Video Review: All Six Shades Swatched on 4 Models!

The BECCA shimmering highlight line is our holy grail of highlighters. What makes them so different from a lot of the other highlighters on the market is that they are not only incredibly pigmented but have an almost creamy texture to them that lasts all day! They're finely milled and a little goes a long way. They make the skin look very natural glowy. They can be worn as subtle as you want or as a full on highlight! They are very pricey but I feel they are worth every penny. You do however have to be careful because if they are dropped they can shatter and the powder inside will break up. I believe that may have to do with it being so softly packed. We notice however that if you don't wear a foundation to first smooth out the skin the particles can accentuate any bumpy texture, pores or wrinkles on the skin. So as with any highlighter we would recommend priming your face with a good primer to minimize that.We would recommend a good fan brush or any brush that can subtly build up the highlight that you want. We love the whole color range and believe they have a color highlight that will be beautiful on everyone! « less

STUNNING!!

I'm very fair, I got the shade Moonstone. It's perfection!!Not chunky or glittery, but hits the light perfectly and makes your skin glow and look so healthy. It can be used sheer for a more natural look, or you can build it up to shine like a disco ball( which is my preferance!)Not only to I highlight, the high planes of the face, I use it as eyeshadow and also mix it in with blushes to make the cheeks more glowy!Stays put and doesn't wear off, very soft almost creamy texture. Really make dry skin look healthy and radiant!!Deffinately worth the price and I feel this product it a multi purpous and lasts a long time!

Doesn't do much for a primer

Sadly, this primer doesn't work very well for me. I reccomend getting mini sizes or samples to try before buying full size.Description: A thin consistency w/a purple hue. It's mildly scented, but that dissipates quickly. A good primer to layer under others (if other benefits needed -pore fill, smoothing, etc) because of the consistency.OVERALL: Not for me, basically does nothingPositives - Very mild redness correctionNegatives - Doesn't do enough as a primer; No brightening/glow; No smooth/blur in overall skin texture, fine lines, or pores -addt. primer needed; Dried out my already very dry skin (worst thing)DETAILED Review: Sometimes my skin gets really red and sensitive; normally it's very dry w/occasional redness. I got this primer for both situations to even skin tone/color. I also hoped it would bring a glow/brightness to my pale skin. I used it several times w/both skin conditions, w/different foundations, w/different moisturizers, but I didn't see much positive benefit with use. My makeup looked bad, like I wasn't wearing primer. The good thing about this primer is that it does give some mild redness correction on cheeks, but not much (not bare skin use or severe redness). I feel like there's better things out there for redness, and this isn't a good primer in other ways.I didn't get any type of brightening/glow effect. It didn't hurt, but it did dry out my already very dry skin. My makeup clings more to dry patches when I use this as my only primer. I was disappointed, as it's supposed to be hydrating, I moisturize well, and use hydrating foundation/bases. I do prefer primers with more smoothing/blurring effects than this has. I mixed this primer w/a more smoothing one and they melded well (no pilling, etc), but the first light still had the same issues. My mom (50) tried it and disliked it. She said her skin was sticky all day (even with powder), makeup was splotchy, it felt heavy, and she didnt see benefits like she does w/her normal primer. Less

Simply Stunning!

I have this in Rose Gold, Opal, and Champagne Gold, and boy do I love all of them. For a powder, these have an incredibly creamy texture and they seem to just melt into your skin. They are quite an intense highlight, which is my personal preference for highlights, but there is no chunky glitter to be found. However, if you like more of a subtle highlight they can be sheered out accordingly. I also like that the different colors are pigmented enough that even when sheered out you can see the individuality of each shade. Some highlights from other brands look all the same once blended out but this isn't the case here. You will look like a glowing goddess/god wearing these beauties!

This product stayed on

This product stayed on all day without looking greasy or caked on! I loved wearing it even on my eyelids! I would say to be so pigmented, it was still sheer enough to wear without other makeup as an on the go glow! Highlighter always brightens up a look tired or not! I have several compliments on how well it blended with my skin!

I have the Anastasia glow kit and the kat von d liquid highlight and I love them, but I’m looking for a highlighter that isn’t so glittery and that will give me more of a wet look. I just don’t want little specks of glitter like the Anastasia and kat von d give me, as I would rather have a more glowing look rather than a glitter look, any suggestions on a highlighter?

Do y'all know any highlighter that shines but without visible glitter particles? Like it just shines by itself without glitter and looks really smooth, so you don't end up with glitter all over your face

It’s really nice and you glow but it doesn’t have the glitter that is too much!
