub off on the middle of my lid throughout the day, and create a dark line in my crease. I decided to try the Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeliner in Sueded Brown, and fell in love with it instantly! First of all, I love brown eyeliners (I have lighter brown eyes) because they create a beautiful sultry look without making me look like a raccoon, like a black eyeliner would. This particular color is also slightly shimmery, but not in a sparkly kind of way. It's very flattering and pretty. Second, this eyeliner is so long lasting that it still looks perfect by the end of my workday, which is a miracle! No smudging in my crease at all! I also love the built-in smudger, so that I can get rid of any harsh lines, and make my eyes look softer. This eyeliner works well by itself for a regular day at the office when I just need some eyeliner and mascara, and it also shows up great over eyeshadow when I have more time to do my eyes on the weekends. All in all, this eyeliner is a great value buy, and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a cheap, high quality pencil eyeliner! « less" - ulta.com user
"I loved this eyeliner!! Maybe for me it's not a everyday product, but it's great if you want a little extra pop and sparkle. I'm always afraid of getting eyeliners especially drugstore ones because of the stiffness of many and we don't want a eyeliner tugging at our eyelids (who wants premature wrinkles??). Anyways this eyeliner really surprised me, it's super creamy, and just glides on. It's really pigmented and long lasting. It can be smudged out to add a smoked out sparkle or just left as a nice line and once it sets it's not going anywhere. It's an overall great product and who doesn't want an extra pop of sparkle in their life? I did get this product free from Sleek but this is my honest review. " - ulta.com user

"I normally use the Ulta Automatic Eyeliner in Black/Brown because I've always preferred a crayon-style application versus a pencil. Yet, in recent years, I've found that this type of application isn't as easy anymore (perhaps with age) and I've struggled through various brands to find something that will mimic how my eyeliner used to look. I'm terrible at liquid eyeliner but have recently tried it as well in my quest to go back to my 'used to'. In a particularly frustrated moment last week, I thought that maybe my Automatic Eyeliner was defective because it was not applying well whatsoever. I usually buy 2-3 at a time so I opened a new one and was at first not happy to see a pencil-tip. I had mistakenly picked up the Gel in the Black/Brown shade during my last purchase. I gave it a try anyway and it turned out to be one of the best mistakes I've ever made! It glides on smoothly, lasts all day with very little to no "bleeding", has a clean line but also looks great smudged for a smokey effect, and requires zero tug to apply. I've finally found my go-to! « less" - ulta.com user
"I was tempted to buy the popular brands (Urban Decay, etc), but decided to try PF's eyeliner because I had success with their BB and CC creams. Definitely not disappointed! Though it's underrated and doesn't take up it's own entire marketed section like those other brands, it's great quality and doesn't cost a fortune. For ONE eyeliner color of a popular brand for $20+, I got this 3-pack of shimmer eyeliner for less than that (~$14). So I got variety and quality for less out of my pocket. It goes on smooth, doesn't snag, doesn't run (I did CrossFit workouts with this on. My face was covered in sweat and sweat was dripping down my forehead into my eyes... still no runs or smears from the eyeliner afterwards). The only thing is that it goes on a lighter/softer color and you need to add more layers for darker color. I actually prefer this, because then I can build on how dark I want the eyeliner to be, rather than having a really dark, inky experience from the first line. But if you prefer the instant dark, bold coloring, you may not prefer this. I used a micellar water waterproof-makeup remover, and the eyeliner came off easily with no excessive rubbing. I would recommend that since this eyeliner is waterproof, you get a makeup remover that handles waterproof products. Overall, I've loved the quality, variety, versatility, and price. Also, Ulta has a lot of but one, get one 50% off with Physicians Formula products, so it's a double win. I definitely recommend it!" - ulta user

"I am a pencil eyeliner gal who tightlines whenever I wear makeup. With that said, I'm big about longlasting, waterproof eye pencils. This product from L.A. Girl is such a wonderful find - both in terms of its lasting power and the price. I use eye primer first and then apply as usual and notice minimal smudging on my lower eyelid. Smudging on my lower eyelid is something I'm used to because of the way my eyes are shaped. Still, this product doesn't smudge much at all and I just use a q-tip to help remove the smudges whenever I need it. I will continue to purchase this product for as long as ULTA carries it. "Env: developmentI love Revlon's Colorstay Eyeliner in black. I have been a black eyeliner junkie since high school, since which time I've tried many many many different brands and types of eyeliner. I have extremely oily skin and eyelids, which makes most pencil eyeliners smudge onto my the crease of my eye as the day progresses. I heard good things about gel and liquid eyeliners, but in order to get a great look you have to have a steady hand which is a hard thing to be consistent with. Also liquid and gel can often produce a harsh and dark line, but pencil eyeliner produces a much more wearable and soft line because of its smudgeablity.I've purchased other waterproof and smudgeproof pencil eyeliners from top end makeup lines paying up to $30 a pencil, and honestly the results of those are not even comparable to Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner pencil! I love that the eyeliner doesn't need to be sharpened, just twist it up for more product! It stays on all day and only smudges a tiny bit, which is easily touched up and still looks fresh (compared to other brands that smudged and left no semblance of the original line). It can be a bit pricey at certain drugstores, but the nice thing is you can always wait for a sale or coupons in the Sunday newspaper to save some $, which you cannot do with items purchased from cosmetic retailers such as Sephora. The only thing I recommend it to remember to put the cap back on every time or it will dry out and become unusable!Env: development Less" - viewpoints.com user

"This really is a superb black eyeliner! I used to wear black eyeliner every day and this 1405 Soft Black would have been my absolute fave at that time. Now that I wear a more natural look on a daily basis, this will be my go-to for smoky eyes and date nights. *wink* The product is thick, yet glides on fairly smoothly. The coverage is very opaque. There is a matte finish, which I love. In my opinion, this Nourishing Eye Liner from Burt's Bees makes the BEST smoky eye because it easily blends out and is extremely long-lasting. After I smoked out my liner using a firm smudge brush, the liner stayed just like that for the rest of the day. No smearing or streaking. You definitely need makeup remover (or use jojoba oil like I do) to easily remove this liner. Even after washing it all off, I still have a faint line just in between my lashes... which just makes them look more full the next day. Score! I will recommend this to all my liner wearing buds! "This one lasts all day without smudging or wearing off, and the colors are darker but don't need to be bright to enhance natural eye color or go with your outfit. I use exotic plum to accent my hazel eyes and frequently get compliments. I like the subtleness. Goes on smooth always, and if you don't push the stick out more than 3 mm, it does not break. Stays sharp for nice lines and my stick lasts me about 1.5 to 2 months with daily use. If it were any harder it wouldn't go on so smooth, and any softer it would break. It's perfect, and I spent 15 years looking for the perfect eyeliner. " - sallybeauty.com user

"this is an awesome eyeliner. I have bobbi brown, maybelline, this, and wet'n wild gel liners.*smudging:Compare to most other liners i've tried, this doesnt smudge much, and after it is completely dried, it doesnt smudge at all. so i wouldn't recommend this if you are going for smudge smoky look. I do have monolid, so it smudges a bit before it gets dried but not too bad. I'm assuming that this probably will stay fine on regular eyes.*staying power/fading/running:Staying power is great since it looked great after 8 hours without any touchups. It fades throughout the day but it's not noticible. It doesnt run at all. it flakes a bit after about 4-5 hours so i had to wipe it off with my hand under my eyes, but it didn't make a mess.*ease of application:it's super creamy, light, and goes on well. bold color (dark dark black!) and goes on as it shows in the pot. really easy to apply even if you are new to gel liners. just make sure you get a decent brush.*comparison to other gel liners:Bobbi Brown- ease of application and creamy and bold color are about the same. BB lasts a bit longer and smudges less. It also doesn't flake. HOWEVER, all the benefits are not by much at all and by no means account for the price difference.Maybelline- all the criteria are about the same with Maybelline. One benefit with Maybelline is that it comes with the brush and dries faster (which can be good or bad) but that's about it. since essence is less than half the price, i would recommend this one if you already have a decent brush.Wet'n Wild- I got this since so many ppl on youtube and blogs raved about it. I completely disagree. I hate this gel liner with passion. The worst liner i've ever tried. it costs about the same as this one, but hard to apply, streaky color (if it shows at all), clumpy, flaky, and all the worst things you could say about an eye liner. it gave me a new definition of an eyeliner. I dont know how people can rave about it(maybe mine is defective or dried out or something...)*overall quality:One thing worth mentioning is that it's made in italy!! i think italy and germany makes the best eyeliners. anyways, it is unbeatable price, awesome quality, and i'll be buying it in all other colors as well! :) Less" - ulta.com user

I drew a little shade of a line on my upper lash line, but found it transferred a little bit onto the lid of only one eye, but I usually have that problem with any liner with that eye. I did wear it in my waterline though, and usually liner doesn’t last on the waterline and ends up transferring and smudging. This liner stayed put, except for at the corners of my eyes, but it was because my eyes are more on the watery side especially in the allergy season. Those are all minor things, so I’ll keep using it and I would definitely recommend to a friend. " - maybelline.com user

"My only problem with these pencils? They've been hard to get, so I'm delighted to find them here! There's a lot of personal preference in an eyeliner but for me this is the Perfect Pencil. This is a wonderful tool; The creamy formula goes on easily with no skips or tugging. I can get a very even line that can be gorgeously smudged with a cotton bud or- partly removed with same if the line's too thick or I want less color. Or otherwise adjusted. The put on, then remove some technique is a nice trick. It does set in about a minute and a half or so though, if you want to play with it have that cotton bud out first. Once the pencils been on for 90 - 120 seconds it isn't budging. This pencil will go blunt pretty quickly; keep the sharpener handy. I find this to be extremely waterproof, this pencil is on for a long day that can include the gym. No raccoon eyes here. I do usually have shadow primer on that may be helping the longevity but hey, it works great for me! A couple of blues and a violet color would be nice. The black to browns range is really well done but sometimes... you need purple eyeliner. <span class="shop__a pd-reviews__expand-link pd-reviews__translate-span" data-hide="7333057243139143955-full" data-show="7333057243139143955-short" jsaction="pdui.tvc">« less</span>" - ulta.com user
"This is my favourite go-to kohl. Easy to apply, it's creamy consistency allows easy coverage without pulling at the skin. Gentle enough for inside the lid. Gives long lasting effect, lasts all day without smudging " - superdrug.com user

"It's hard to understand why this color was discontinued. There are hundreds, if not thousands of blacks, browns, charcoals and combinations thereof available. Blue eyeliner is tricky at best, and can easily mess up an otherwise nicely made up face. The other blues on the market, whether pencil (you sharpen), retractable pencil, liquid etc., most of which I've tried, simply miss the mark! Either by the color being very harsh, shiny and/or totally unnatural. The claims of lasting all day and staying put are false. This pencil, which allows for a very fine point if wanted, is invaluable. It does not run or smudge, even if one tends to have oily eyelids. This all speaks to why CG perfect blend pencil is exceptional, even compared to much more expensive eyeliners. However, above all else, Cobalt Blue and the color it lays down sets it above all else on the market for anyone wanting a blue eyeliner that looks appropriate. A lot of women who use other colors of eyeliners would be well served to try cobalt, to accentuate their eyes without looking harsh and unnatural. Please bring this color back." - walgreens user
"I love this eyeliner! I bought this in noir a few months ago and I'm still using it now every day. It's automatic and it comes with a built in sharpener, which is very useful. It lasts all day for me without needing to re-apply. I tend to go for the smokey eye look a lot, and it's perfect for that as it blends well and you can smudge it easily. (which is an advantage for me, but may be a disadvantage for others) It really defines your eyes and depending on the style and amount you apply, can look really bold or subtle. I love it! I'll definitely buy it again when this one runs out, though I can't see that being anytime soon. Definitely recommend it, it's the best eyeliner I've ever tried." - Boots.com user
"I love love love this eyeliner! I hope it never gets discontinued. Great pigment, doesn't smudge and lasts allllll day. I use the shade black magic. Sadly, I haven't been able to find it in stores anymore :( It's such a great product! Please Rimmel, do not discontinue." - walgreens user
"I cannot rave enough about this eyeliner. I came across it on Instagram add... what can I say, I am a click bait addict. I am so glad that I did. This is truly a long where super stay liner. My nickname is a Raccoonie because it's inevitable that any eyeliner, be it waterproof or not, will end up all over. I have oily skin, and unfortunately oily I lids. This is perfect for the waterline, the inner waterline, and for lining the outer eyes as well. I seriously go more than 12 hours without having to retouch my eyes or clean up what has smudged. If you're looking for a long lasting eyeliner I highly recommend this one. Trust me when I say that I have tried them all and nothing compares to this eyeliner. " - ulta.com user
