im super pale and going on vacation soon, is it worse for my skin to get a base in a tanning bed? or to just get sunburnt?

You should try these! They make you look like you have a natural tan glow. I put them on every morning and mix them with my primer for an easier application.

Help, no matter what I do my makeup Always ends up patchy like this. What do I do? What should I use? What order should I be applying in? Cleansing with Wow Skin care usually twice daily, and using an exfoliating yes to tomato’s charcoal stick once a week, using bliss moisturizer in the evenings before bed (but I’m still getting little dry spots all over), and using a day cream in the mornings. Under my eyes, between my brows on my forehead, and the sides of my nose are usually oil slicks by the end of the day. I just want my makeup to look good 😩

I had the same issues until i changed my primer! I now use the cucumber spray from wet n wild and I use the cover FX gripping primer around my nose and mouth. I haven’t had a problem since and have used it with different foundations. I also set my face with powder and finish with urban decay deslick! I hope this helps! :)

I often get bad break outs on my nose and fore head. I was wondering if anyone knows some really good cleanser to help with that? and some acne spot treatment I can try?

100% recommend!!!! Adapalene is a type of retinol. I apply to a fresh breakout and it’s gone in a day or two!!! I LOVE it and swear by it. I also had texture issues with my chin and the differin face wash helped a lot as well!! I have combo skin as well.

Looking for a good oil or serum for my face. I have really oily skin and I hear oil helps combat oil if you put it on before bed. What’s your favorite?

Mario badescu I use my jade roller when applying it and massage it it says for dry spots but it can also benefit for making skin soft I love it ( the vitamin c serum also is a great one for softening the skin and reducing oiliness!)

I have absolutely no idea what brow product to use. I really like pencils, but I have no clue what brand or shade to get. I’m pale and a red head, so it’s impossible to find one that looks good on me. Any suggestions?

i’ve never tried that St.Ives product but the soap and glory one was okay. if you don’t have sensitive skin i would recommend it but since i did, it dried me up and i ended up using it as a body wash. st.ives is known to be bad so maybe stay away from physical exfoliants and use a chemical one. for skin issues this cleanser made my face a lot better and it’s really gentle while having some exfoliation beads (that aren’t rough btw) and a lot of ppl compliment my skin now. i recommend it (:

Anyone who struggles with body acne please help!!! I have never struggled with acne in my life until now and my back and chest seem like nothing can clear them besides laying in a tanning bed 🙈 I’m desperate I want to clear my skin without resorting to a tanning bed to burn it off 😬 I’ve tried some paula’s choice products that didn’t really help and a soap called sal3 and nothing helps🙃

I used to have really bad acne on my shoulders and Thayer’s Witch Hazel Toner was really the only thing that helped clear it. And after I got it under control I used this moisturizer and it lightened the acne scarring a ton. Also, I clip my hair up in the shower while I let my conditioner sit so it’s not hanging over my chest and shoulders and I’m convinced that’s why I don’t get body acne anymore.

Ever since I’ve been in quarantine I’ve been amping up my skincare routine. I cleanse, tone, moisturize and occasionally use a serum or Rosehip seed oil as well... and I do this 1-2x a day. I have pretty decent skin but I can’t seem to understand why these angry breakouts keep popping up randomly, especially on the lower region of my face. Perhaps hormonal? I’m trying proactiv on them, I face mask about twice a week, I just don’t get it. Maybe I’m using too much product? Or washing my face only in the middle of the day too much rather than before bed or in the morning? Please help me understand haha because when I get pimples like this they turn into dark spots and last for weeks sometimes even months :/

If you’re just now starting to care for your skin, your skin could be purging. Gunk that’s way down in your pores could be brought to the surface and cause acne breakouts. It won’t last. Your skin purging is actually a good thing. Without examining your skin I can’t say for sure that’s what’s happening but it’s something I see frequently. I’m an esthetician.

Can someone recommend something for my dark under eyes? I am very pale and I don’t get a lot of sleep and I stress a lot being a full time employee, medical school student, and own my own business on top of my other job. I really want something to help remove them NOT JUST COVER IT UP Something I can use daily and even if I’m not wearing makeup it looks better than it does now. I have considered those ice eye makes you wear to bed, do those work?

I'm on the same boat.. in school, no sleep, very pale person. My under eye circles get pretty blue and purple but the best under eye concealer for me is the Lancôme Maquicomplet...I dab it on and then press in with my fingers! It's a miracle fr! Other than getting more sleep, I haven't found a way to reduce them. The only thing close that I have found is self tanning my face and it really does make them very unnoticeable

@Sofia Carlos I will try this but I am not a fan of self tanning or tanning period so I won’t be using that idea My eyes tend to be more of a bruising so blackish blue/brown

Hi all! I’ve been using this rosewater face mist for about a month now, partially as a setting spray when I wear makeup (3-4 times a week) and partially as a before bed spray. Looking more closely at my skin, I can see tiny, almost invisible white bumps on my forehead. Not pimples. Just bumps. Anyways, I don’t know if it’s due to the face mist or I just haven’t looked at my face very closely in a while. Have any of you used this spray or ones similiar to this and did you have the same reaction? HELP

I had a rose water spray kinda like that and it did the same to me. I’ve been using this for over a year and love it!’ It goes on more smoothly and doesn’t spray unevenness to the face.

Hi there! I’m new here trying to see if you guys have any recommendations to get rid of this type of break out? I am sensitive to new products (I think?)Because I break out easily when I try something new. I also have acne scars. I took photo while laying in bed so not such a good pic but will upload a better one in am. I am desperate tho so sick of not being able to find something that works. I’ve tried proactive and Tula.

This might sound weird, but only use your finger tips- not nails- to massage your scalp clean, and then massage conditioner directly into your scalp and rinse directly after. I was having really bad dry skin in my hairline and on the sides of my head, and that helped. I use Aussie shampoo.

This might sound counter intuitive but I actually do a no wash for 14+ days and I swear it recalibrates my hair. I still rinse but no shampoo. Sometimes over washing can strip your hair of it’s essential natural oils and causes it to overproduce leaving your hair oily. I have had SUPER oily hair but now I go three days without needing to wash it. Just throw a little dry shampoo on day three.

I’m 22 and I’m looking for some product which I can use everyday but it has more like gel texture. My skin is normal I just want to start using something like before going to bed, watching TV etc. so my skin will be hydrated. I found serums online but most of them are anti-aging and.... I’m too young for that. I don’t want cream because I have to wait until it dries out. I’m not into creams and face masks. What kind of moisturiser do you use? Share ❤️

I don’t know about a good night and day serum, but I love the Farmacy honeymoon glow resurfacing serum. However, it’s only supposed to be used at night and not every day.
