BUY THIS PRODUCT!

The first time I tried this product was when I was given a small sample of it when I made my very first "non drugstore" makeup purchase. Since then I have repurchased this in a full size twice, and I have no plans of switching to another product any time soon.My favorite thing about the aqua bomb is that it almost instantaneously absorbs into my skin. It's not heavy, greasy, oily, etc.. it feels very lightweight and hydrating. I have naturally oily skin so most moisturizers leave my skin feeling very greasy, and have had no issues whatsoever with this product. I use this product every single night after I remove my makeup and have had (in my opinion) very positive results. Even my fiancé noticed a change in my skin.I personally think it's been helping to clear up my occasional acne as well, but I know that that's not something the product claims to do. Although, my skin probably just feels better because it's properly hydrated now..The ONLY con for me is that, although the amount of product is clearly printed on the container, the packaging size is misleading. A good majority of the size of the package is just plastic, making it look like there is a lot more product in the container than there actually is. This was really disappointing to me when I hit the bottom of my first container. All in all, an excellent product that is worth the money. « less

in.love.

the employee at my local sephora didn't really listen to me when i told her what i needed in a lotion - i have combination skin, with my t-zone being oily & my cheeks being drier. i asked for a lightweight moisturizer that wouldn't leave a greasy feel. a big clinique fan, i had been using the dramatically different lotion they make, but even that was too heavy & left my t-zone extra oily. for some reason, the sephora girl pointed me in the direction of the belief moisture bomb cream, which is for normal to dry skin, thus not addressing my oil issue.so i wound up taking the time to look at both creams. basically what i went in there to avoid - wasting time reading, but alas, i wound up having to do it anyway. walked out of the store with this one, the aqua bomb. IN LOVE. it's so lightweight, absorbs quickly, and absolutely no greasy feel. i noticed a HUGE difference immediately - the next morning, i washed my face as usual, spot treated a few blemishes, applied this moisturizer, and followed up with a very light dusting of mattefying powder, which i dust my face with on the days i don't wear makeup for some shine control. 5 hours later, where i normally would've been shiny and oily on my t-zone - BONE DRY. not oily at ALL. my t-zone will still get oily when i wear foundation (i like liquid foundation), but nowhere near as oily as it used to be. looks like a moisturizer change was all i needed! super satisfied with my purchase, and it looks like the smaller jar will be last a while. « less

I Think I've Found 'The One'

I have 'normal-dry skin', and have struggled with finding a product that will properly nourish my skin to a satisfying moisturized state. For over a year, I've been using a Dior moisture set and it was *okay*. Then, last month, I was recommended this while at the counter trying new foundations. The girl gave me a mini facial with this product and it was like my skin had an epiphany moment. It felt like a wave of Aphrodite's grace had swept over my face and filled my pores with the fountain of youth.I have finally found the *wow, life changing product* that I've been searching for. (for less than half of what my Dior line cost?!? oh, yes!)And, *bonus* it makes my foundation look fantastic. It's more of a gel than a cream, (which I was skeptical about at first since I have acne prone sensitive skin) but I've been using this product for about a month now and it has not irritated my skin or caused any breakouts. The gel is slightly cooling, just enough to be refreshing. It's not an instant absorb to the skin, it takes about 40 seconds to completely absorb, but once it's dry, there is no sticky feeling left behind that you would assume from a gel.My skin soaks this stuff up like the ShamWow infomercial. after a month, I've noticed my skin looks more glowing and perhaps slightly firmer? (it's not like a wrinkle cream but my skin looks more awake and springy? now that it's finally properly hydrated). My skin is definitely now hydrated and overall looks healthy. 10/10 would recommend.Sorry that was long, but I'm beyond pleased with the results of this product. « less

AMORE PACIFIC DUPE... BUT BETTER

First of all, let me say that there's so many amazing things about this moisturizer!A little background: Amore Pacific Hydration Gel (or whatever it's called) was my HOLY GRAIL I have sensitive skin, oily skin, and totally random dry skin... If my skin type isn't the definition of combo idk what is haha (i lean more towards the oily side though, roughly 90% of the time i'm purely oily as opposed to dry). Anyways, the amorepacific was my lifesaver, but I always felt EXTREMELY guilty for paying $100 for less than 2oz of moisturizer! The justification however was that my skin was 100% worth the investment. So here we are today! I came across aqua bomb on a sample and realized that it smelled GORGEOUS! Light and natural, not perfumed at all. That's a big thing for me since scents truly turn me off to other similar products to the amorepacific, all of which I assume would be great if I could get past the smell. So perk 1: aqua bomb smells great.Second perk: it's extremely light weight, the formula absorbs into my skin so quickly and it's a very forgiving gel. What I mean by that is because it's somewhat a thin formula, when I started using it I could occasionally be slightly heavy handed. Usually when I used the amorepacific cream, I'd wake up the next morning EXTREMELY oily. Not with the aqua bomb! Love it!Third perk! It is fantastic under makeup for oily skinned girls. I change moods and bounce between matte makeup and dewy/natural makeup and both looks can be achieved with this as my base (along with a good primer). Doesn't make my skin oily and doesn't make my makeup melt. Finally, THE PRICE. $38!!! I CAN BUY ALMOST 3 FULL SIZED TUBS OF THESE WITH THE MONEY I'D SPEND ON ONE JAR OF AMORE PACIFIC. The benefits greatly outweight ANY risks if you're considering purchasing the product and for any amorepacific users, I urge you to give this a try. Trust me, it is more worth your money in every conceivable aspect. « less

I wanted to like BELIF The True Cream, but...

I received the BELIF The True Cream Aqua Bomb as a free sample and was initially excited about the product. A little bit of this moisturizer went a long way, there was no strong smell, and my skin felt smoother after application. Also, it didn't aggravate my sensitive skin immediately. However after using a very small amount morning and night for a couple of days, I noticed that it was just sitting on top of my skin instead of soaking in. Then, my skin started to break out. Plus if I didn't use the moisturizer, my skin was just as dry as it had been before I ever started using it (it wasn't correcting the problem, just masking it). I have combination skin, so finding the perfect moisturizer that relieves my dry skin, but doesn't cause me to break out can be difficult. In addition, I prefer to use products that help correct my skin issues so that if I have to skip using something once or twice, my skin still looks better than before I started using it. Unfortunately, the BELIF The True Cream Aqua Bomb couldn't accomplish either of these goals.

Dry Skin

Aqua Bomb is amazing for combo and oil skin. With it being more dry you will still get that extra kick of moisture without clogging your poresZ

Good moisturizers for oil-and acne-prone skin?? My pores get clogged super easily, so gel moisturizer suggestions would be best probably!
